@RogersHelps Please answer your phone. In the last month I have been on hold for just over 12 hours. I keep getting the run around. I need a shipping label. I have spoken to 5 specialist and a Manager. I am now being billed for Rogers mistake. Rogers consumer service is appalling

  • stitchlady Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@rogershelps @RogersHelps there is constant pixelating on Channel 7 Citytv. I've reported it before. You refresh my signal, restart my modems etc. helps for a few days and then its back. Obviously its a Rogers issue which is funny since Rogers owns Citytv!

"Rogers wrapped in red event!!!" 🤮🤮🤮🤮 So sick of this commercial... If anything it's making me never want to be a @Rogers customer!!!

  • cdnbokchoy Tee (@cdnbokchoy) reported

@RogersHelps By the way, that is a URL to your home phone service. Cell phone = wireless.

  • TicknerRoger Roger Tickner (@TicknerRoger) reported

@RogersHelps why do we pay $100s a month and service drops EVERY week? Out again. Worst service I’ve had in 25 years.

  • brocktyler Brock Tyler (@brocktyler) reported

@stafford_greer @TELUS @Rogers So bad. So so bad.

@longleysunsport Okay, so they've replaced Stripling. Who will Atkins sign to actually bolster last year's thin starting staff? #BlueJays We obviously have real-life problems in Toronto, but it would be good to get a sense of how committed @Rogers is to getting this team over the ****.

  • MarkusLkraM Marky L. (@MarkusLkraM) reported

@RogersHelps ok. So in the last 15 minutes, I've received 10 phone calls from local numbers that look like they've been spoofed and they either hang up or have an automated message about Amazon, which are scams. It's 2022, you and the other Telcos haven't done squat.

  • doveparmar Dovejot Parmar aka DoveJoy (@doveparmar) reported

.@RogersHelps might be the worst company at providing customer service. Someone has fraudulently opened an account with my name. I went in to one of your stores and the rep could find an account but said I'd have to call in. I call in and the CSR couldn't find the account.

@amadeusrock @Rogers My advice? Look elsewhere. Been having connection issues ever since the huge outage in the summer. Has currently been for over 5 hours now, running on mobile data again.
