@TELUSsupport is just disappointing as @RogersHelps -accumulating four hours of back and fourth, getting disconnected, waiting additional hour to be on hold, wasting valuable time for a simple dispute of an unknown charge. Marketing does not reflect customer support. #servicefail

@RogersHelps, I had an issue with your service last night. I got on chat with a person who couldn't fix the issue, only provide a stop gap solution. He escalated the file up the chain and this morning I find out you have closed my file because you can't pinpoint the cause. 1/2

@RogersHelps Yes I was. I was told it was a home issue so the tech came... And told me it's an area issue. Apparently the whole south end of my city is having issues... Again. Not boring well.
