    Geez Louise @RogersHelps what a disaster. I have spoken with Kyle, Crystal, some guy that put me back into the queue instead of hold, Susan, and now I am calling back as you have messed it up again. 3 weeks & your team can’t get a damn internal phone port completed properly?

    @RogersHelps what would my next step be to get my internet latency issues fixed after a month of talking to a number of tier one techs, a teir two tech, 2 in home techs and still have issues? 90% of why we have the internet in our home is for online gaming that we can't us.

    .@chatrmobile & @RogersHelps , my household has 1 business & 2 personal cell phones on your network in Eden Mills, Ontario. At times in recent days, we could neither place nor receive calls, despite apparently adequate 'bars' of signal strength. Can you help?

    @RogersHelps Thank you for your concern. However, I am not without service due to an update. I *was* out of service due to an update that Rogers did not even attempt to notify customers. You have my gateway hardware ID, you have my email, you have my phone #, whats the issue over there?

    @RogersHelps 4+weeks!!!!!! that's my issue. Eligibility is NOT THE ISSUE. Make sure u have enough products before launching a prmo for said products!!!!

    @rogers has the poorest customer service. On hold for 1 hour now because I mentioned I (might) wanna cancel my service. I selected the (sales) button on the phone and someone answered in 2 seconds. #canadian service providers are by far most expensive and poorest in the world.

    @RogersBiz the WORST service I have had in my lifetime, and I’ve seen service in USSR:). Spent over 10 hours on the phone over 10 days, issue still unresolved, and I’m being charged all this time. Feels like people working there have no idea about their operations

    @RogersHelps I am not sure third party. Explained if I receive another call I am filling criminal charges for harassment. I have written the CRTC and filled a complaint against Togers for providing third parties phone numbers of its customers. Response se back is they are investigating
