And no luck as I’m not authorized on account. I don’t need access to the account, I know it was cancelled, I just need @rogers to cancel the amount sent to collection agency given @rogers assured customer balance was cleared.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps your service outage in the area has been reoccurring ever since I got the service few years ago and have become more frequent. Today, it’s twice in one day 👏! Seems like you need to invest in your infrastructure rather than band aid fixes.
