Looks like it's wasn't a defective Modem that was the problem. Internet is still cutting out during streams for 10-15 minute intervals. COAX cable running outside is old. Wondering if that's the issue. Hopefully we solve the problem soon. @Rogers

@RogersHelps you guys are the WORST company EVER. Trying to switch to ignite as per AN OFFER YOU SENT ME & getting the runaround for the 3rd time!! Higher pricing then what your offer shows and yet no one @rogers can see the offer YOU sent me!!

No one go with @RogersHelps internet they are by far the worst internet providers. Im paying $100 a month for internet that never works. On top of that their customer service is awful.
