@shuffles99 @RogersHelps Freedom Mobile plans can seem better but they are only a regional provider. Unlikely you'll get access to that full amount of data on their Nationwide network (ie roaming on other provider networks).

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I called Rogers to cancel my account They gave me a offer for a better cheaper internet and a new appointment was booked. The tech finally arrived after a week. I was told by Rogers that my old account would be closed.

Hey @RogersHelps, my elderly parents in Rexdale are 30+ hours now with no phone, internet or cable. No one seems to be able to tell them when service will resume. How will you compensate them this time?

@RogersHelps Internet is down once again from today afternoon. This is very frustrating. Our work is getting affected because of it. Technician will arrive only on Saturday evening to fix the issue. This is insane. Guess time to move on from rogers

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps If these charges continue and my credit score is damaged because the mismanagement of Rogers you all can expect a big fight. Also, soon this account gets remove rest assured that I will call Bell and cancel my second account. I had enough of you guys.
