    @RogersHelps I've been on hold for 1hr 35min trying to get my wife's sim card working after it just stopped working. If you want to keep customers, answering the phone might be a good move. Tried self service - can get a text, tried the store, people sat everywhere waiting....

    @Rogers our service in Alberta has been out for 23 hours and we cannot get any service person on the line to ask why. We wish to CANCEL our service with Roger’s. cdnpoli abpoli

    @Rogers so internet/tv are down for past 6 hours at least, on phone with rep for over an hour, nothing, can send rep in 2 weeks!!!! So find out others are out as well, a tower is down, but the rep knew nothing… #flinflon

    @stevkev1701 @rodmickleburgh @Rogers There was notice. When these stations reviewed their numbers every day or week. They would see the writing on the wall. If you’re a cook at restaurant but you get only 1 customer a day who orders a bowl of soup do you get to act surprised when the restaurant owner closes shop?

    @Rogers so frustrated with the ongoing issues I have experienced with your customer service and home monitoring system. For the third time I have spent an extended period on hold—this time for over an hour and a half—without being able to reach a representative.

    @Rogers well you’re 0/2 this month. For the second time in 6 months my experience dealing with Someone at your Courtice location was so unpleasant and unproductive I’m switching a $1000/month corporate account to Bell… your customer service is LITERALLY NON EXISTENT

    @MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps problem is if you cancel they say youre breaking an agreement and will charge a fee for remaining months. 720 in my case
