@rogers @RogersHelps 4 days and my tv quality is still unacceptable. I’ll be paying you 13% less on my next bill and it’ll increase until you fix the problem. I don’t want a two day credit when some of my services have been useless for 4 days.

@RogersHelps @Rogers ever since your outage tv service and internet services including ignite tv apps and Rogers ignite web app has been glitchy. Can’t watch pvr shows on ignite, internet speeds are slow and app says sorry something went wrong. Are there issues? #unhappy here
