    @Rogers makes billions every year & pays management millions in bonuses yet can’t provide stable or competent service like the current outage across Calgary & Alberta - now over 12 hrs long. Use some of that profit to actually create redundancy & better quality of service

    Sales calls on my home phone from @Rogers daily, sometimes several times a day, even though (1) I'm already a customer, and (2) I've asked repeatedly for the calls to stop. Great way to do business.

    Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers after all the crap to return phones now you tell us you didn't receive 1 of them. I can send you screenshot from @PurolatorInc showing delivery for both on the same date & time.

    @RogersHelps I get technical issues can happen but you clearly need more agents to support customers as well as looking at the IVR to determine why it keeps dropping calls. A technical issue can happen, but multiple times is not ok.
