🇨🇦Sharon Ledwell#ElbowsUp (@bluetsauvage) reported@RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST I have already restarted my phone. I have reset the network. We have reset our network router. None of it works. I believe your provisioning group needs to make a change to allow wi-fi calling on my line. Why don't you ask them to do that

🇻🇨🇺🇦 G.F. Liverpool™© 🇺🇦🇹🇹 (#GLBI NOW) 🧩 (@gfliverpool9966) reported@RogersHelps On chat, yes, not on the phone. Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Thursday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.

creative (@CreaTiv_thinkeR) reported@Rogers don't know why you guys went terrible in responding. Home internet outage for 3 hours. Put on infinite wait on call n chat. How can one even work?

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@myrnalambert @RogersHelps @Rogers Sounds like you’re stuck in their loop where support won’t solve it without the one person you can’t reach. At this point the only path that actually forces resolution is going through the CCTS complaint route (details on my page) otherwise it just gets bounced between agents.

Jennifer Vargen (@jennvargg) reportedEverytime you call @Rogers /shaw … it’s a nightmare of AI… 1-1 1/2 hr wait on hold. Worst company ever!!!!!!
-
Adam Pankratz (@adamjpankratz) reported@Rogers your Xfinity app doesn’t work and your service since you took over Shaw is brutal. It the embodiment of why competition is needed in this country. Awful.
-
Myrna Lambert (@myrnalambert) reported@RogersHelps Yes - the number says it’s not assigned. That has nothing to do with the phone. I worked in Telecom for a decade - this isn’t a phone issue. Why isn’t it assigned when I’m paying for the number since 2015?
-
Bougie Auntie (@giselegigiu) reported@Rogers what happened to your customer service? Because you don’t have anymore. You have a call center with no service. Everything is I don’t know… I had to hang up. It’s terrible
-
Nesta ౨ৎ (@nestapendragon) reportedAs a country (Canada) I feel like we need to do something about how bad @Rogers customer service and tech support is. It is beyond unacceptably bad. I feel like this is practically a national issue.

Katie Rajhans (@katierajhans) reported@Rogers It took 90 minutes to get a guy to submit a ticket because you charged me $48 for roaming when I never left the country. 90 MINUTES. And it’s not even resolved. Do better. That was ridiculous. And the guy was useless.
