@RogersHelps @Brightstar @Rogers Lost my device on Nov 20. Recived my device after 2 weeks on Dec06. But the device I received is not turning on and Brightstar is keep saying you have to wait . It’s been more than 22 days without a device .Is this kind of service rogers provides.

Tried to get a new phone during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday week through @Rogers and got such a runaround from @RogersHelps that I was actually told that I should go to a different service provider when I would not agree to the upsell of my account.

Made a payment to @Rogers @RogersHelps to get service restored, was told by the rep that he couldn't restore BC he had no proof of payment,offered to give him transaction number, bank transaction number,said tomorrow, other time it has been instant restored

@Rogers I have been on hold for 2 hours trying to upgrade my internet. Everytime I call I'm put into this customer service line. I can't believe how poorly existing customers are treated. Now I'm looking to contact rogers just to cancel my services.

@RogersHelps 2 hours and 4 minutes on hold for customer service. Add this to the 3 odd hours inspect on hold over the course of the last 3 days. How can you even claim to have customer service with wait times like this?

@RogersHelps Been waiting for a callback for two hours. When I get the call back, the girl puts me on hold says she’ll be back and never comes back. What kind of customer service is this? Totally unacceptable

Hey, @Rogers you know that in every civilized country you can turn off roaming on account? And you are charging 12 dollars just for landing in USA. And what is solution? Take out my sim card. What a BS. That is not the solution. This is not customer service.

@RogersHelps @Rogers on hold for 1hr 10min. Want to cancel my #rockethub now that my internet is working. Was transferred to wrong department and now being told my wait time is another 58 minutes. How and why so long and why can’t I do this online on my account page myself???
