    @RogersHelps @DarrenOrvis Your self serve options are a mess! I have been able to so far get what I need for service but you do need to do better online. Also when there’s a new modem why can’t you advise loyal customers? Can you tell me what is your latest modem model?

    @RogersHelps There is only one, we tried calling and logging in and the self help thing is saying we don’t have an account, even though we got the modem etc, we don’t know what to do at this point lol.

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers I've been on the phone with Bell several times for a week trying to get a new tv receiver to replace the one that's not working....they sent me cables by mistake. No receiver. Just cables.
