@RogersHelps Internet connection keeps buffering since the outage a few weeks ago. I called your tech support and they said I had to change my modem and plan.

Why does the ceo make 31 million a year and still have to down size its work force? @Rogers

Your customer service is outsourced overseas with agents who lack basic professionalism. One accused a disabled customer of "spamming" during a medical emergency. This is @Rogers in 2026. Broken website. Broken chat. Broken promises. Filing CCTS and TP complaint. See you there.

@RogersHelps @Rogers has the worse customer service, 53min on hold and still waiting

@RogersHelps Great! Will I get a human to address the $200 overcharge? Honestly the fact you have no human (though I assume TB are a human’s initials) to help customers is the fundamental message.

@MelissaLMRogers At some point @Rogers lost its way. They stopped caring for customers. I was a customer for years and they kept charging extremely high prices (more than double the market price). Had no choice but to leave.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers Unfortunately Customer Care Team is not able to help me much so I am requesting you. Please make sure nothing is charged extra to my account since I already paid regular amount of $64.40 #Rogers #CustomerService

@Rogers is there an issue with the Xfinity app? We seem unable to login - loop kicks us back to login screen every time

@RogersHelps Correct. And Rogers support somehow transferred me to 4 different non-business technical support staffers who were unable to help. I’m now on hold on 1-866-727-2141
