@wussmode @Rogers I have the same on my street, nobody has come by, ever! Hey @rogers who came up with these ignite bundles and flex channels? The set-up is awful and confusing, no wonder you guys are losing so many people to IPTV and android boxes…

@RogersHelps I’ve done this, I’ve dealt with the live chat to try and resolve the issue. I have an nhl live account that was setup through the app that I purchased the subscription to. Every time I log in to a different device, it asks me what subscription I want to purchase.

@RogersHelps @olympicfan68 A town with 10000 people and a 12+ hour total system failure is not a large issue? Look up Gander Newfoundland in your system. They definitely know there's a problem. Definitely going to loose a bunch of customers to @Bell_Aliant

@Rogers really needs to get there **** together. People in store tell you one thing then when you call customer service they tell you that the store was wrong. Shouldn't everyone company wide be on the same page? Is that too much to ask?

@RogersHelps Is there a logical reason why a COMMUNICATIONS company, doesnt have 24/7 service on the phone? I'm not interested in typing out a problem for 2 hrs to wait for a reply, then type out more, when it can be said in 2 minutes.

Sorry @rogers we tried to move our business from Bell but we are returning to them. You sold us a bundle and scheduled the install. But you failed on the install and are making us start again and wait a week with no service at our new home. Thanks so much 😞
