    @Rogers Human connections? Tried twice today by phone to respond to Mr Bruno's letter of April 8 re Compton decommissioning to Rogers Ignite. On hold for over 50 mins w/ no response. Will try again tomorrow. How often should we call & remain on hold to become an Ignite customer?

    @RogersHelps soooo i just got a new modem in the mail, and I can't log into the ignite app. I've tried your customer service chat, waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone, and then they vanished on me completely. Now the wait is taking ages for a new representative. Some help???

    I'm seriously mad! 2nd day wifi not working and @TekSavvyNetwork can't fix it. Apparently only @Rogers can fix it. But it can't be done before MONDAY! MONDAY! IS THIS FOR REAL? 4 days!!! Something smells here and I don't like it. Unfair market practices are at foot and it stinks!
