    If anyone is ever thinking about getting a phone with @Rogers DONT DO IT I’ve never had such poor customer service my whole life. Period.

    @RogersHelps Can you actually provide some useful information? The 'status page' you keep tweeting out provides zero information and hasn't been updated in over 3 hours. Also Rogers seems to not understand how many "some wireless customers" is - this is a MAJOR NATIONWIDE OUTAGE

    @RogersHelps This is not intermittent! I've solidly had no service of any kind since this morning. I better see a rebate on my next invoice.

    @RogersHelps how much do you charge clients everyday their bill is overdue? Would love to know what you’re going to do for all the customers effected by the service outage? Sorry for the inconvenience isn’t enough when a service was been paid for but not delivered. #rogersoutage

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo This is not intermittent. It's a nationwide outage that's lasted over 12 hours now. I expect all customers will be compensated. You do realize people cannot call ANYONE if they have an Emergency. Not the Fire Dept, Ambulance, or Police !! This is unacceptable !!
