    @Rogers OMG! Got a copyright infringement notice that definitely didn’t come from this household. Telephone support was useless, I was on hold most of the time. Not a satisfactory result at all, who has this kind of time to be on the phone for an hour over a basic issue? 😡

    @RogersHelps I just experienced a sudden shutdown of internet in the L6X area of brampton. Was wondering if this is an area outage? It says that the modem cannot access the internet. Please help

    @RogersHelps Up in Haliburton and despite being connected via LTE I do not have voice call abilities, even with VoLTE enabled. I am connected to Rogers-EXT network right now.

    @mezzobureaucrat @RogersHelps My internet is down too, I called Roger's and they said it should be back up by 6am due to some work being done on fixing the internet lines

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I’ll be honest. Rogers Ignite is absolutely the worst and most unreliable service you have ever rolled out. Just a terrible all-around experience.
