@RogersHelps That would have been a really helpful tweet IF I HAD ANY CELL SERVICE. Don't pretend the problem is solved when it isn't.

@Rob16921 @Rogers I’m in Durham and have the same problem with my tv.

@RogersHelps What about the scammers charging me extravagant amounts of money for service every month and not providing it

  • MunBagri Mun Bagri, MA (@MunBagri) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

If @RogersHelps isn't able to inform public what caused this outage was or assure us it won't happen again, part of their "compensation" for customers should be to allow us to void our current contracts (without penalty) & switch providers. Rather this than some measly discount.

  • AlanBerger3 Alan Berger (@AlanBerger3) reported

ignite tv still not working. freezing non stop. whats going on? @RogersHelps

  • AlirezaR Alireza Rafiee (@AlirezaR) reported

@Rogers what a service…you don’t even answer customer calls or chat for technical issues - No internet service.

  • AmanpreetBal Amanpreet(Jaspal)Bal ਅਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ (ਜਸਪਾਲ) ਬੱਲ (@AmanpreetBal) reported

No one available to answer phone/chat from @Rogers . Where does one go to find out if there is new problem with connection coming into our street. Friends just 2 streets over have internet and we have no way to find out the situation. #rogersoutage #cdnmedia #rogersdown
