@RogersHelps I'm stuck with Rogers because the building I'm moving into has an exclusive Rogers contract. Which you'd think would make switching easy & painless. Yet here we are; so many wasted hours on the phone with your reps and still not fully resolved. Please make this right and help me.

@nic_ethier @RogersHelps Sorry about that! I just saw this. Yes Rogers messed up with the wrong update and cause massive outage. It is technology though. This is why I think we should all get starlink by @elonmusk

@H_Lebledart17 @RogersHelps I turned around and ordered teksavvy and bell. I get the same speed combined I had with rogers and even have the ability to hotswap in the event of issues.
