After 1 year we refused to renew; I told the guy who was trying to convince me reup that I wouldn't take Rogers again if was free,

    @RogersHelps this is ridiculous that calling about no service and being told wait 3 days. It showed a repair was made and there is no outage. I’m telling you there is. #WhatdiscountDoIGet

    Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps , your service is terrible, the technician you guys sent didn't do anything. The call wait times are insane and the online support is useless. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers Lol I was on hold with them for over 2 hrs couple of weeks back. That was after showing up at a Rogers store where they make you buzz an intercom , "move in front of the camera" ask you what you want then tell you to call CS that they can't help. Lol
