@Rogers Your Pro-on-the-go team has NO INTEGRITY, I thought that was a core value of your company! The currier never delivered my phone, then cancels my order without even speaking with me. All morning I get automated messages that my phone is on its way, getting close etc.

@RogersHelps Firestick 4k (2018 model), firestick 4k max (2021 model) and chromecast with google tv. All devices work great with other live streaming apps, and only have problems with the SN Now App: constant buffering, frame skipping, stuttering and server errors. Also visit @snNOWsucks

@Rogers can you hire more call centre staff... it's ALWAYS slow due to high call volume... for years... also your website is terrible and wont allow me to make the changes I need to, so I have to call....

@RogersHelps Marina del rey complex lakeshore Blvd west of parklawn picture signal becomes grainy then freezes. Couple of days ago just couple of channels now 4/5 channels.
