At other times I get over 150 Mbps. The service is so inconsistent my phone has become unusable for work.

Alexis Gee (@lexomatic) reported@RogersHelps It turns out it was a planned upgrade work June 1-4, but none of the 4 people I talked to until just now knew that. There was no advance notice and no info in online outage map that it was likely to continue or for how long. That is failing customer service.

A representative could simply call you and resolve it in a few minutes, but they won't. Instead they're asking you to spend more hours waiting on hold. My problem, @RogersHelps, is I was told by the service rep who came to my home that I actually need to speak with an actual human being about my two issues but it seems impossible.
