@jamie5121 @RogersHelps How so? You’ll still pay your monthly bill won’t you, like all of the other thousands. Other than maybe a few extra tech’s thrown at the problem it won’t cost them a huge amount.

@RogersHelps Having trouble with my phone; im not able to use data or make calls and I keep getting a “no service” on and off. I can’t send texts unless connected to wifi (which is also through Rogers). Is this going to be fixed anytime soon?!

@Rogers @RogersHelps my phone can’t make or receive calls and my data is not working. This is my phone for work and I work outside of the house where I can’t use wifi.... please fix ASAP.

@Rogers @RogersHelps for the amount of money we pay for services from Rogers. It’s disappointing and out right ridiculous that you have a national outage like this. With people and kids working from home in #ontariolockdown this is not good customer service.
