@KevinFrankish @RogersHelps We got our internet back around 11am today. Thanks Kevin. It’s crazy how a 2 min storm caused an 18 hr power outage and an almost 48 hour internet outage. This, in a first world country…unbelievable!!

@mikewoodottawa @hydroottawa I wish everyone worked as hard as hydro. Some of us (stupidly) have no cell/data thanks to @RogersHelps in Barrhaven West. I simply drive 5 minutes away and it works. One small footprint area in ottawa. But all they can do is say use the website to get help. WE HAVE NO ACCESS.
