Yet again @Rogers has managed to anger and disappoint me. Waited for a technician who didn’t bother to show up. Rogers say they have no way of contacting the technician. What?? If you’re going to hire a third party, at least have some accountability for them. Horrible service

Just now I called @rogers customer support regarding an issue with my bill the person didn’t give me proper answer and he was responding in a diplomatic way without giving me proper answer also he disconnected the call in the middle. It is really annoying he’s very arrogant

@AboutRogers @Rogers Just received our bill with the $34.00 compensation what a joke!! Come on Rogers you need to do better! Many customers are still without proper service with no proper explanation or timeline for service.

@RogersHelps I'm leaving @Rogers The @Bell technician that came to do the SAME JOB was amazing, courteous, and did the job in 10 min. You can't even be bothered to send someone back to fix your mess that takes 10 minutes to do. And you gaslit me during my complaint.

@RogersHelps I’ve spoken to Rogers Tech twice…we will be down until 430pm..I will be refusing to pay my bill and I better not be disconnected. From the time this original outage had gone down our services have been constantly going in and out…everybody needs to be compensated huge
