@RogersHelps I have called 3 times to report a problem with my TV channels. Several tickets have been opened and every ticket has been closed with the result being that you can’t resolve the issue?! WHY AM I PAYING FOR A SERVICE WHERE THERE IS A PROBLEM AND YOU CAN’T FIX IT??!!

After 3 hours of time spent, #Rogers was able to give a 30 year customer only $10 a month off over 4 services. Looks like I'm going to have to find a new service provider. @RogersHelps, can't justify this BS anymore.

@RogersHelps no email reply from RogereDirect for two days and no answer after 1 hour hold. My new phone got shipped but address is missing a unit number. Someone from Roger's needs to contact Purolator and provide the unit number. Please help!!!

@RogersHelps it's been more than 10 days and I haven't had my cell number ported from Chatr to @Rogers. I know both Roger's owns chatr - still you guys are unable to port my number. Please look into the matter and close this issue ASAP.
