    @Rogers help me understand why I’m getting phone calls about a great incentive but then it doesn’t apply to me because I’m already a Rogers customer? You need a calling list that’s doesn’t apply to your existing customers!!!

    @Rogers your services have been unreliable this week. Once again Tv, phone and internet down. How does this happen so often? People like myself are still working from home and rely on internet

    @RogersHelps No need to take it private. A couple of @Rogers' technicians have been 'improving' services all morning and I've been unable to work. Seeing as the company has no trouble contacting me at Billing time, I can't see why they can't give a heads up for planned outages.

    Why is @Rogers the worst? To renew my cable/internet, with absolutely no changes, they want to increase my bill another $70 a month! For what?! @RogersHelps I’ve been a customer for over five years!
