I was on & off until 1130- 7 hours without service. 3 hours on & off the chatbot throughout the night and you want ME to keep trying to get a hold of YOU to fix your service!!! I had to go into the office because there was no internet.

If you sell a product, you should employ enough ppl to handle customer service.
