@RogersHelps Its juet not worth it having all of our services in one basket, one goes down they are go down. I also dont recall Bell evrr having a complete nation wode shutdown like this. You really need to have a deep dive into your infrastructure to see the flaws which allowed this to occur

@RogersHelps I hope you offer some compensation to your customers when we couldn't use ANY service for over 24 hours. My grandmother is very ill and I couldn't receive calls regarding her care. I couldn't pay my sitter, my son couldn't watch his train videos to help calm him..

Is @Rogers going to compensate Canadians who have maxed out their data plans because they've lost wifi for over 24 hours? This outage has adversely impacted people who aren't even Rogers customers. #outage #rogersoutrage #RogersLetsNotTalkDay

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Are you taking full responsibility to pay for the loss of wages for anyone who was sent home from work yesterday, are you gonna refund all of our expenses paid in order to get to work or a concert to be sent home. 🤔 are you gonna credit every customer a worthy amount.

@pollyhfx46 @RogersHelps Glad to know if your child or parent died yesterday cause 911 and phone services were down that you'd be cool with it. You'd have just relaxed.
