Day 3 begging @Rogers to bring service to my area so I can get rid of @Xplornet. There’s Rogers service 2km each way of a cluster of 15 homes...our internet is garbage and everyone has said they’d switch to Rogers. 15 new customers in a single day...that’s just internet not cable

@RogersHelps Your service is poor, the signal varies from weak to non-existent. My family pays an exorbitant fee for a poor service and almost no help from the service provider.

@RogersHelps My services have gone down 5 times this morning while I work from home. I call Rogers telling them their service guys who are working down the street shouldn't be doing maintenance, and they say it's not them when the guy said he's from Rogers. So who's lying?

@Rogers pretty ridiculous that there are “no promotions” available for my senior parents. You did this with my in-laws last year, and now with my parents. Absolutely terrible that you think it’s ok to charge anyone these prices, let alone people on pension.
