Stephen Cunliffe (@scunliffe) reported@RogersHelps your AI automated phone system is terrible. If the AI hears "Human", you need to send the caller *directly* to a human agent. Anything else is disrespectful and annoying. The "higher call volumes... unable to accept your call" - #Disconnect is bad.

Carole Farhall (Khaligirl) (@CaroleFarhall) reported@RogersHelps Hi, I received a phone call saying I will be getting a big discount on my account $225 and it will go down to $149 on my next bill and this promotion is not a contract promotion also I will get a new phone for free the Samsung Galaxy S26 ultra to keep and they will send a

BookmarkMiner (@BookmarkMiner) reportedPSA for all travellers using E-SIM cards overseas. Make sure you read the terms and conditions and change your carrier to the new SIM card otherwise @Rogers will still charge you roaming even tho you have an overseas SIM card installed. Immensely terrible service. Canceling everything today.

Shannon Boschy: Candidate for School Trustee OCDSB (@ShannonBDouglas) reported@georganneb @Rogers Oh, but when you’re no longer a customer they will call you endlessly with offers, sometimes I’ll get three calls in a hour. @rogers ignores CASL laws and refuses to take me off their unsolicited phone call lists. No matter how many times I ask to be taken off their list, they keep calling. If you ask to speak with a supervisor, their telemarketers, like Peter from Mumbai, just hang up.

Todd Talbot 🇨🇦 (@toddtalbot07) reportedHey @RogersHelps, waited patiently for a billing chat rep (75 ahead of me). Finally get on, basically tells me to wait for 35 mins only to provide a reference number to fix a simple billing issue. The level of service is at an all time low. What are you guys doing????
-
Ronnie Turner (@TookARonTurn) reported@RealDonBradshaw @Rogers I wouldn’t say it sounds conspiratorial. I’d say it just sounds ridiculously stupid.

Medeiros M (@Medeiro34452245) reportedThey told me to call customer service and have them bring me another one So now I will be without any TV programming for a few days. Boy rogers really sucks when it comes to keeping their customers @Rogers

🇨🇦 RobO 🇮🇹 (@1964RobO) reported@RogersHelps how much more difficult and time wasting can you make it for a customer to reach a live person. Already explained issue to your bot and then a rep who cannot help me so has to transfer me to the person I asked to speak with 87 minutes ago! Still on hold
