@RogersHelps absolutely horrible is the only way to describe your lack of data in my area AND the way your tech/retention people deal with it. Two dropped calls while on hold with retention personnel and NO ONE bothers to call back. Pitiful.

Bill credit of ~9$ from Rogers for July's outage is too big of an amount. Lost communication with closed ones, whole day of work impacted (WFH).Definitely this credit is the best compensation for all the inconvenience caused. @RogersHelps #rogersoutage #rogers #AndtheyGotAway

Hey @Rogers, you can stop the inundation of offers call to me. I’m a satisfied @Bell customer who doesn’t get annual blackouts. Unless your nepotistic senior management sorts out your problems, Satan will be ice skating to work when I consider you for a service switch.

@RogersHelps Explain how I get a call from collections over $56.09 from a transfer fee from 2019… I never got a call or email about this. If the collections company could call/email me so could Rogers. Affecting peoples credit over $56 is ridiculous.
