    @RogersHelps Hours of being on hold and trying to get things resolved finally were by a very knowledgable supervisor but the process leading up to speaking with her were stressful, arduous and took hours of my life from me I will never get back.

    @RogersHelps 10 gigs in 18 days and you want to charge me more. And the plan that you sucked me into is not one offered by connecting families. Yet another case where Rogers decides to run roughshod over Canadians. Not this time. The garbage phone I have will be left with one of your stores.

    @RogersHelps oh i already tried that several times and it isn't even giving me my province so that wasn't working the outage has been for over 5 hours now, so what gives?

    @RogersHelps I did that. took over 3 hrs on hold online on my cell phone data as on the phone I never got an answer why am I paying for a service when it doesn't work? your customer service and wait times have really gone downhill since the merger

    Hey @Rogers why am I talking to a dude in the Philippines when Canadians can't find jobs??? Yet, you sure like to gouge us with fees for subpar service and then rob from us with extra billings if one doesn't look at their statement.
