    @Rogers your customer service is BS. I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

    @RogersHelps road construction has cut service to multiple houses on our street including my elderly neighbours. What is the fastest way to get multiple houses serviced? There is a technician onsite right now for my house but he indicates there is no way to service anyone else.

    @RogersHelps I got through to a tech after 1 hr & 15 min, was told known outage in area from Aug 17 at 3 pm till tomorrow Aug 18 at 6 pm. Tech didn’t bother to offer any help or investigation noting my history. Tech should be invested in customer service.

    @RogersHelps I cannot access my account, I’m Thailand and locked me out because it’s saying a suspicious log in, when I told them I was going to be in Thailand, and when I call, the recording says I high number of calls and hangs up on me. HORRIBLE!!!!
