@Rogers 24hrs in a day. Many of these hours are OUTSIDE of normal daytime hours, yet @Rogers finds that shutting down their system between 9am and 5pm for maint is helping their customers. As long as @rogers is getting paid they could care less about their customers #toobigtocare

We have seen a huge demise in our service since end of March (neighbours since January), with the last week causing outages every 5-20mins. They say their hands are tied and have no approximate resolution date STILL. @rogershelps @rogers

It took 45mins to get through to customer service last time, with many holds (and lots of time on the phone) until we got to the supervisor. Back on hold now trying to get them to do the bare minimum, which I imagine will take another 2+ hours. @RogersHelps @rogers

@RogersHelps Power has been restored in my area one week back and internet worked for few days before going down again on friday. I am not sure why it is taking this long for rogers to restore. I have to work tomorrow.

@RogersHelps this is unacceptable that already working wifi services post ottawa storm are now down for 3 days. Numerous calls ,requests and no results. Is this the reward of being loyal customer and paying on time ? I live in 210 woodridge cresent k2b8e9.

As usual @RogersHelps sucks. Great way to spend the weekend. With no internet and brain dead support. Can’t wait for them to tell me they need to up my bill in a few months “to provide the worst service possible”

Canceling @rogers home monitoring. System is down often so I can’t log in when I need to. What’s the point?
