    How is it that someone can call into @RogersWireless and convince them that they are you. Also ordered phones (on my account) Was told fraud dept would call. Somehow they called the fraudulent person and all of a sudden there is no case! WTF! Ok @Rogers how do you plan on fixing?

    @TekSavvyNetwork failed me four times. @rogers hasn’t been much better with local service issues recently. Who do you recommend for internet? (I’m without it for 4 days this week.)

    Clearly @koodo only cares about attracting new customers and doesn't care at about existing customers. Wasted my time for nothing but if I was a new customer they'd bend over backwards to sign me up. 24 hours to contact me and make this right or a port all my lines to @Rogers
