    My 87 yr old father is sequestered alone in his apt in #YOW trying to avoid the latest wave of Covid. He's got a "Rogers bundle" -- email isn't working, television isn't receiving. It's a 3.5 hr wait on the help line. This double isolation is too much @Rogers @RogersHelps #fail

    @RogersHelps I am still having router rebooting itself every 10-15 mins I have audio and picture freezing still and wifi connections are horrible
