    @RogersHelps @Rogers can you please send a tech to fix the damn lines you rent to @AltimaTel they have requested 3 repairs from your guys and it's been rejected each time. My latency is 400-700, it takes 5 mins for Google to load. Please work with them when they call for a tech!!

    @RogersHelps @everyone be aware of @Rogers customer care fraud plans, they will commit something but no deliveries. Take everything in written or consider as fraud. It’s not trust worthy anymore.

    @Rogers I would think the Accessibility Canada Act would supersede the Energy Efficiency Act. I will be contacting my MP. I will never purchase @Rogers for my own home for sure!

    @RogersHelps I am having a problem with the transmission of the Blue Jays game. My screen keeps going black and now my box has restarted on its own. I did call in and they restarted my modem, but I’m still having the same issue. Are you aware of a problem.

    @RogersHelps internet connectivity has been down for over 2 hours. This is the second major outage in 2 weeks. You are costing me money, because I can’t work without the internet. My loyalty to you is hanging by a thread. Ottawa, Overbrook neighborhood.
