    @MapleLeafs @Rogers Why am I being served by Indians when reaching service desk? Do I live in fking India or Canada? Do I pay you scumbags in Indian money or Canadian? People should just start canceling their contracts. This is outrageous to be served by Indians as a Canadian paying customer

    @Rogers So how does @Rogers show "internet usage" at an empty apartment while I was hospitalized abroad? TWO possibilities: 1. Router standby signals logged as "usage" 2. Data manipulation to justify billing Either way - FRAUD. Filing CCTS complaint with all evidence TODAY.

    I worked for @Rogers for 3 years. In 3 years I got one 10 cent raise. My starting salary minimum wage. All it call centers start at minimum wage. Now they are choosing buyouts to save more money. I have watched their hiring and firing policies for a decade and have come to the conculsion that Rogers is one of the worst employers in Canada.

    @Rogers crap service, tv/internet outage for months. Numerous calls/tech visits, plus many area issues. Finally found out a broken wire coming into our apartment. Weeks, still not fixed, outages continue. WTF are we paying for? Still a year left on contract, not like this!

    @RogersHelps My grandma does dialysis at home sometimes my phone can’t even connect to service and I’m OUTSIDE in a city lol
