@Eckley949 @RogersHelps @CRTCeng I don’t think that deal is going to go through now. I also think they need to become a Bell customer to get proper 911 service working. IP telephony doesn’t work when your internets down.

@QueenofCastoria @Rogers It's not just this. My wireless wasn't working this morning. My internet has been intermittent since the outage. They obviously are having issues.

@RogersHelps Not impressed. BAD timing. Started a live podcast and my upstream showed as UNDER 1Mbps. Awful A/V bandwidth for most of the evening. When you pay more for better up/down bandwidth, this is not expected. Especially after the major recent outage affecting all Canada.

@Rogers Be sure to print those tickets in case there’s no cell service that day!

@RogersHelps @Rogers today I called customer service and they said that the loyalty dept could give me a good deal. All loyalty said was that they had no deals to offer me and asked me the date I wanted to cancel. I couldn't believe it. I guess they have enough customers 😕

@RogersHelps @SharmaNeerav In ten minutes. With all due respect to Mr. Neerav, why did he get such a quick response when it take me EIGHT HOURS to get a response from what's supposed to be a 24/7 support service?

@RogersHelps I have no idea why MyRogers shows I now have 25gb of data for my wireless line. I used to have 20 and never used it. Didn't ask for an increase and certainly not going to pay anything extra. DON'T NEED EXTRA 5 gb!
