Didem (@keskindidem) reportedI’ve spent weeks trying to resolve billing issues caused after moving from Toronto to Montreal, where you couldn’t provide service. I’m being charged fees I was told would be removed, and my payment arrangement was changed without my consent. How is this acceptable? @Rogers

Didem (@keskindidem) reportedI was told my service had to be cancelled because Rogers couldn’t provide service at my new address in Montreal @Rogers

Lefroy Jenkins (@JenkinsLefroy) reported@RogersHelps @celinalex_ru @Rogers, how can we consumers help to track these scammers down and expose them? The numbers they call from are either ghost numbers or cloned. I've called several actual people to inform them their numbers were being used for these scams.

Rajesh kumar M (@mrajeshdav) reported@RogersHelps I spent 2 hours with them yesterday, which were the other option was cancelling and asking the customer to pay the early termination feee. Brian ( The R3ap3R ) (@CrzWildOne) reportedNot very happy with the service I been getting lately. Had to wait close to 2 hours to speak with someone about my account and why they suspended my data. According to them my payments are not enough and they want all or nothing. Been with rogers 25+ years with no issues with payments and now all the sudden every month my account is suspended and then they charge me $80.00 everytime to restore it and not mention the 2 months of a close to $900.00 bill because they never sent me a reminder about the promotions that ended which is why I fell behind in the first place. Need to fix this or I will be looking into other places. @RogersHelps

Bias/Lies Destroyer = The Internet (@ChoicelessBag) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Im gonna assume you are too low IQ to get the answer yourself but maybe ur just rhethorically asking. Anyway : because canada minimum wage cost more. It very easy to understand. Its also why LIMA temporary works, importing poor to work minimum wage instead of raising salary

carbsarelife (@sumptuoussamosa) reported@RogersHelps Hey Eric, Last night after 8pm, I was unable to get through to technical support using that phone number. The AI agent wouldn't give me an option to "press 3 for technical support." Quite frustrating.

Jamie L. (@xPISTOLx_cdn) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Money... The average minimum wage in Canada is $17.06/hr Ca. Morocco - $2.68/hr Ca. It isn't about "Quality of Service"... It's about "Quantity of Shareholder Dividends" and "Quantity of Executive Bonuses"
