@RogersHelps You have the audacity to chase and threaten to cut off millions of Canadians who are unemployed because of covid but you can't keep service up nationwide for those trying to book vaccines on the day 40+ are eligible to book. Can't receive pin numbers texts to book

@RogersHelps So its been....almost 6 hrs for me without service. If I leave my Hotspot I have no way of answering business or personal calls or emails. More than slightly annoying for such a big company to have such a failure.

@HEMIvik @Rogers You’re lucky & IMO both companies have ****** customer service but at least with Rogers, I’m still able to speak to someone in Canada. Cable is with Bell but like I said, I take my business to whoever gives me the best deal with cellphone plan. So far I haven’t had any issues

@RogersHelps Any ETA on service restoration? I wouldn't call this "intermittent issues" - absolutely no voice or data connection at all since the wee hours of the morning. Appalling.

@missmelpayne @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps I’m going to miss a doctor’s appointment in a few minutes because I can’t receive any calls. Also can’t call my doc to advise of the issue. Trying to book healthcare appointments during Covid is difficult enough. Not being able to use my very expensive cell phone plan = worse.
