2. Did anyone on council seek credible modal-split data on how fans get to #BlueJays games and whether bad weekend GO service is a bigger factor? Our learned friend in the mayor's office should be able to distinguish between actual evidence and anecdotes from a @Rogers executive.

Rogers can't keep a reliable network but they never miss a moment to threaten suspension of services and a $50 charge for suspending them, for being like 3 days past due lol **** @Rogers

If your customer service process says pacify customer, take the concern offline to the DMs and then you never report or resolve the issue, something is not clicking. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps In my opinion it's kind of stupid making some people wait for at least another month to get a credit when the outage happened during the precious billing cycle... do better

@RogersHelps We went through that yesterday... then I stopped getting replies... all my channels appear to be working at the moment, but I lose 80, 43, 41, 54 periodically (probably other channels I never use as well but these ones I notice)
