B_Ar (@B_Ar) reported@KORHAL @RogersHelps I am choosing to give them an opportunity to clarify their incorrect depiction of the outage, I have "kindly" mentioned it. They could be "kind" in return and be more forthright. Or I might kindly file a complaint.
-
Selam (@selamyeg) reported@AboutRogers @RogersHelps You’re supposed to test before deploying something new to your production network. Did you skip that step?
-
Concerned Leafs Fan Ben Gordon (@BenGordon92) reported@Rogers I'm so glad I dumped all my Rogers crap 2 years ago. ALWAYS down. Only thing consistent is your nagging for the bill to be paid (even though it's auto deposit and I could see you charged it every month)
-
The Arctic Developer (@TheArcticDev) reported@leckie_sean @oxfordliving @RogersHelps The issue is who approved a global firmware rollout without secondary approval. Or, what was the root cause. Dev/Engineer here as well and this one really has me wondering what happened. My guess: firmware for another network was pushed to overwrite Rogers Public ID's

Chris (@Rock31669) reported@Rogers do you believe an apology is enough you cost people money today and we think you should come clean and credit your customers clock is ticking if I don't get a credit ill be with a new service by the end of the month ⌛tic toc

Tweetiepie 🌺 (@TweetiepieHawly) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps you should be explaining WHAT happened. And updates every 4 hours is unacceptable. I couldn’t call 911 if I needed to. Is there a data breach we need to worry about? Will people be compensated? Is there an actual ETA it has been well over 12 hrs and still no service
