    Second month back with @Rogers and I'm already regretting it. Why have I been on hold twice for over 20 mins and can't speak to ANYONE??? So tempted to cancel my contract already.

    @RogersHelps been on hold to reach technical support for over two hours. What's going on?! It's been several months like this. How is one supposed to get help?!!

    @RogersHelps This does not help. I am the account holder who visited the store myself with all the identification still, the store executive was telling me that the so called system is saying verification declined without even verifying anything.

    @RogersHelps a couple years ago I added my name and address to the Do Not Knock List for your sales people and they are now back again, twice yesterday which I did not answer because of their aggressive tactics. I called customer service and the options are useless.
