NorthBelle🇨🇦CANADIENNE (@NorthBelle4) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I've been directed to call centres in El Salvador, Philippines, India. Same problem understanding sometimes. Moroccan language (North African "Arabic") is not Arabic.
-
CptNash (@CptNash2) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because since 2008,many companies were offered outsourcing financial incentives and generous tax breaks. I personally was on a team that closed a contact centre in Canada to relocate to the Philippines. I can tell you that it has nothing to do with superior customer experiences.

Gry Phyn (@LGBMike) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Used to work in call centre's and I can answer this. Lower wages. Cheaper to have phone support in countries that pay WAY LESS THAN CANADA. 2/hour in many places.
-
Paul (@nizon) reported@RogersHelps The explanation is a lie. My service continues to get worse. Drove the Trans Canada Highway from Falcon Lake to Winnipeg, lost service dozens of times. Yet you continue to charge more. How is this even remotely acceptable?
-
@MinisterofDefiance (@PhilColson5) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Your first mistake was being a Roger's customer

linzypinzy (@linzypinzy2) reported@JustMeJamie64 @SecondGuerilla @Rogers Isn’t the cdn cell phone cartels one of the issues with the tariffs and trade agreements. I’d rather be annexed than deal with a country that just sent 10s of 1000s of men to invade Spain.
-
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@RealKingiman @Rogers What does that have to do with it? The fact that to deal with a “Canadian” issue I was speaking with someone from another country. Rogers should be investing more in Canada with more Canadian call centers.
-
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@Cdhd123 @Rogers She was finally able to assist me, but apparently not without her managers approval. Anyway, the issue is resolved to my satisfaction.
-
MO (@mkmaster0003) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.

Wake Turbulence (@Airwave_1_) reported@ChelseaBeach @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Acquiring Shaw put Rogers $26B in debt. To cut costs, they quietly scrapped their "100% Canadian" PR pledge, cut domestic support contracts, and pushed call center roles right back overseas to offshore vendors. PR promises don't survive a $26B debt load.
