    Thank you @Rogers @RogersHelps for ruining my day. Saw Rain and snow on forecast so decided to work from home. What a coincidence that Internet is not working just now. Most unreliable provider ever. I am cancelling your service after coming home.

    Name me one thing more frustrating than trying to get some sort of CS help from @Rogers...30 mins on phone hold, 25 mins on chat hold. And get nowhere! @RogersHelps

    @rogers is continuing they're abysmal service with more interruptions today. This apparently is how they do business and they don't care about their clients and working from home. God, get me out of this contract

    @RogersHelps Any way to get service? I was on the phone for over an hour yesterday and the girl who answered couldn’t help me and then transferred me and I was put on hold again. I finally gave up waiting.
