    @RogersBiz Seems like nothing can fix the delayed remote, it seems the product was rushed to the public and not properly tested, As for the connection issue, the burden was fixed at one of the many costumer support groups made by dissatisfied costumers

    Yo @Rogers you need to pay your customer service workers more because I am getting the worst service in the universe right now and I know it's because they are over worked and under paid....

    @Rogers @NHL Ok i just moved to an apartment building and decided to get Rogers this time. My tv freezes the screen goes black constantly. Ì have to pull the plug in the back of the modem to get it to reset. Never had this issue with bell. Ì am thinking of switching back

    @JanetWordsmith @RogersHelps Yrs ago, I had *incredible* internet & cable outages w/ them. Their CSR said, "if you read the agreement, you're not guaranteed service" & then said he'd report the previous CSR for trying to figure the issue. I cut TV and switched Internet providers, and am happier for it.

    @RogersHelps WiFi down again in Woodbridge. TV seems fine; home phone and internet down.

    @rogers l pay approximately $500 a month for what I know understand is poor service due to abysmal leadership. I encourage everyone to speak with their pocketbooks and stop crowdfunding this very bad Shakesperean melodrama.
