    @RogersHelps people seem to be getting notifications that the cost of their Crave packages will be upgraded to include HBO and Starz. As an Ignite (home) customer, I am paying extra for both. Will that change?

    @RogersHelps Cell is down at least x3 everyday at home & no tech can pinpoint the issue. I work! Works EVERYWHERE in the US but the answer I always get from Canadian tech support? Trees. But you charge me for premium service… #fail

    @RogersHelps I am ABSOLUTELY EXHAUSTED. You chase me for the bills but CONSISTENTLY have outages in my area which f--k up my ability to work from home!! ANOTHER OUTAGE IS UNACCEPTABLE! FIX THIS! If I don't get paid my $23/hr, I expect that amt credited on my invoice...
