@RogersHelps No need to take it private. A couple of @Rogers' technicians have been 'improving' services all morning and I've been unable to work. Seeing as the company has no trouble contacting me at Billing time, I can't see why they can't give a heads up for planned outages.

Why is @Rogers the worst? To renew my cable/internet, with absolutely no changes, they want to increase my bill another $70 a month! For what?! @RogersHelps I’ve been a customer for over five years!
