@Rogers ... I don't understand why Don mills area always has the wifi service down ... constant service interuptions is ridiculous considering the amount of people working from Home ... terrible service even after upgrading to ignite !!!! 👎👎

@RogersHelps I'm going to be frank with you. I have been dealing with you guys for a year on this issue and nothing has been done. Moving to DM's and taking this out of public eye won't change jack. I'm tired of this continued lying to your customers.

@RogersHelps YOUR SERVICE IS GARBAGE IVE HAD NON STOP PROBLEMS SINCE GETTING IGNote it’s HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! 5 days of no SERVICE CANT REACH ANY DEPARTMENT! 4 boxes later you guys are horrible! No ONE GET IGNITE OR ROGERS!

@NA_NDP @TekSavvyBuzz Because Canadians allow it. Nobody complains or demands better service and better customer service. I was very excited a few years back when it was said U.S. company VERIZON might come here to compete w/ @RogersBiz. It would have destroyed Rogers and left ppl like me very happy.

@Rogers Really @Rogers? Increasing ALL services in the middle if a pandemic and a month before Christmas? Really?! Checked my latest bill to find an extra $3.39 on my Internet, TV and Home Phone plus and extra $2+ on one of our mobile lines. Seriously? You need that extra $12 that bad?!

How do you people out there like @Rogers service lately? Spent 75mins trying to resolve a prob with my home phone & the only person/ROBOT I could speak to was Ana(Rogers online chat agent)! No help! Poor service from one of Canada’s largest Telecom Service providers #dumprogers
