    @RogersHelps Lipimoni from Vancouver is not very good sorry to say. Some system issues on her end……super painful. Trying to add @TvCrave and @rogers website is not able so Rogers Live Chat. Something should take 5 minutes TOOK waaaayyyy too long. She’s gone again…..

    @RogersHelps Having issues accessing certain websites all of a sudden. Have tried a number of ways to fix it, but believing it is an issue with my Rogers modem.

    @RogersHelps internet was down 6.5 hours; was restored for 2 hours, and now down again. What the hell Rogers? I already unplugged the modem and that did nothing. Rogers and Old Weston Road area. Please fix before I call Bell tomorrow morning to make the switch.

    @RogersHelps my internet has been out since Friday and I've spoken to multiple agents with no help offered :( I'm feeling desperate with Monday just around the corner and no connection in my apartment. Definitely going to switch providers.

    @RogersHelps your virtual assistant is awful. I changed services a while back, some charges were to be reversed. Didn’t happen. Does it always have to be a problem?

    @RogersHelps I have not had internet for over 12 hours and had the worst customer service experience today. After hours on the phone I keep getting hung up on and disrespected. This is unacceptable!!

    @linesbylyons @RogersHelps Oh do tell! I am AGAIN without my movie channels today. Every time I call they say it's my box. Two to three times a week these movie channels blank out. It's not the box. It's Roger's ****** service. I'm moving to Start TV. #done
