@Rogers Spent 2 hours on the phone and I still have no internet. I was told that 3 nodes in my area are down and being worked on, but now what/when and how reliable is this going be? We need government regulations at this point!!

With the @Rogers outage resulting from similar circumstances (a faulty firmware update on a mission critical router), I wonder if the automatic update systems are a new vector for cyber attacks by rogue nation-state actors. 🤔

Saying goodbye to @Rogers / @Fidomobile. I'm tired of Fido not having 5G access and the outage 3 times in 3 years for the price I pay is ridiculous. I couldn't work the day of the outage and lost a lot of money.
