@RogersHelps In lower mainland BC myself and all my coworkers have to service. We are couriers and need out service. This is a joke that I have to find out online when I can grab Wi-Fi from my customers to find out about this outage. 🤬

@RogersHelps All of our 12 cellphones line are with Rogers, so 3/4 of my family are impacted. My mother, my husband cannot WFH atm because they use their phone. This is just horrible services for paying 1000$ on a monthly basis. I'm taking all my 12 lines away when our contracts are done.

@RogersHelps It’s a Monday, essential workers rely on their cellular service to get through the day. Absolutely unacceptable that you’ve left this many Canadians without service for over 12 hours.

@RogersHelps I had to sit outside for hours today so I didn't miss my grocery delivery. Rogers has far too many outages. And some of them are ridiculously long, like the time I ended up switching my internet to Bell so at least one service would always work, after a 5 day cable outage..
