@RogersHelps Loyal Fido customer - no service since 8 a.m. and till now still nothing. My account has been frauded/hacked, someone has changed my plan and I don't know it. I was trying to call Rogers fraud department ended up the agent is unavailable. I can't even make a call now. Excellent.

Imagine being in a pandemic and you are having an emergency and can’t call using your cellphone cause @Rogers and @Bell_Support are unreliable... This is why we need more companies. Too much power for horrible service #DoBetter #pandemic #plandemic

@MeanMrWolf @RogersHelps @RogersBiz Unbelievable. We had a power outage a few weeks ago and cell service didn't work either. Makes me wonder about Rogers infrastructure. May be time to switch. Losing the ability to call for long periods can be dangerous these days.
