    @Rogers @RogersHelps after waiting over 90m for a call back, I was connected to an agent who left me on hold for over 25 mins when all I wanted to do was add a channel. The call got disconnected and I never heard back. Horrible customer service and you can’t blame this on Covid!

    @RogersHelps - a bit of a beef here, looking to unlock a phone. Your IVR prompt for "unlock your phone" routes me to tech support, wait 25 min for call back, then rep tells me only retentions can do this? Why does your IVR route to a department who can't compete the task?🤔

    @pozpiggy86 @CRTCeng @Rogers oh? Is this in regards to Rogers secret cap that kicks in a secret throttle for a secret amount of days on your "unlimited" service. There is an complaint & "tariff file" on this. You should file a complaint to the CRTC & file with the CCTS. If u need a hand just drop me a DM.
