Rtyu (@Rtyu1148534j) reported@RogersHelps @P_Can01044 Your outages are everywhere and your online chat sucks. Agents refuse to file an outage case. My internet has been out for 3 hours and it shows no outage. Outrageous service!

Thomas Keith 🇨🇦 (@1714tak) reported@RogersHelps @StephenColley18 No offence, but I’d rather watch an episode of Corner Gas than stick around for a second OT. If no one can grab first OT, it’s been a **** game, and they should just have the mascots play Rock, Paper, Scissors.

iVu (@WhoCntrl) reported@RogersHelps The validation team informed me she is unqualified to solve the issue and has transferred me to Tech Support. The Tech Support representative is also unable to resolve the problem and has asked me to return to the store. No one is taking ownership of the issue.

Peter 🇨🇦🇮🇹 (@PistolP50122591) reported@RogersHelps TV's are all fine. It happens on all the TV's I have. It is definitely a Rogers issue. To rectify the problem I have to unplug the ignite box and reconnect it and then it reloads and works. Sometimes I have to it multiple times.
