@RogersHelps @McCorquodaleRay Every time I ever talked to Rogers staff they made promises they never kept! I left with all my 4 services for this reason & I still can't get my bill to be corrected! RIP OFF! Next call will be to BBB!!

@RogersHelps Hey Rogers, how about when you randomly up my TV service price by $60, you give me reasonable options to change it? I've spent over 4 hours on hold on the phone, and over 13 hours on hold for chat support, and I can't even get anyone who can answer a single question.

@RogersHelps, you can’t call your data plans “Unlimited”, when you throttle the speeds for the unlimited part to point you can’t load anything. The more time I spend loading, the more battery I use. Which means, you are devaluing my device, while I’m paying you. **** that noise!
