I'm not normally someone who complains too much about service but damn @Rogers sales and retention are rude and just obviously burnt out. Just a complete headache dealing w them over and over.

@PeteDeCourcy @Rogers Teksavvy's customer service is pretty great and they use Rogers' lines. Pretty sure they're cheaper too.

@Rogers Thx - someone came on after 45 Mins . It’s not unreasonable to be on hold for a bit but 45 min exhibits very poor customer service .

@RogersHelps Any chance of getting the WWE Network "FULL" OnDemand catalog with our Rogers ignite remote control, not the sliver we have access to now something ppl been asking for since August 12, 2014, I thought this might be it
