@Bell_Support Is there another number to call for tech support aside from calling 310-BELL?? One that won’t try to upsell me? lol... I mean I’m happy for the most part. That was a huge failing of @RogersBiz - they solicited their existing clients into wanting to leave lol

Disappointed with @Rogers. Sent me a completely free tablet along with my phone purchase. Took it because why not Then they secretly finance it to my account without telling me until I asked I never signed a contract or agreed to anything other than the phone

@RogersHelps Thanks very much! Not sure why Rogers TV techs don’t have the complete buffet of Rogers channels as long as they continue to work at home but they seem to be limited to what they can see! They are all polite & do the routine tests but the problem may be from Seattle broadcaster!

I swear @Rogers executives huff paint thinner before making the rules you can't upgrade if you change your address within the last 30 days however you can buy and add a new phone to your line no problem

@RogersHelps I've tried multiple times through your website to no avail. These speeds are worse than slow and no one seems to want to help. We've gotten very poor service.

@RogersBiz What happened is that despite going in person to your store + cancelling account, paying all outstanding + indicated pro-rata for extra few days due 2 billing cycle ... YOU then don’t close account, demand by now 2 months or so of outstanding & threaten collectors #WTF
