-
Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedHey @Rogers, how the hell are we your customers supposed to know when to call you if your stupid system only says "during our regular hours Monday to Saturday" but never once says what your "regular hours" are? Do better!
-
Meegs (@passc79) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps Been with Rogers for over 20 years. Never seen it this bad. It’s sad and pathetic. Been trying for 3 days to speak directly to a customer service rep to go over a few things on my account. This AI agent system is a joke. I want to cancel my service!

💫 5iveThaGoddess 💫 (@BellaChanelT_O) reported@RogersHelps Wait times are not the issue. Being hung up on after wasting time entering verification info only to get an AI agent to ask more questions & get hung up on, is. I need to verify the legitimacy of an email receive (seemingly) from Roger's. But now, I want to cancel.

Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps “Maybe just reach out”. You call me! I’d have to spend 75-120 minutes on hold to ‘reach out’ I didn’t have home wifi I didn’t have cell service The boxes were dead. For the 5th time I had to use MY cellular data plan until the power was restored ‘Storm ready’ didn’t work.

Tammie (@tammie__cross) reported@RogersHelps I do have a case open. I’m trying to understand why the Fraud number requires an extension to speak with someone, when an extension isn’t provided until a case manager contacts you. How is a customer supposed to reach Fraud directly?
-
Landon Creasy (@landoncreasy) reportedSo… @Rogers @RogersHelps that’s a no on #help then? Fantastic. Oddly ironic a company that sells phones and phone services is impossible to reach by phone.
-
Blacktop Cowboy (@Blacktop_Cowboy) reported@GunGnome @Rogers I have the same problem, except I'll be in the middle of town and it happens
-
Lindsay Brown (@Lidsville) reported@MarsellientEl @Rogers Doesn't come up as Rogers, but sometimes calls from service providers don't ID themselves either. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of not answering unknown numbers as I am responsible for a family member in long term palliative care & important calls come in from all over
-
Corey Herscu (@coreyherscu) reportedIt should be illegal for @Rogers to dodge customer service complaints as it does.
-
Dia Haddad (@Dia_Haddad) reported@RogersHelps I have not seen customer service as bad as this. This is ridiculous. Last month then this month. I’m in the queue. Lets see…
