I reset my network settings (just because their 'AI bot Anna' asked me). Then Anna told me that I need to call them. Called them about 4 different times and waited each time between 90-120 minutes

BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.

iVu (@WhoCntrl) reported@RogersHelps This does not help. I am the account holder who visited the store myself with all the identification still, the store executive was telling me that the so called system is saying verification declined without even verifying anything.
