ConsciousCreation Inspired CH. (@CognizantBeing) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers We need to start refusing to use business that give our information away to international call centre people. Than we wonder why our information in compromised. Even our banks are doing this....it needs to stop. We need complain as we are not getting customer service as we should.

Daniel Voisin (@nailedvision) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There are several factors. Cost is a big one. The wages are far less elsewhere. As are the expectations of wages and benefits. And it's the work. How many people here would even be able to handle being yelled at by a customer? Or taking back to back calls for 8 hours solid?

Larry West (@LarryWe53486866) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Never talked to any in Africa before but many other countries. I don't think there's any that aren't overseas anymore. Even many banks

NoTimeToWaste (@NotMuchTime2Go) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Hmmm, what happened to all the "we're CANADIAN" patriotic bullshit? Oh, I guess 100% Canadian just means 'we're not using American products ' You do realize we live in a very very sick country. Oh, and "diversity is out strength " one of the absolutely stupidest slogans stupid people ever fell for. Utterly absolutely stupid.

Kallista ~ life long learner, (@Kallista_Writes) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers you can vote with your $. I'm no longer with Roger's. I'm with a local company for my internet. I can drive a mile and walk into the office, and sitdown with staff to discuss my account. There's never been a line up. Phone service is pretty quick too.

Klutz Ottawa๐จ๐ฆ (@klutz47) reportedSo @RogersHelps From June of 2025 to August of 2026 my cell bill has had two increases each one $5.00. A so called plan rate adjustment to better improve your service. Not acceptable . Four years of no increases and wham 2 quick ones. Time to move.
