@RogersHelps Your new AI virtual assistant is absolutely terrible. It took me three phone calls and at least four if not, five times as long to simply pay a bill today than it used to take me when I used to just go through the phone prompts using my keypad. What are we doing here

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus union isn't even allowed to say out loud the number of employees they still have in Canada, it's lower each contract negotiation even though number of errors by offshore reps is significantly higher

Rogers is a complete joke. Phone calls and chats being automatically disconnected without offering any assistance because you are too busy to help me. Absolute gong show. HIRE MORE STAFF. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps hi, where to report poor customer service ?

@CognizantBeing @Rogers I will admit I received good service today, but it took over an hour of my time. The wait time to speak with someone was only 5mins. It was the amount of times I was put on hold while she “was checking” things. They must improve their service levels for call time as well as bring back more Canadian call centres. I haven’t even touched on privacy issues. @Rogers

ya know where CANADA is in TROUBLE? Our MAJOR CANADIAN MEDIA GIANTS like @ROGERS @BELL rely on those people down south for 90% of their CONTENT. IF we stop being FREINDS it could COST these companies HUGE $$. So WHOSE SIDE are they on? They gonna EFF us UP to stay ALIVE????

Okay @rogers your Instacart company has no customer service. I got my delivery after an ignorant driver drove around for an hour. I gave her directions twice and it didn't make a difference. She wouldn't respond to my messages at all. Instacart said they don't take care of this.

@Rogers Your customer service is appalling. I will be switching at the first opportunity presented. @TELUS

@h_n_z @BenLypka @Rogers When Rogers shut down the radio stations in Vancouver and Calgary, it meant a large number of people lost their jobs. If podcasts are the way going forward, then why didn’t they just start a bunch of podcasts instead and employ those people that they left unemployed?
