The amount of times I keep calling @Rogers just to downgrade is ridiculousโ€ฆ @RogersHelps either answer the call, or Iโ€™m canceling my service

@RogersHelps I wonder if other people have experienced the same problem?

@RogersHelps please connect me to an agent. Itโ€™s really frustrating when I moved 11 days ago to my new address and still donโ€™t have home internet. Iโ€™m trying to keep calling and Iโ€™m holding for at least 45 minutes but nobody is connecting. Am I paying for this service?

@LesMoore5 @MichelleRempel @Rogers Poor sound quality with large service gaps depending on weather and geography doesnโ€™t strike me as perfectly designed.

@RogersHelps 1) The app (android specific) crashes when pressing "Billing", I have tried it while many other tabs were successfully navigated to over the last few months. I do believe its a recent'ish (April?) issue.

@RogersHelps You do not service the area I am moving too. I tried cancelling and hit road block after road block. Really disappointed after being a customer for so long.

@provincesports In this column I hope Mr. Taylor is only criticizing Toronto & not all of SW Ontario. K-W is a top 12 media market in Canada & we're angry with @Rogers as they shut down our only local news talk station.

@Rogers if you stop laying off your employees then maybe your customer service would be better waiting to talk to someone for an hour and 29 mins is OUTRAGEOUS - for a call that last 10min To make it worst the person was rude! A bunch of YAHOOS!! Get it together!

@rodmickleburgh @Rogers the government allowed them to "diversify". and this is the predictable outcome. instead of saying no and insisting that they provide quality service at reasonable price, like anywhere else in the world, they were allowed to use their monopoly advantage to buy tv rights and teams
