    @RogersHelps @RogersBiz I am inquiring about reimbursement. Is it normal for you chat service to ask for my cr. Card info for $2 which is refundable, to get an answer . Sounds fishy to me.

    @RogersHelps Service is up but incredibly unreliable at the moment. YouTube at 720p is having a hard time loading in.

    @12Kitkat16 @Rogers Thankfully, mine has been fine since around 11:30pm last night. My brother a couple blocks away still had issues this morning and they sent a tech out this afternoon to him.

    It’s very simple @Rogers we get ZERO service charges for the year. I mean not a single cent. Don’t **** around with a 50$ gift card

    @chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers It’s not acceptable at all lots of us work from home and rely on internet access. We pay some of the highest prices in the world thanks to our monopolized market for a subpar service even on good days. Rogers should be held accountable.

    @CheriDiNovo @Rogers My dad is 81 yrs old lives alone and quite sick with COVID , up until 12:30 pm today he had no landline phone, no internet, no cable. What if he needed 911?@RogersHelps . I still do not have landline, etc. Using old cell phone I kept for emergency. This proves health/safety risk
