@Rogers @TekSavvyCSR I have been without internet for 7 days now with no ETA of it being fixed! Rogers has been working on the issue for days only saying its being investigated. I live in Downtown Ottawa and have been without internet for a week! Why is nothing being done!

Part 1 Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps, I have a crazy idea - how about u stop spending buckets of money on newspaper and TV ads telling us, your customers, how much you care and instead spend it on more reps so we don't wait almost 45 minutes on hold when requiring customer service?

@SNE4K88 @TheMidsLife @Rogers For sure. If you are in the states check the service map. There is kind of a dead zone in the south east. I think they are adding satellites soon though

@airfaircare1 @RogersHelps They reallly ruined the app and I don't even have the MFA yet. Based on what you're saying I won't bother setting it up. Sorry you're having such a bad time with it. Not the first time Rogers has messed up this app.

Once again whining about my @Rogers experience of being unable to pay my bill! All browsers on phone & laptop freeze. So I call in to phone pay, card I use every month declines. Wait in line for agent, choose a call back 28 minutes later. They call, then hang up 😭

Again horrible customer service from @Rogers wasted over an hour on the phone to get nothing accomplished. When’s it going to change @Rogers for when you are here for the customer??? #customerservicesucks
