Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@RealKingiman @Rogers What does that have to do with it? The fact that to deal with a “Canadian” issue I was speaking with someone from another country. Rogers should be investing more in Canada with more Canadian call centers.

I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus,everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled

Anyway, for Robbers to employ CS staff in Canada, they’d have to pay well which they (and others) don’t like to. Hence the outsourcing. Cheap labour.
