RichardYanker2U (@drinklotsofh2o) reported@LoveMy7Wood @RogersHelps Every time I would call Rogers I would start the call by saying “pass me through to customer retention because that’s where I’ll end up anyway”.

Michael OConnor (@Michael13482600) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers Write the CEO a strongly worded letter of complaint. Address it as personal & confidential. I did it after almost two years of terrible service delivery. Good chance you will be referred to a specialist group. Worked for me. Service delivery is good now.

Canucks Critic (@CanucksCritic) reported@Canucks @Rogers Same Combine storyline every year: skill isn’t the question, it’s projection and mindset. Still doesn’t fix the Canucks’ bigger issue of turning “good prospects” into consistent NHL results.

mike walsh (@mikewal16285187) reported@RogersHelps The streaming buffering is a well known issue with your product that you seem to refuse to address.A local small internet provider I had before Rogers bought them never had this issue and that was with a quarter the download speed.

Joey Chaves (@joey_chaves) reported@Rogers how many times do I have to tell your sales ppl who come to my door everyday in the last two weeks sometimes between 9-10pm I do not want your service. This is harassment

Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported@RogersHelps It's now an hour that I have been on music hold. I am calling billing for two reasons. One, I switched to Xfinity last week and I was told when it was set up I have to call to cancel my old Nextbox account as they are set up separately and getting Xfinity doesn't cancel the old one. Second, my Nextbox account had Crave and it's not on my new Xfinity account and I want to get it added. Both are simple but being on hold for over an hour with no end in sight is beyond ridiculous. No wonder people cut the cord.
