@EdMats @RogersHelps @Bell_Aliant Tech was just here. He said the problem isn't with the modem, it is the lines from the pole to the house. He put new lines in and said that should fix the problem.

@owenmc00 @WWENetwork @Rogers It's the worst! But I did hear they were making it part of sportsnet now so should make streaming easier

@RogersHelps could someone please contact me regarding no internet? I have unplugged the modem for two minutes, plugged it back in and only have a flashing orange light. I just got home from work but it has been down all day.

@EdMats @RogersHelps A tech is coming Monday morning. It seems like many people are experiencing the same problem. If it isn't resolved I am switching back to @Bell_Aliant Monday afternoon. The past week or 2 constant service drops.

Hey @RogersHelps, after 20 years as a customer, I'm done with you. Reached out to customer service as my internet/tv promo ended. New promo offered is substantially worse than what you're offering new customers in the open on your website.

My @Rogers Ignite service has been crashing every 2 minutes since April 8. After 3 separate service calls the system keeps crashing. Today a rude tech tells me after 10 days its a neighbourhood problem. One for the maintenance crew and 7 more days of spotty service. OMG!

How is it possible that @Rogers streaming of Ignite is more LIVE than the actual Ignite boxes themselves? The slowness makes me wish I never got rid of my Nextbox's which is 25 full seconds ahead of Ignite. I wonder if @Bell Fibe is this bad. At least they have a Google TV app.

As someone who works with people that have to fix everything @rogers touches when they leave a job site. Customers that care about stable networks and up time, need to avoid them at all costs.

@tobin8585 @RogersHelps @Bell_Aliant Thanks. Hopefully that resolves it. G/f has been having issues past few days off and on. Had tech in a couple of weeks ago when download was at 3 MB max causing internet and TV issues. He said connections inside were *****? Speed is good again but still not consistent.
