@RogersHelps No you’re not. You’ll tell me to restart and that things are fine on your end. I have had crap service since the outage, at my home in Ontario and also in Newfoundland. (Not you personally but Rogers has not fixed anything, ever)

@RogersBiz What Rogers really needs to do is fix their cell coverage. Imagine, 30 minutes outside Ottawa, and no service, not even 911

recently switched from @Rogers to @Bell. Had a technical issue, which was eventually resolved....but the customer service @Bell is equally inept. Not sure why im surprised by this....
