@DivyDex @RogersHelps Still out. Apparently a cable was inadvertantly cut by a third party construction site. 24 hours w/o internet is terrible - never had this happen before. I hope we all get discounts on our monthly bill.

@JD_Aust4005 @SatiarShah @Rogers I was listening live to news1130 on my way to a work site yesterday and then they randomly changed to a "talk show" mentioning it was Free For All Friday. On a Tuesday. I had no idea until after my work day that they shut everything down right at that time. Travesty!

@Rogers @RogersMediaPR is there a date circled yet when you're shutting down 590? I mean why not go all the way and just bury radio for good.

@RogersHelps Hi. I’ve been on hold for nearly an hour and a half and my call has yet to be answered. I require technical support to address an issue with my home internet connection.

@RogersHelps Hi Eric. I spoke with two different Technical Support reps and both told me they could not help me because I wasn’t a customer. I have already been on hold for 2.5 hours, I am not calling back to wait on hold again. If someone can contact me, I will speak to them.

@Rogers If you were Team Canada, you wouldn’t outsource your “customer service” centres to Mumbai. I know because I asked one of your agents where he was located after I couldn’t understand him. He confirmed it.

@JordanSpinks42 @Rogers Bell was no better 5 years ago. That leaves Telus, and their customer service sucks

@RogersHelps I have been in DM. Still waiting to get into my account please. Conversation trickled off with another customer service rep
