    @Rogers Good morning. I’m dealing with a real troubling issue. I received a FIDO internet box over 3 weeks ago and there has been no attempts to get it set up. I was given the box under false pretences also there were 3 credit checks done on my account.

    @RogersHelps Can you escalate it to the senior management -for this kind of service given by the store. It is 4520 ebenezer road ,Brampton L6P 2R2 …He says rogers will not take back the device from him, that is why he is cant accept the return!! What is going on at ROGERS??

    @Rogers Hi from.winnipeg.I was looking at my account their is *AddOn*Data has been active at 15$ i never requested or asked for it..I tried calling customer care . Unfortunately could not connect .Long wait and on.hold for hours.please call

    @RogersHelps The retailer says even when the customer is well within his/her rights to return the device, after he returns ,rogers as a company never takes the onus of taking the device back from retailer .Pls clear this confustion between you and retailer.

    @RogersHelps Hi guys Will one of you please tell billing I owe you NOTHING! I just got another email asking me to pay an outstanding balance! I DON'T OWE YOU ANYTHING!! I canelled my services!! Returned the equipment!! FIX THIS!! I am fed up with these reminders!! 😠

    @RogersHelps Hello. As a Rogers customer for close to 30 years, it's extremely disappointing the Ignite Internet and TV bundle is less than satisfactory.

    Hey @Rogers and @RogersHelps we have been dealing with internet disruptions all day and are not getting any response. Already chatted with a rep. We have people working from home. Not impressed. A 30 year customer soon to be a non customer!!
