@RogersHelps The ticketing team needs a way of immediately seeing the nature of a situation and just "flipping a switch" manually to re-register service at our address, rather than wait for the usual channels / system to process things. Our modem is online, we pay our bill, you see our usage.

@FreedomMobile That's it. I've had enough. I've been a Freedom Mobile customer for 10 years now, and this is the last straw. I can't have my phone plan being run by a company that thinks that astrology is real. I'll be taking my business to a real company like @Rogers
