    @RogersHelps The Rogers Web site is less than helpful on showing where outages are, and for providing an ETA on service restoration. I've been a long-time Rogers customer, and as other have mentioned, with the money we pay each month am also seriously wondering if it's time for a change.

    @RogersHelps this outage is almost 10 hours old. Reasonably speaking, I’ve probably lost $500 already. What is Rogers going to do to compensate their customers? What is Rogers going to do to pay me back for my lost wages?

    @blogTO a lot of us no longer have land lines. Many need phones for work. Will @rogers & #Fido give customers a credit since the outage isn't just an hour or so. It's been ongoing since early this A.M.
