@jfmezei @mgeist Rogers locking their retail outlets in Toronto and making customers stand outside and beg to come in to get issues resolved is not a "technical issue" though, it's very, very basic customer service. Even that they seem to have to care about. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Many other infrastructures and businesses were affected by a failed service, failed service that will cost people more than $3 of inconvenience. I'm sure your CFO understands since every dollar you save is more than a dollar we lost.

Imagine being a country that went from being a leader in developing networking hardware (Nortel), to failing to keep a network even turned on @Rogers We are a country that is asleep at the switch.

@RogersHelps Internet just went down. You have to be joking, right? Now I have to use cell data to Hotspot in order to run my business. How does that get compensated? No more eggs in one basket.
