    @RogersHelps We are having very annoying outages/interruptions to our TV service ever since Sunday. We are in Elmira and cannot watch anything without it stopping and starting every few seconds. Even recorded programs are affected. What is the problem here?

    @RogersHelps we are paying full price for your services and we can’t use it in our homes in Candiac. I’ve spent hours on the phone with you and still no resolution. Fix the problem or face class action.

    @Rogers I'm still on hold. I've been on hold for THREE HOURS. Three of the four people I've spoken to have been rude and entirely unhelpful. You have been billing me for over a year for a service I cancelled. A home phone. They can see there have been no calls from it in over a year.

    @Rogers can't bother having enough people to help so on hold for over 45 minutes and so incompetent that they were unable to reverse the charges for the toy security camera that I sent back. It's been several months and they have no record of the return.

    @RogersHelps Two nights later, can't log in again. Was able to login two hours ago, now I try on multiple desktops and NHL Live hangs on login. Service disruptions are now making it impossible to watch.

    @CanRevAgency And then of course, if I don't pay on time, you'll ding me for it. If you don't get this phone backlog in order soon you should extend the tax season deadline. This is so frustrating. You're just as bad as @Rogers or Bell right now.

    @Rogers You're not here for anything. This is an absolute farce. Your customer service keeps trying to get rid of me. I've been a Rogers customer for YEARS, and I will 100% be cancelling my services over this and going to small claims court over the billing issue.

    @RogersHelps I did that Sunday night when the service wasn't working. The outages have returned.
