@Sportsnet @RogersHelps Wow. Just. Wow. Dropping multiple times during the game and cutting out for everyone at the very worst time. You know this isn’t a free app, right? We have to pay for this.

@RogersHelps 1/2 DM's will not help delays, only take a conversation offline which I'm sure curbs bad publicity. Delays are not isolated to just me. Its the Ignite architecture. You got rid of the Nextbox tech (closest to live) for apps nobody needed and a voice remote.

@RogersHelps So it appears @RogersHelps did a software upgrade to the legacy cable boxes and have broken them. Now I wait days for them to figure it out since they won’t admit that their 3am software upgrade crashed the.

@Rogers I'm in Alberta and have a Rogers NHL Live subscription. Why am I subject to in market blackouts for games broadcasted on Sportsnet? Both are owned by Rogers. Is this signs of a monopoly? Will be raising a complaint with the CRTC as you are forcing customers to buy both

@RogersHelps When I try to pay my bill on the Rogers app, it says "Something went wrong," and when I try to pay on the website, it says "We're updating our site to make it better." Is this a problem that only for me, or is for everyone?

@RogersHelps The bottom of the issue is that the entire service went down, again. Just do a search for “sportsnet now” on here and you’ll notice it was a nationwide event, not specific to me.

@RogersHelps HELP please. I just spent 1+1/2 hour on what was all pre-arranged waiting a decision from me (on top of a call last night as well) - should have been 2 minutes. CSR refuse to tell me which team our case is under so they can complete the task they started.
