Jennifer Vargen (@jennvargg) reported@RogersHelps It’s insane. All the call centre people have such thick accents, you cannot even understand them!!! Shameful to not support Canada and have call centers in India. Nothing resolved. 1 hr on hold each time
-
Greg Rieben (@gregrieben) reported@RogersHelps yes I do. I'm still on hold. I set up a second mobile service on my account. I transferred the number to the new phone but the old provider (Fido - you/Rogers) does not have any confirmation that the number has been transferred to a new service provider.

the peoples champ (@uncut_jurist) reported@RogersHelps Currently without service and cellular data in Ottawa, and the telephone service number is disconnecting me due to “extreme” levels of calls. Assistance?
-
Les Williams (@leswilliams2) reported@RogersHelps With the hospital wifi. I’ve been here for almost a month & this started about a week ago. There must be someone at Rogers who can help.
-
DidiH (@acethecat) reported@RogersHelps @uncut_jurist Neither wifi or cell service was working. Hard to check anything
-
Edmond Yan (@EmondYan) reported@RogersHelps is the Rogers network down? It says sim no detected and emergency calls only for me ?
-
MyPilot .Online (@MyPilotOnline) reported@RogersHelps There’s zero question this was setup in a scam-y way. The bill is now in collections because your agents couldn’t help. Even though I brought up concerns about this contract within the first couple weeks, I was assured this was just a document error.

Chris (@crogGTA) reported@Rogers I'm a new customer within the last 3 months. I'm happy with my service. STOP CALLING ME AND ASKING TO ADD MORE. I. AM. NOT. INTERESTED. I've asked several times to be taken OFF your list and to STOP contacting me about it. Tonight's the third call in 3 days. HARASSMENT.

90's **** (@GregoryJhae) reported@ahmadbabar @RogersHelps How about in barrhaven still down?

CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.
