    @RogersHelps @gmbutts My favorite experience was trying to return my mother's cable box. She had just passed away & I'd shown her death certificate. They insisted they could only accept it from the customer. I told him if he knew how we could make that happen, I'd be grateful 🙏

    @gmbutts @Rogers I was with @TELUS for YEARS. Got tired of the horrible service. Moved to Rogers earlier this year. No real problems so far (knock wood). If they end up tanking it the only other option is Bell. Urgh...

    @gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.
