@Rogers @SocietyShirt @IRSSurvivor Why doesn't Rogers suck up the shipping fee. Where's this money going?? I want to support the people impacted by mistakes made by previous government, organization, and institutions! Not Rogers, not TSC! Shameful.

@RogersHelps Yes I’ve restarted my phone; still happening. Also tried switching my Voice and Data settings from LTE to 3G and that doesn’t help either.

@RogersHelps Jump through my hoops, Rogers says. Provide several pieces of ID just for basic uptime, Rogers says. Give you an actual answer? Rogers won't say when you'll be back up. Spend all your cellular data and minutes chasing us when we should push you info, Rogers says. NO HELP.

@RogersHelps Yes, if it will be timely; previously they were received a day after the service was restored. Let’s not draw this out, how is this done, and how soon after service is restored is it sent? Please answer my question regarding a credit. Thank you.

So @RogersHelps solution to my text/phone issues is "you're eligible for wifi calling." I live downtown in a fairly large city. I've never had issues prior and now I perpetually have 1 bar and my phone can barely send a text? Takes several minutes for a call to connect?
