    @Rogers I apologize for my language but I've been your customer for almost 10 years and I find it completely unacceptable that you would subject me to almost 5 hours so far waiting on hold both online and on phone to simply ask if I may purchase more bandwidth. Honestly **** you so hard

    @Rogers So many angry tweets I had to delete. @Rogers you really need to do better. I spent over an hour on your website waiting for a "live representative" to simply ask to upgrade my internet plan, he accidentally closed our chat, now 3h17m on hold on your phone line. **** you.

    @RogersHelps Our internet connection is intermittent at best. Our cable was never imbedded in the ground as promised when we first signed up. Rogers has been advised of this repeatedly but has yet to remedy the situation. It was woven thru a wooden fence which the wind has now knocked down.
