So @RogersHelps my email has been down since Friday. This morning I have chatted with two different online reps, both gave me wrong info. Called three different numbers. Transferred twice. Now on hold for the last 26 minutes. Wow.

@RogersHelps I am beyond frustrated! I want to upgrade my phone. I tried on Friday, was disconnected, never received a call back (You have my #) I lost cell service. I have called numerous times, transferred from one rep to another and no help! Still no new phone with wrong plan!

@RogersHelps Hello, can you please confirm if there’s a service outage in Scarborough area particularly in M1Vs postal code? Been over 13 mins and its a Monday morning busy work schedule your and the waiting time on the phone is over an hr and 30mins. PLEASE ADVISE!
