    @CBCRaffy @Rogers @CRTCeng the CRTC is the *reason* Rogers is all the way up our emergency services. Such corporate hypocrisy only to try and look good to neophytes. More of the goddamn same.

    @CRTCeng How is the @CRTCeng going to evaluate @Rogers disaster recovery plan? Does the CRTC have IT specialists on hand to say whether Rogers or Bells ability to recover is adequate? The answer is No so you need a better solution

    Hey @RogersHelps @rogerstv Ignite tv glitching, freezing & black screen since outage. Kitchener ON. I have reset/rebooted/unplugged everything. I am paying for what exactly? And no, I don't want a free month of a channel no one watches. I want what I pay $$ for.

  • GT3Pro Martin Tekela (@GT3Pro) reported

    @_paulhay @RogersHelps @Rogers It’s Tuesday and we’re still having Internet blackouts. I still can’t watch TV without occasional loss of audio, heavy pixelation or complete blackouts. It was so bad on regular channels last night that I tried to watch Netflix instead, but that signal dropped as well.

    @RogersHelps I’ve been a cell customer since I had a car phone installed in 1989. Was Rogers Cantel back then. I’m a cellular and broadband customer now, but I think that’ll soon end. Service, both system and customer, has been poor for months… heading into retirement, I just can’t justify

    @Speedytokrazy @thego2guru @RogersHelps Same here. I haven’t gotten above 30 Mbps since pre-outage.
