    @RogersHelps I would like a cell phone carrier to never have so many phone calls that they have an automated message saying We are too busy, Call back Another Time. I pay handsomely for your services that customer service should come to my house. Forget it. I've lost faith in Rogers

    @RogersHelps Of course. And I know there is an outage… both from your website and inside my house! But your support folks have zero information to offer. There have been no emails or texts from you to update affected customers. This is very, very poor customer service.

    gone! Once i decide to end this frustrating relationship with @Rogers my number will suddenly become visible to them with all manner of offers to come back. I'm frustrated. I can't keep giving my organization excuse that my home internet is not working @RogersHelps

    Getting a lot of reports of @rogers outage which seems wide spread - at least in Ontario. Calls failing to complete at high rate.

    @RogersHelps My wifi has been down since yesterday. Unable to connect on a call despite being on hold for more than 60 minutes, chat queues take forever, and no response to support tickets. I need this fixed asap. Can someone respond here?
