    @RogersHelps How is it that one single channel (CTV on 12) is completely unwatchable, but the rest are fine? The game is jerky and slow, but commercials are fine. Been like this for three weeks.

    @Rogers Rogers is trash !!! Nothing but data scanners... ban Rogers ... you will see after 20 days your already at your data limit. With Telus never used 3gigs in a month ... done with this scam company .. they don’t even let you watch hockey without paying for it... billions not enough!

    @RogersHelps Your network is kindof poor in our area in Surrey..We live on a higher floor, yet it gives only 2 lines,compared to 6 from Telus.That is a disadvantage. How may we boost it ?

    Hi @RogersHelps I switched to your Ignite Wifi service and the tech dropped off the modem but said the wifi pods weren't on the work order despite them being part of the order I made yesterday.

    @RogersHelps APPALLING customer service. Nearly 2 week no internet, cable cut out tonight, 6 days, 14+ CD Reps, dozens of empty promises & lies & still NO service- but u had no problem taking my $$ earlier today! Scammers
