    @Rogers it has been 5 days and still having issues. Ignite TV is not stable at all have had to restart the receiver for the 5th time in thenlast 10 minutes @CP24 @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps I havent gotten a response about the terrible service I got in US from June 30 to July 4. Roam like home? Ya, right. @ATT just as bad a @Rogers. Not paying $12/day for that kind of service!

    @RogersHelps We are still having blips in our wifi and Rogers Ignite service, sounds and picture cutting out slowness and dropped wifi - today. I also missed time from work Friday and had to commute into the office for half a day.

    @RogersHelps Ongoing issues still in Toronto .. Ignite still glitches, black screen, volume mutes, it takes a while for it to look for the channel. I rebooted and still the same problems .. in no way has this rectified the situation as I can see with other people having the same problems.

    @lisamaccoll @RogersHelps @rogerstv Same. My wifi network vanished. Tv glitches. Not cool. Maybe I need to work at Starbucks again. Oh wait why do we pay highest cell and internet service charges in the world??

    @torontostar reports Zac Carreiro, of @Rogers said Tues “the company has been listening to Canadians and customers from across the country about how significant the outage was for them.” The spin begins. PR response already a disaster. Rogers is on its heels. Take responsibility.

    @Rogers refusing to give me full credit for a call that was made to a “public school in the US” which I clearly never made🙄The only person I called at that same time was Rogers tech support.Well time to look for another provider!14 yrs with them was long enough.
