@RogersHelps My box says "PEnd" reactivate my box and tv cable. I did not close my account. Not possible I couldn't shut off cable its included with Swansea Village Cooperative Inc., contract with Rogers. Refund me the money I paid on my phone bill just to try to get my service back on. 2/

@Rogers My monthly bill for internet on my desktop is $166 for 500 Mbps service when you are offering 2.5 Gbps for 141$ after tax. Currently 500 Mbps service costs $118 after tax not 166$. You should value our relationship enough to inform me of new services/plans /2

@Bell_Aliant Thanks-we def want the techs to be safe but this is very vague- pushed out to when? This evening? Tomorrow? Curious as to why @Rogers was able to restore service from the same pole by this AM but Bell is struggling?

Hey @RogersBiz I need your help to resolve a major error your CSR made today. I’ve been dealing with this for 5 hours and you just mistakenly charged me $800 that you won’t give back for 5 days. Right before Christmas. And I can’t even get my other issues resolved!!

@Rogers After waiting 60 minutes for a representative to politely ask to change my internet service plan, and was accidentally hung up on, I have now been on hold for over 2 hours on your phone line, I had to plug in the charger because its playing your elevator music this whole time..
