rajesh dey | graphicswala (@rajeshdey_27) reportedDespite requesting service disconnection and being assured by customer support that the SIM would be deactivated and charges adjusted, I continue to receive bills with additional charges. Please investigate and resolve this immediately. @Rogers @RogersHelps #rogersscam

D (@thenameisdlo) reported.@Rogers it takes your online agents to look up when my contract ends and if there is a fee that is associated to temporarily suspending my serivces? The CS has definitely gone down hill....my god.

Preston Hodgkinson (@NHLHodgkinson) reportedAlmost 24 hours without internet now… and no timeline on when the outage will end or what caused it Be better @Rogers
-
Zerve (@Captain_C2) reported@Rogers non-stop internet service outages for the last week. It's also impossible to get a customer support agent to answer the phone, and the online support chat queue just randomly disconnects you and doesn't save your place in line, making that also basically impossible to use. Probably going to switch providers when I move in a couple months, because this is terrible.

James Hastings-Trew (@JamesHT) reportedDamn it @Rogers … sure Shaw was a smaller regional company, but at least someone would answer a phone one in a while. I’ve been trying to switch my internet package down to a different plan. Been at 2 hrs and counting…
