@Rogers One day late on a payment and you've gor your idiot collection department emailing me non stop. At this point I'm ready to pay the fee and cancel service with you and head over to @Bell who has faster speeds for cheaper prices, and don't do this collections garbage.

@RogersHelps help with a NON-ACTIVATED order incorrectly billed. returned unopened equipment immediately. FedEx return info: Track ID: 792007773926 Returned 2025-10-29 Orillia ON. Original rep said not to accept equipment and the order would auto-cancel. Never activated

@fanCRTCProfling No. All I ever got was a blanket statement that they do not compensate for any reason. As it just so happens, my internet has gone down now while I'm trying to work from home. Almost 16 months now and nothing has been resolved. Pathetic! #CRTC #CCTS @startca @Rogers

@diva_in_denial @Rogers @Bell I'm no friend of Bell and vice versa. One day I will explain. I won't defend Rogers or any others beyond what I already have. Generally, I think our cell rates are not THAT bad given Canada's vast geography and low density population. (Except the cities of course)

@RogersHelps I just spent 2 hours on hold only for the automated response to tell me they are busy and can't help then hung up. I just need them to call FedEx and correct my address so I can get my phone.
