    @EastEndFinest1 @RogersHelps The fact is that Rogers doesn't have an outage map as that would show how wildly unreliable they are. So everytime your Internet is out you have no idea if they know about it already or not, and you have to fill in online forms to get anything. Unreal

    Hey @Bell can someone at sales dm me. Myself and at least 2 other households on my street want to leave @Rogers . They have had an outage everyday since last Thursday, and its impossible to work from home with this level of service.

    So @RogersHelps solution to my text/phone issues is "you're eligible for wifi calling." I live downtown in a fairly large city. I've never had issues prior and now I perpetually have 1 bar and my phone can barely send a text? Takes several minutes for a call to connect?

    @Rogers In Carleton Place, all Rogers customers could literally have a no data plan cuz the data we have is unusable. Unless we are on wifi you couldn’t open an internet browser to save your life. It’s awful….and I know 20 people off hand who feel the same. I can’t wait to switch over.

    Thanks for nothing @Rogers. Yesterday I was on hold for literally AN HOUR trying to fix a problem you created. Now I have no flicking internet at all. For this crap, you extort several hundreds of $$$ every month. Meantime, I can't work.
