@RogersHelps @Rogers Nope ….home internet is still down. Wasaga beach.

  • shah507 syed (@shah507) reported

@RogersHelps Is your service back as you claimed ?

  • KatsMetalLitter Kat's Metal (@KatsMetalLitter) reported

@RogersHelps People instead of complaining here. CRTC needs to tell the blg three if one provider goes down for cell service they are backup networks. In your phone networks they block each other but if you go to the US you can choose who you want too use for cell service.

  • namewithaview See William (@namewithaview) reported

@Rogers I'm not a customer but I still want compensation for your disruption. Maybe a Class-action suit would work. #BreakTheOligopoly

  • megransom megRan (@megransom) reported

@RogersHelps What do we do/who do we call if our internet service is still out?

  • DrDDOM DMartin (@DrDDOM) reported

I hope the @Rogers outage will be a wakeup call for the @CRTCeng to finally tackle monopolies in Canada. Why isn't there a back-up when these big companies fail? How many people couldn't reach emergency services or family during this outage?

  • asapankxt Pzfizer Papi (@asapankxt) reported

@Rogers you gonna fix your company?

  • AspergerAlien Mr Alien (@AspergerAlien) reported

@RogersHelps All I expect is a credit for how long the outage lasted, as I'm not greedy/entitled like the rest that can't live without internet/TV/debit. The losses that (non) customers had is their own fault for not having a backup plan, and everyone should have emergency food/cash on hand.

  • michaeljbarryII Michael J. Barry (@michaeljbarryII) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers I don’t know why people loose their minds. Crap happens. Understanding goes along way!

  • JustinSmith_13 Justin (@JustinSmith_13) reported

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers no it doesn't "happen" their outage showed how much control they have over Canada. Us non rogers customers were affected too. If you don't think its weird that all debit/atm machines were down across Canada because of one company then you can't be helped.
