    @RogersHelps I never thought I'd say this but give the homie Jordan from Vancouver a raise. The guy was on the phone with me for over 2 hours troubleshooting my problem and was super helpful every step of the way. Straight up the best customer service I've ever had!! Gj man👍

    @RogersHelps Rogers not able to help me unlock my old IPhone 5s saying im not the original owner? Can't get in touch with that person. Phone is paid for and works. Im not with rogers. Its a Iphone 5s which makes it almost worthless going through the third party unlocking service.

    @RogersHelps Thank you for your concern. However, I am not without service due to an update. I *was* out of service due to an update that Rogers did not even attempt to notify customers. You have my gateway hardware ID, you have my email, you have my phone #, whats the issue over there?
