@UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps This is the nature of information technology. Sucks I know. But it happens. Could of been hardware, software update/conflict. Anything.

@Rogers So I’m already paying the highest prices in the world for my mediocre wireless plan, and now there’s a whole day service outage? Where’s my refund for the losses incurred? Smells like class action lawsuit to me...

@CarymaRules @Rogers How could anyone take a guy with Chiclets for teeth seriously? Doesn't he realize that, if @Rogers really did want to silence him, all they had to do was terminate his account? They wouldn't have had to disable service to all of its customers nationwide. Duh. #sothirsty #sostupid

@RogersHelps @Rogers You better be giving us discounts on our next billing cycle because we did not get "your service" and some of us lost considerable business who have cell phones only to do that! Who is gonna pay for our losses?!

@Rogers hey guys, since I had no service all day and it was a very big inconvenience, will you credit me part of my bill for this month? Seems fair considering how you charge for everything you can all the time.

@AboutRogers I’m an essential worker and my job is LITERALLY dependent on my cell service🙃 This has been absolutely ridiculous and absurd!! Thanks for nothing @Rogers

@RogersHelps 12 hours later and still no service. I'm done with your sister company, @Fidomobile. It's been 13 years, and I think it's time to move to another provider. This level of service outage is unacceptable.

@RogersHelps took Canada's lockdown serious, shut down their whole facility? Or what?
