  • SaundersLola Lola Saunders (@SaundersLola) reported

@Brightstar Utterly the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed. Your rep is trying to send me an hour away from my home, during a Pandemic, to fix a cracked screen, when there’s an authorized dealer less than a KM from my home. Shameful. @RogersHelps fix this!

  • TSG_Toronto Dan (@TSG_Toronto) reported

@RogersHelps FYI .. the chat support was worse .... I'll see what Bell can do.

  • louiee1 Lou (@louiee1) reported

So I ask the Rogers agent that picked up my latest call after I waited 1 hour “how long is the queue for ignite service ... not tech support” answer was 1 hour and 58 minutes. Is that not an indication that something is very wrong !!! @Rogers @RogersHelps @CRTCeng regulators?

  • TSG_Toronto Dan (@TSG_Toronto) reported

@RogersHelps I can't do these things via chat .... bottom line 3 hours into this change ... I am nowhere closer and NOT ONE rep has offered to give me a call to get this done, choosing instead to play question and answer via direct message. Sorry ... that's not how you treat customers.

  • keitRamirez03 💭💭💭 (@keitRamirez03) reported

What is happening with your customer service phone line? @RogersHelps , my internet doesn’t work , so please can you help me with the technical assistant (?)

  • bean_baines Scott Baines (@bean_baines) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour to make changes to my over priced Ignite bundle. Online changes are not available unless adding new services. Why does this process have to be so disappointing?

  • poguer Poguer (@poguer) reported

How is it possible that @rogers sucks so bad? @bell I will pay for you to pull fiber to my house. Please help!

  • ShonaliLakhani Shonali (@ShonaliLakhani) reported

@RogersHelps I specifically requested no calls during my work hours, but your manager tried to call me during my work hours anyway. Are you genuinely trying to not help me?

  • JillEdmondson Jill (@JillEdmondson) reported

@Rogers it is mind boggling that a communications company is so lousy at communicating. It's jaw dropping that 13 days after initial call - still no resolution. Conclusion: Rogers is disdainful of their clients.

  • JillEdmondson Jill (@JillEdmondson) reported

@Rogers problem began dec 23rd, no resolution, keep calling & get nowhere, blown off, run around. MESSAGE RECEIVED: YOU DO NOT GIVE A FIG ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS.
