    Hey @RogersHelps still on legacy internet, my modem is dying. Tech support only offered upgrade to Ignite, didn't mention the possibility of swapping modems in the mean time. Is this expected?

    @RogersHelps You mean unrestore. Was fine for a time, now I'm back to less than 1% download speeds making it like it's 1998 again. You'd better be paying 99% of the last two days because I sure as **** am not. I will switch services first.

    @RogersHelps Talking to retention and they told me legacy modems are still available? Also my main issue is I have to wait nor the equipment to be delivered, my internet is seriously unstable and I work from home. Would like to be able to just swap at store like in the past.

    @RogersHelps I have done everything I can from changing all the wires and modem. Apparently this is on your end with some main hub in my area. I appreciate the help, but who knows how long this will take to fix.
