    @iPhoneinCanada An outage since last night lasting hours! Not able to make work-related calls today😓 No recent word from @Rogers @RogersHelps on the status at this point 🤔 Thankful (other than power outages) we use a different internet service in our rural area as #workathome #wireless

    @RogersHelps It would be much more appreciated and build customer trust if you were more transparent about the issue. Just say every customer across Canada is down including sub brands.

    @Rogers this is not an "intermittent" issue. This is a complete lack of service since 2am. Thankfully my wifi still works. I won't hold my breath for a rebate for the issue. #rogersdown
