Jim Elliott (@jelliott_to) reported@RogersHelps I am having major issues with my Rogers cell service. 5 times today my phone has gone to emergency calls only. Then it works but I only get <5 Mbps. At other times I get over 150 Mbps. The service is so inconsistent my phone has become unusable for work.

🇻🇨🇺🇦 G.F. Liverpool™© 🇺🇦🇹🇹 (#GLBI NOW) 🧩 (@gfliverpool9966) reported@RogersHelps On chat, yes, not on the phone. Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Thursday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.

Jennifer Vargen (@jennvargg) reportedI do not ever recommend @Rogers /shaw for TV, internet. Customer service is a nightmare… on hold yesterday 1 1/2 hrs and disconnected… this morning on hold 57 min and disconnected… All their call centre staff is Filipino… in the Philippines 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

B R R | Between Reason and Rage (@ReasonAndRage) reportedHave been on hold with @Rogers for over an hour. This is for a business account. Not even an option for a call back, like Telus offers. As with everything else, prices increase, mistakes are rampant, and service gets worse and worse. Really not impressed.

Trizent (@Wizalters) reported@RogersHelps Problem is the Rogers team on phone didn't know there was outage even though it apparently was reported hrs earlier. Was suggested I PAY for a tech to come out Sunday AM (in 3 days) even tho I told them 100s have no service it isn't just me. Supervisor refused to listen to logic.
