    @Olufemiloye @RogersHelps @Rogers No you are not alone. The "vast majority restored" is now a lie and in fact they hide information, 3 days down for "maintenance haywire" is not an acceptable excuse. We need an outage map and ETA.

    @RogersHelps You think that is helpful? My 89 year old Mom has no phone service and she cannot make or recieve calls. She lives alone. Time to put on the adult pants and escalate the issue to the CEO. 8f u have the courage.
