Absolutely useless @RogersHelps, imagine making paying customers jump through hoops after waiting 30+ minutes just to be told "it turns out your area is showing an outage" idk whats worse the customer service or the prices we all pay to sit here looking up if the service is down

it took me 4 days and 12 hours on the phone to cancel my @Rogers service. All they had to do was email me a shipping label and end of service confirmation. its been 4 days. has @rogers done this? of course not.

@Rogers then I was told i needed to get a 5G SIM card which i already told them, my SIM wasn't the issue. Since i switched the SIMs, the problem has gotten 10x worse and my services are unusable
