Yo. Rogers. @RogersHelps ... still on hold now it's been 2hrs 16 min.... to speak to ...yah, RetentionsDept. Loyal customer for so long but...all I want is a charge that's YOUR fault to be reversed... #ManagersShouldHaveAtLeastThatAbility. The charge should never have been there.

@RogersBiz I’ve been on the line for 2.5 hours to try and get a hold of a customer service representative to help me with my request regarding wifi issues and if Rogers can top up additional data for free of cost. This is unacceptable service.

@RogersHelps Rogers Internet down again, this happens about twice daily and you are unable to diagnose. You even changed the cable and still have interruptions.

@RogersHelps Signed up for a new device financing/plan with Rogers. Was promised that I’d be charged taxes on the $20 additional to finance the device each month. In reality I’m being charged $2.47 more each month. I have 3 devices. Customer service won’t help.

@RogersHelps has got to be one of the worst companies!. Been on phone with them since Thursday trying to get an appointment. They give me appointments but don’t dispatch them. Wasted days waiting for technician. One agent wouldn’t patch me through to her supervisor! @CRTCeng

@RogersHelps Experiencing an outage here in Vancouver, BC and Anna tells me everything is fine. I pay my bills on time, why can't I have on time service? Considering the fiasco last year & the pennies we received for comp, I am have a lot of doubt on your reliability (>10 year customer too)
