@GeorgeGhalayeni @RogersHelps You may need to follow up with their support directly. First time this happened to me I ended up having to call in and got bounced around until I ended up speaking to their return department directly.

@Bell_Support So I have now been without internet since Jan 1st. 3 full days now. Talk to odynet in London ont for the ticket numbers opened. It is just some copper line Please fix this. I thought @Rogers was bad

@RogersHelps trying to get my mom’s cable package sorted has been a nightmare. Days on hold being passed around from department to department. There has to be a better way to help your customers especially elderly customers.

@Rogers I am trying to get through to customer service to cancel my home security service each time I wait over 3hrs for a callback When I get the callback I explain everything I end up holding for another 2 hours and getting disconnected before I get to someone WHAT IS THIS?

@RogersHelps I’ve been on hold with Rogers for over 4 hours over the last 3 business day. I get that people are very busy, but when you call me back through the call back service, I shouldn’t have to wait 55 more min. Very trusted. Transferred around too.

@RogersHelps Your service is terrible we have been down for 3 days and just keep getting told something different or 12 more hours and it should be fixed. You used to be a stand up and reliable company now you are terrible. Will switch at the first chance I get.
