Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Quan Zhang (@zhangquan0126) reportedI honestly think Canadian government should give a punitive fine to @Rogers due to two global network outages, or to have an antitrust investigation. @CRTCHearings #Rogers #rogersoutage
-
Sujay Nazareth (@slnazareth) reportedSo @RogersHelps I'm thankful I have cell service back. However when am I going to get my 5G service that I'm paying for right now I'm at 4G

Chris Gigliotti (@ANickelUnder) reported@AboutRogers @Rogers The apology is nice and all. However, with SLAs, you have a LEGAL obligation to compensate those with agreements in place. Plus, the danger you put people in those areas that 911 service failed is unconscionable, and there needs to be full transparency wrt root cause.

Liam (@mrFlodstedt737) reported@Rogers Hey so I live somewhere in British Columbia where the service sucks. I was told by your tech support there’s too many people on our town’s single tower but we’re not a big enough town for you to do anything about it. I checked the FAQs but weirdly no luck.

cyan magenta🇵🇱🇨🇦🙏🇺🇦 (@cyannemagenta) reported@CheriDiNovo @Rogers I was thinking the same thing, it’s terrible. #norogerbundles
-
Wayne Chow (@wayne_chow) reportedNow much of the rest of Canada knows what I've been going through with @RogersHelps since December. Will admit swapping out the modem - which *I* suggested after 6 months - seems to have fixed the intermittent connection issue. Only had two major outages since the tech was in. 🙄

🇺🇦 Alberto Hernandez (@bertohernandez_) reportedI’m not even a customer and I’m pissed off. Figure your **** out, @Rogers @RogersHelps
-
Amy M (@mora52839971) reported@PhilipCockram1 @Rogers Of course not. The real problem was Monkey Pox.
-
♌ jem ☮ (@thctherapy) reported@RogersHelps I needed roadside assistance and I couldn't call anyone at all, I had to walk to find wifi because you guys can't fix and outage within 12 hours of it happening. I'm cancelling rogers

Cheryl Cottrill (@cottrillc) reported@Rogers Wow! I switched to Ignite for double the price with much less reliable service - way more drop offs - when I ask you to send a technician to trouble shoot you tell me I’ll have to pay. About to switch providers. Thanks for nothing.
