    @Rogers This happens far too many times. You would have thought these issues would have been resolved. When it disrupts 911, you need to be held accountable. Address the situation with customers immediately, not leaving people, businesses in the dark. I'm done with Roger's

    @CBCToronto @RogersHelps @Rogers my wife and I have been fighting Covid illnesses at home isolation and we can’t call or contact Telehealth and we have 2 young kids. It was terrible and a small rebate is not good enough. More must be done. 2nd big outage in as many years.

    @CTVToronto Heads have to role ... and it should be the companies or people who depend and pay for the service @Rogers .

    @thejaytc @RogersHelps Realistically, they will probably take your monthly bill, divide it by the days in the month, and give you a credit based on the amount of days you were without service.
