@RogersHelps on hold for 2+hrs. Reached live chat to understand why I have no data access with an infinite 10 plan. Was told issue resolved when it wasn’t. Called again. 2+hrs on hold. Had the rudest agent laughing at my issue and transferred me to no one. I’m done with Rogers

@RogersHelps be interesting to know how I could sign up for a service when I had NO SERVICE on Dec 24th, looking at my bill and it says I signed up then which is a blatant LIE on Rogers part, can't sign up for a service if I had NO SERVICE, and I wouldn't

@RogersHelps WTF gives Rogers the right to sign me up, I receive a text on Dec 24th during storm welcoming me to the Rogers Roam, which I mind you was during a storm which the rogers service didn't WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!! where I had to DRIVE TO GET ANY SERVICE

@RogersHelps WHY would Rogers automatically sign me up for a service I didn't request or sign up to? I get my bill and it says I now have Rogers Roam, WHICH I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR AT ALL, if I have to wait on hold cancelling something Rogers did I'm gonna be pissed big time

@Bell_Support So I have now been without internet since Jan 1st. 3 full days now. Talk to odynet in London ont for the ticket numbers opened. It is just some copper line Please fix this. I thought @Rogers was bad
