@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps I had that happen and the (subcontracted) Rogers tech came and replaced all of the connectors and fittings going into the house - problem solved - it sounds like you are getting lazy tech not doing their job

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Unless you are splitting the cable, your signal might be too strong. Rogers has had to come on sight twice to REDUCE the strength the signal at my modem. Measure your levels. TS can talk you through it via DM.

Hey @Rogers "network system failure" after a "maintenance update" is not a proper root cause analysis. You owe it to your customers to explain 1) what happened exactly, 2) how it happened, 3) what are doing to make it never happen again. #rogersoutage #rogersoutrage
