@Rogers can you explain the logic of asking business customers that spend 1000's a month on your services to deal with your awful customer service? Transfered multiple times only to end up at a loud call centre where the person tries to sell me stuff vs actually answering questions. All you are doing is making your customers want a better option, like a Starlink phone by @SpaceX . If I am going to have to deal with garbage customer service which is what big telecom has, you and @TELUSsupport I might as well get a more robust service. Starlink is more robust for me than the wifi I get from you. You should have local respresentives that work with businesses.

@RogersHelps But why did you guys hang up on me? Like, why wasn't I still left in the queue? None of this makes sense and displays really poor respect to your clients. I would like someone to call ME when they have a chance to discuss my plans. Thanks. I can DM my phone number if needed.

@Rogers WiFi keeps going down. ZERO customer service. Fired Canadian workers so we could wait 3 hrs to talk to someone you can't understand. Even your AI Anna is slow. Third world internet, out of this world costs. Canadians deserve better.

Not sure what @Rogers Bank execs are thinking. November changes to their credit card products remove 99% of the incentive they have provided to date to stay with Rogers telecom services. I will certainly be switching credit card AND telecom services once these changes take effect and as service contracts expire. There are more affordable providers with better service and without the financial incentive provided by the credit card there are no more reasons to stick to their mix.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I have called in the past, support would say, “This is <name> from Rogers in <Canadian city>.” In some cases, it was true. Anyway, for Robbers to employ CS staff in Canada, they’d have to pay well which they (and others) don’t like to. Hence the outsourcing. Cheap labour.

@JustMeJamie64 @CognizantBeing @Rogers I have Starlink for more than 3 years now. No idea how their customer service is because I never had to call them.
