    Hey @RogersHelps trying to get my moms internet speed to where it is supposed to be. It’s on par with her old Bell satellite. Getting timed out from tech support chat while they try to work on things isn’t a great way to ensure it gets fixed. 2 hours later I’m reconnecting

    @RogersHelps Thanks for not informing me of a huge jump in my internet bill. Used to to send notices back before you were cheapskates and sent actual mail. Now you just jam us with an increase and to bad if you don't like it.

    @RogersHelps The live stream is buffering often. The playback stream is slightly better, but not much. I'm watching about 5 minutes behind the live stream to see if that improves things: Approx 5 minutes of semi-stable playback, then it buffers frequently for a few min before settling down.

    @RogersHelps hi there, I've been stood up twice by your techs and now no1 on the phone can seem to help me schedule another appointment and keep bouncing me around to different departments. plz assist. I used to love rogers customer service.
