@Rogers @Rogers Been on call for 20 minutes now , as always getting bounced to reach the right agent, second time. Do you guys measure your AHT? It sure must be highest because it takes 1hr to get to right agent and resolution - days/months?

@Rogers. You have been my provider for 28 days and of those 28 days my service has been interrupted 13 times. I am out of patience, Sorry I left Bell their internet may be slower but at least I stayed connected. I’m going back to old faithful @Bell

@Rogers My phone is still brands new. Why would I want to buy another one for another $1000+. It has never been dropped and never been out of a case and never had any damage. Yet it's nothing but problem because of crappy updates by loser techs.
