@RogersHelps We’re back up after 24 hours. Rogers Customer Service needs a complete overhaul. People all across Ontario we’re dealing with this and getting next to no information. Hydro at least shows maps of outages but cable/Internet users are on their own.

@RogersHelps Hello - our connection to the Internet has been down since 1pm yesterday. We were advised that things would come online at 8pm yesterday, then it was pushed back to 1am this morning. ETA?? Sent this via DM (11am) but didn't hear from anyone...

Was told to DM @RogersHelps 4 hours later, still no response. It's really something that the people running rogers don't lose sleep with how terrible their service is/how much they charge for it. You don't have to worry when you're part of a monopoly, right?

@RogersHelps @debcrandall Sorry, you misunderstood. We are not understanding. Why is at least an estimate for resumption of service not possible. I described to the situation to my mother as a customer relations fiasco.
