    @RogersHelps @gmbutts You probably have records of everything that happens on his account. How’s about fixing the issues that have already been brought forward rather than making him rehash it all again. This type of response pisses me off every time i see a company do it.

    @RogersHelps @gmbutts The ONLY way to get an offer of help from Rogers is on Twitter. Not help mind you. Just the offer. Seriously. Try Koodo. Great coverage. Great service. Stable pricing. Price NEVER gets jacked up suddenly.

    @WhatsNextPorter @gmbutts @Rogers I hear so many complaints about Bell as well so I figure do I stay with the devil I know or move onto the devil I don’t? I have a problem with good service where I live so the smaller companies aren’t really an option for me.

    @RogersBiz @RogersMobileCa Not fair to be a loyal customer and receive such horrible service. I order 13 pro max and I’m even getting billed for 13 pro max! Sending me a 13 pro & saying return & re order is ridiculous! If Rogers doesn’t care for it’s clients then just say so!!

    @RogersHelps I had two agents help me & even THEY were bewildered as to why this was happening to me. They said they never seen such a thing before, totally understood my frustration, anger, and took care of it. I’m not upset anymore. I just hope y’all fix your automated system to not happen

    @Rogers I subscribe to your sportsnet Now so I can watch sports with out interruptions. So far I’ve had 16 “playback errors” both on my Xbox and on my phone. Clean it up.
