Shreyas S (@Shreyas87139893) reported@Rogers your live chat is equally pathetic. I am always queue number 50 and above. Do I have to wait 2 hours every time to resolve my network issues ? Cant reach an agent. On call since morning, wait times 2 hours already.

Howling at the Moon 🐺 (@Jane_Gillon) reported@Rogers I’m glad you understand but that doesn’t really help anything. I will be spending my time avoiding as many “smart” products as possible. There is a big difference between incentives and force. 95% of the people would never turn off the standby feature.

Leanne Cormier (@cormierleanne71) reported@RogersHelps why is the internet down in NB and how long before it is restored
-
Manny Sforza (@MannySforza) reported@Rogers having to play a message for customers waiting on hold stating we are experiencing longer than usual wait times actually means you really suck at customer service and are more focused on profits!!! #DoBetterRogers

CanucksFan (@CanucksFan5335) reported@Lotto6445151 @Canucks @Rogers Why would Boeser go to New York, when they are equally as bad as the Canucks with a worse future 😭
-
travisrenney (@travisrenney) reported@RogersHelps Answer the phone in the call centre. Have an objective to have hold times of less and three to five minutes. Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers don’t need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.
