@RogersHelps the fact that people work/study from home & Rogers can get away with bad service is unacceptable I was not able to access Wi-Fi all day! I called customer support they said someone won’t come until TUESDAY to “try” to fix the issue. I WORK FROM HOME THIS ISN’T RIGHT

@Rogers thanks Rogers for your excellent customer support... 😕 After your website didn't allow me to purchase a cyber Monday deal, and your 24/7 online support did nothing to assist in real time, your phone support the next day also did nothing since "the deal has now passed".

So I signed up for new internet over the phone and they made up a name for my account instead of asking me to spell mine. Now Rogers is telling me I need to show legal proof of a name change to fix this. @RogersHelps can you help please?

@RogersHelps what ever happened to customer service? Spent half hour on the phone with representative to ask about Netflix charge that appeared on my bill (I don't have Netflix) just to be told that it's my problem. Then she hung up. How exactly to you get help from Rogers?

@RogersHelps We just got a new connection and the connection start date was supposed to be the end of Dec 2020 but it has been started today. Tried calling customer care but we have been on hold twice for 45 mins and are still on hold with no response. Really irritated.

@Eastlink Too little too late. You guys had 2 weeks to get it right. I'm already happily with @Rogers, who solved everything and ported my numbers all at the same time. Imagine that. Perhaps you should just focus on improving customer service, and if needed, improving your "systems"
