@RogersHelps Wow! I switched to Ignite at double the cost, with much less reliable service. Way too many drop offs. When I ask you to send a technician to trouble shoot you tell me I’ll have to pay for the technician. About to switch providers. I’m so frustrated!!!

@AboutRogers @Rogers The apology is nice and all. However, with SLAs, you have a LEGAL obligation to compensate those with agreements in place. Plus, the danger you put people in those areas that 911 service failed is unconscionable, and there needs to be full transparency wrt root cause.
