Leon (@zedsdead44) reported@Rogers If you were Team Canada, you wouldn’t outsource your “customer service” centres to Mumbai. I know because I asked one of your agents where he was located after I couldn’t understand him. He confirmed it.

Chad Rubel (@canadian_xing) reportedI lost the tweet where I would respond. Not an original idea. Let @Rogers or @BellMediaPR or whatever major company that poorly ran a radio station. Sell the signal to the @CRTCeng for $1. Even as community run radio stations. #Canadians need outlets.

Clement W (@TheClementW) reported@RogersHelps Hi, all recordings made today have issues with the audio, as well as the fast forward feature and other functions. It’s pretty much unwatchable, and leads to an error message eventually. Very disappointing. Is there a way to salvage the recordings?

Kelly (@AlbertanKelly) reportedMy internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by a third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home.

Dave Lahey (@Gatorlite_1) reported@RogersHelps I just changed my package for a 2 year term roughly a month ago. There is an error. As a customer I should be able to speak with a human to explain the error?
-
Erin Madden (@ErinMaddenYWG) reported@RogersHelps - need help asap. Can’t get thru by phone. House was supposed to be set up yesterday and we have contractors who need internet for setup.

Dr Rod 🇨🇦 (@RodMakeKidsBald) reported@Canhistoryrules @vancityrob18823 @Rogers Why didn’t they shut down the Toronto station then given their number are worse? 0.7-1.5% share in Toronto vs 2-3.5% in vancouver. It’s a really bad look for rogers.
