    So @rogers just got my bill after the outage. No discount. Bill is higher. Even after the outage my internet was out on and off for 3 days. Care to explain.

    So, @RogersHelps said everyone will get a five day credit on their bill to try and compensate us for the nation wide outage. Yet my bill has arrived with *zero* credit applied. Presumably now I'll have to waste ages on hold trying to get what we were all promised. #rogersoutage

    @RogersHelps If you’re gonna make it impossible for your clients to make changes to their service online, you need to staff your call centres better. Three hours on the phone to change my plan is unbelievable.

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps If these charges continue and my credit score is damaged because the mismanagement of Rogers you all can expect a big fight. Also, soon this account gets remove rest assured that I will call Bell and cancel my second account. I had enough of you guys.
