@MarkCRamsay @Rogers Run away from Rogers. They are the absolute worst. I am in the middle of finding a new provider for the same issue. On top of that they don’t follow through on their promotions. Awful customer service.

The irony… I called @Rogers today to inquire about getting a better rate to match Bell only to be told by the “retention” rep that her system was not working and she couldn’t help. (she sounded more frustrated than me. #customerexperience #customerservice

@RogersHelps Sorry but it’s too late. The been a mobile customer for over 25 years. I called twice to get Rogers a chance to save my business and in both cases there was no interest in matching the prices of Bell. I also found out I’ve been doubled charged for a service over 18 mnths.
