Having so many friends/family understanding support, those agents are made to speak to people on the phone WHILE chatting. This is why you never get real answers of feel heard. Multitasking is not real, customer first is a lie.

In a place I never look. No email reminder or anything. Tell me how they need $110 more per month for the same service I’ve had for 2 years. It’s criminal.
