Hey @Rogers! In Sept/2020 we moved and no longer needed our modem; we returned it in the box you gave us; where it went isn’t my prob; sending collection agents after us for $900 (for a 10yo modem?) is based enuf, but now harassing us, hanging up, being rude? Really?

Love that @RogersHelps sends me an email thanking me for my payment then a few days later sends another email to re-pay what I just paid and then pay the next months bill right now. Like fix your system I even paid early. Sheesh.

Using @ShawInfo Shaw internet from last 7 years and never had any issues. Got the $0 plan as well and they sent me a $130 for an international dialed number which I never dialed. Pathetic customer service by Farooque 1236 and supervisor Brandon. @RogersHelps
