    @RogersHelps Hi there, as stated earlier I have tried the number given and have waited for more than an hour everytime. Why is cancellation such a problem..... haven't seen such waits while getting a new service......

    @RogersHelps I’m in Durham. I had an important Zoom meeting and my internet went down 30 minutes before my call. It’s been out for almost two hours now! Completely unacceptable!

    @Rogers why have a "live chat" if "live chat agent" can only recommend "you will have to contact customer support" answer obviously the "live chat agent" doesn't have access to your account they can only take "new orders" that generate money not help actual customers what a joke
