Somehow while on the phone with @rogers getting tech support for Caller ID spoofed calls blowing up my phone I managed to recommend #TedLasso to the rep.

  • DarleneBarrow9 Darlene Barrowman (@DarleneBarrow9) reported

@Rogers customer service is now non-existent. I have tried 3x on separate occasions to fix something. I’ve tried “Anna”, call-back and community forums. Nothing works. Guess it’s time to cancel the cable.

  • DarleneBarrow9 Darlene Barrowman (@DarleneBarrow9) reported

@RogersHelps I NEED to talk to someone to fix my issue. I have tried every other method.

  • nicolesimone Nicole Simone (@nicolesimone) reported

@RogersHelps my voice mail has been broken for months, I keep getting texts saying you’re continuing to try to fix it yet you’re charging me for voicemail every month

  • EnjoyTheTom Tomislav Mitar (@EnjoyTheTom) reported

@Rogers Happy to discuss in a public forum instead of DM’s, I was assured someone would fix the internet on Tuesday and your support agent just hung up, for no reason…explain why I shouldn’t cancel 4 cell phones, 1 cable package, and 2 Internet packages?

  • LisaLittleBear1 LisaLittleBear (@LisaLittleBear1) reported

@Rogers is it common practice to cancel someone’s email address that they had for 20 years because they cancel one of your services? I was told I will have to pay for a service I don’t need to get it back??!!!!!

  • The280Times The280Times Trivia Channel (@The280Times) reported

@kfc_canada @lorealcanada @Rogers Then, with your help you could do what the governments of Canada refuse to do. You could HELP to ensure less people go hungry everyday across this country. It wouldn't fix the problem, but you could make a serious impact for a lot of people.

  • iammannyj Manny James (@iammannyj) reported

@RogersHelps Its fine. Got though to tech support and there was a brief outage in our area. Cheers.

  • OliverRTennant Oliver Tennant (@OliverRTennant) reported

@Rogers Like, confirm or deny, get your contacts in tech support and ask if there's an outage or not. This shouldn't fall on me. I used to work for you and this is ridiculous
