@Rogers @RogersHelps Hey Rogers, I'm paying for 5G and I'm having 5g device now but still I'm getting 3G/4G😢. Called the support and came to know I won't get 5G since I bought this phone for outright price. Everybody be aware of this. 🙄

@RogersHelps Interesting how a movie charge for $26.00 plus tax just do happened to show on my bill for Apr 19-same day as your outage. I don’t order movies on Rogers. Check my history. You arbitrarily added it. I’m seriously thinking about cancelling Rogers

@Rogers what a bad customer service that you have. I lost one day of work on the day that system had a problem. I call the customer service and the guy threat me super bad. I am very disappointed with Rogers’ attended
