After being with @Rogers for 14 years and never receiving any sort of promotional offer or discount, I moved to @TELUS. All Rogers has done for me is remind me that there is still an outstanding balance. What a terribly run company

@Rogers the disrespect you show customers is astounding. Waiting over 30 minutes just to chat online is not acceptable. But I can't phone unless I have 2-3 hours to spend. Worst Customer Service on the planet is the only award you'll ever win.

6 weeks and over 10 phone calls later and I think our @Rogers account has finally been sorted out. *******. That was so exhausting.

@BruceRKirby @Rogers We tried that - I think, trying to support this setup remotely - and tv and its settop box worked for a while and then went offline, couldn't reconnect

@RogersHelps Hi, my internet has been hitching for the past couple of days, and it’s affecting my work. Rebooted the modem; no help. Are there problems in my area (M6B?)

@shayman @Rogers You just have to reconnect the STBs to the eero network. There are some magic keystrokes on the remote to do that.

I know a little about how networks work, and I'm having trouble understanding what @RogersHelps has done with these Ignite modems and settop boxes that makes them incompatible with @eerosupport wifi. a cynic might think "they want to own and monetize your whole home wifi"

So sadly no stream today cuz the internet is being screwy again! Had the same problem on Monday and even if i get the connection back I'm not sure for how long. Once again thank you @Rogers for your "exemplary" service that we all pay good money for only for it to go horribly bad
