@RogersHelps I can't believe how disgusting your Rogers On The Go customer service is. The person wouldn't even wait 5 min. to deliver my phone (they were late) and told me when they called they had other customers that were waiting. Really I'm not a customer?

@RogersHelps Got Ignite TV.. paid extra to have techs come install who said CH's will start working in a few hrs. Didnt work the next morning called tech support, was told the 'work order' was left open. Said CH's will start working in 30mins. 12 hours been on hold for 45mins...

@RogersHelps @velcomcom @velcom internet has been down in Oshawa since 8am yesterday. Completely unacceptable. Then Rogers passes off the blame to your ISP when Rogers owns all the infrastructure!! Like can we get a sliver of information? I've lost 2 days of pay.

@Rogers I live in Brantford, west Brant. Seems like Roger's isnt capable of providing internet. Called tech support several times and despite having a technician come to my home, I'm still forced to connect to the internet through my Bell Cellphone because Roger's internet doesn't work

@RogersBiz What about Rogers, @Bell and @Telus make a concerted effort to make sure the entirety of major highways like the 1, 3, 5, 16 and 97 all have continuous service in BC? Too many dead spots to count on these major transportation routes.
