Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps Too hard and for too long and then kept yourself unavailable for resolution until you get your ching ching ching money you felt you had coming. I'm done. Not one more penny paid. The phone will be returned. I will move to another carrier. Goodbye and good luck

chris (@whiteboywork) reported@Rogers you gonna fix this anytime now right ??? 9 tome have had to reset my router...
-
Cross Fire (@BellaKissBanuta) reported@RogersHelps I noticed that you keep saying sorry to customers for not honouring your services. It doesn't make any sense because a customer cannot say sorry for not paying your bills, even if the quality of services is poor. Unfortunately, there is no incentive for that.

Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps 10 gigs in 18 days and you want to charge me more. And the plan that you sucked me into is not one offered by connecting families. Yet another case where Rogers decides to run roughshod over Canadians. Not this time. The garbage phone I have will be left with one of your stores.

j k (@jigmack) reported@RogersHelps I have been calling Roger’s technical had to wait 2 hrs before somebody ans. Out of 5 lines in my family my one line does not have signal. I was told to reset network and also restart phone. I would get network for few minutes and then gone again. Need assistance

Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported@RogersHelps It's now an hour that I have been on music hold. I am calling billing for two reasons. One, I switched to Xfinity last week and I was told when it was set up I have to call to cancel my old Nextbox account as they are set up separately and getting Xfinity doesn't cancel the old one. Second, my Nextbox account had Crave and it's not on my new Xfinity account and I want to get it added. Both are simple but being on hold for over an hour with no end in sight is beyond ridiculous. No wonder people cut the cord.

Canucks Critic (@CanucksCritic) reported@Canucks @Rogers Same Combine storyline every year: skill isn’t the question, it’s projection and mindset. Still doesn’t fix the Canucks’ bigger issue of turning “good prospects” into consistent NHL results.
