    @Rogers internet and cable is down since Saturday morning in my neighbourhood. I thought @Rogers promised us to better after the outages last year. Very disappointing. Time to look for an alternative.

    @RogersHelps When your Ignite Internet is down you should offer Customers in that area unlimited Mobile Internet. I work from home and Internet is down in my area. What I am suppose to do now? By the way we received stupid letter saying it could go from 6 Feb to 24 Feb.

    @RogersHelps When I login to my account and try to click manage on any of my services, I get bumped back to the home page, but only on Firefox. What's the deal?

    @RogersHelps has got to be one of the worst companies!. Been on phone with them since Thursday trying to get an appointment. They give me appointments but don’t dispatch them. Wasted days waiting for technician. One agent wouldn’t patch me through to her supervisor! @CRTCeng
