@RogersHelps @marmalak03 You better believe Rogers will be compenating customers for this crap. If they don't i can see a class action lawsuit for lost business across Canada.

  • cpeepee_31 CraigP~ (@cpeepee_31) reported

@Cshupe2 @VE3ZKS @RogersHelps Well, $4 per person, x 2,000,000 (just a wild guess) subscribers. An easy $8 million bucks for Rogers to not provide a service.

  • JulianaFraser Juliana Fraser (@JulianaFraser) reported

@RogersHelps Your chat bot says service in my area has been restored and I’ve followed all your other instructions and I still have no service. Your chat support has kicked me off twice. Help!

  • jeffster1970 Jeff W (@jeffster1970) reported

@jaysfaninwhite @RogersHelps Just my 10¢ worth of opinion: get yourself a good wireless router/AP. Doesn't matter if it's Bell or Rogers or whoever, they give crappy equipment that has poor whole home coverage. I use Google and I get the advertised speeds throughout most of my home.

  • crazymama_2 shauna milne (@crazymama_2) reported

@RogersHelps I'm now 24 hours without service. I've rebooted my phone countless times. This is beyond unacceptable.

  • Eageleye69Kerr Andrew Kerr (@Eageleye69Kerr) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps What are you going to for your customers who didn't have cell service and rely on their phones for work?

  • Reempunzelle Reem Sahlol (@Reempunzelle) reported

@petrillo_t @Rogers Mine is too! My wifi has been out since last night. It’ll come back once or twice for a couple of minutes then disconnect again. I really hope they fix this.

  • ChetanshiG Chetanshi Gajjar (@ChetanshiG) reported

@Rogers Now i will never use this network. And i will recommend others to not use it. No compensation even after this big u convenience you caused.

  • WearyKirin WearyKirin (@WearyKirin) reported

@natalierlandry @RogersHelps 911 calls still worked which is really what you would be calling in an emergency
