@rogers tech came, internet was back, for about an hour before back down. It's beyond painful when you can't trust your ISP to be stable, in a city.

  • ThePickleicious Iain (@ThePickleicious) reported

After fighting with @rogers for months and months to fix my internet, they finally did. Too bad the fix only lasted 4 weeks.

  • LittleMama71 Lisa Carbone (@LittleMama71) reported

@RogersHelps hello, I live at Yonge and Finch, about 15 min ago we heard a boom and then no power…internet and cable haven’t come back online…is there an issue in the neighborhood?

@Rogers After we spoke to the technical support, they will send the technician to check the issue today, this happened after two days of the internet disconnection, I have my son in the high school and he missed out very important communication due to this corruption with the internet

  • ParamSandhu Param Sandhu (@ParamSandhu) reported

@RogersHelps Got Ignite TV.. paid extra to have techs come install who said CH's will start working in a few hrs. Didnt work the next morning called tech support, was told the 'work order' was left open. Said CH's will start working in 30mins. 12 hours been on hold for 45mins...

  • shadi53256354 shadi (@shadi53256354) reported

@Rogers That’s all what you can do? What about the communication my son missed? What about my assignment for my college that I missed as well? This will give bad impression, however thanks for your words, but only words can’t be the solution all the time.

  • devohockey Devin Smith (@devohockey) reported

@Bell Your customer service is a joke. I fell for “we will call you back.” But you will still charge me for services you don’t provide. And ironically I want to watch the game that is playing at the Bell Centre. As soon as @Rogers comes to my neighbourhood we are breaking up.

leave it to @rogers to be down again... i swear i can't get one straight week without a connection issue. and the only solution offered is they monitor our internet for a week (usually performs extremely poor this entire week) then swap our modem with another used model.
