At #INDU @Rogers CEO says they didn’t know it was a National outage for several hours. I find this boggling - it took most people 10 minutes looking on social media at 5AM to know this was National impact.

Hey #tonystaffieri, how about stop sending me emails and refund me for missing out on a day of work since I couldn't communicate, or do my freelance gigs on Friday because @RogersBiz was out of service? No one wants your damn useless emails. #rogersoutage #rogers

@AboutRogers @Rogers These are all empty promises!!! We will never know the truth. Not sure how can you say: 'Our Valued Customers' because your company don't value 'Anyone' other than the 'Profits', with your high rates that you charge consumers & businesses. An unreliable network!

How fitting is it that the day #INDU committee discussed the #rogersoutage With @Rogers executives, doesn't our internet and TV service go out! Like, I can't even. #cdnpoli

@RogersHelps We are still having issues with Ignite in Cambridge. TV losing audio, video freezing and sometimes going completely black. Also issues with Internet going completely out once or twice everyday.

  • ArkRoy
    Ark Roy (@ArkRoy) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Dear Sir, please don't invest more into a failed network. We are already paying some of the highest tariffs for a ****** network. It's time to accept that it's a lost cause.

If human trafficking is such a major problem in Toronto especially in the XO/OVO scene like this girl claims, makes me wonder if that was a set up for it going down in power @RogersHelps @rogers @CAFinUS anyways ima just sit and wait

  • itstrundlebaby

Someone at @Rogers needs to switch Tony Staffieri's wifi back off before he sends out another email like "here are five other critical oversights we built into our network which we had no plan of addressing until now"

  • pandersen
    Paul Andersen (@pandersen) reported

@Mark_Goldberg @Rogers Not that I object to any of those (although I don’t quite understand #2); however, they don’t seem to get to the root cause of the outage as they seem to be describing it.

    Don Nordlundo (WAS) (@don_nordlundo) reported

@pandersen @Rogers They couldn't check social media. Their Internet was down.
