    @RogersHelps Over 24 hour outage in Gander. I work from home and this is jeopardizing my job. Cancelled my subscription and I will not be returning. You can not have days long outages with most people working from home nowadays that is completely unacceptable.

    @RogersHelps @YCMDGaming Is 8+ hours considered to be ASAP. Hydro was up in 2 hours. It would seem you have challenges with prevention and crisis management strategies. At this point is it likely to be 18+ hours before anything is fixed? For a service business how is this acceptable?

    @CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps @Rogers That's great but right after I tweeted that my phone and data went down. So no phone service during an event like this is basically unacceptable.

    @rogers wifi is down in my area of Ottawa for an hour. It stayed on through the storm and for hours after so it isn’t the storm. Neighbour’s is out too. When will it be fixed?
