@RogersHelps our ignite TV keeps freezing. Either sound or picture or sometimes both. Have rebooted and still having this issue on 2 boxes. Wifi seams fine but tv isn’t still. Please check Guelph, ON. area.

@rogers is totally responsible for their outage. however, what is Interac doing using only one provider? how can 911 services also depend on one company? and airlines & etc. the greatest advantage of the internet is redundancy the number of ways a signal can travel A to B.

So everyone must have heard by now that @Rogers is giving all their subscribers 2 days credit for the #outage? An outage they CLAIM was NOT a #CyberAttack but a “maintenance/upgrade” issue, something THEY caused - that could have COST lives DUE to 911 failure! #unacceptable

@RogersHelps We have been with @Rogers for 10 days now, going on day 4 with no internet and now I need to have a tech come to my house to resolve the issue after waiting on hold for 4 hours with two different reps did nothing. Bravo...

Hey @Bell is your network stable? After the mass outage at @Rogers I am getting very annoyed to not have a stable and reliable connection. I am not fond of internet that randomly cuts out for a few minutes and frequently needs a modem reboot to work at all.
