    Disappointed @RogersHelps. Very poor data / no data when I went into Madoc Ont and Bancroft Ontario over last week. 2-3 bars of signal but almost no data flows. Drive out of town and fine. If I lived in either town I’d be pissed. Thankfully trip was just for lunch or Dinner.

    @Rogers thanks to Kai and Mahmood who went above and beyond to help me resolve the unpleasant issues I had dealing with the device protection company. They escalated the problem and in less than 24 hrs I will be getting my new phone! #happycustomer #greatcustomerservice
