@Rogers @NHL Very disappointed with @Rogers 25 years as a custom and trying to upgrade our internet. Ayo, your Customer Service Manager was very disrespectful

Dear @Rogers How is it possible that I still owe over $1100 on a phone I've had since February but it's trade in value would only be $285 today? Between that and the ridiculous rates I pay, I'll be changing carriers. Kiss a customer of 15+ years goodbye.

Just before 10 am today, @Bell work crew severed our home internet service line from the @Rogers backbone underlying our provider @TekSavvyCSR Since I'm WFH because of the pandemic, I went out to let them know. Bell couldn't fix it. Tech SUPPOSED to be here tomorrow. Yeah right.

How is it that when my power went out on Friday @RogersHelps sent me an email about network issues. But the internet has been down for two hours, lots of reports, and literally zero communication.

So over $450 of charges... But nothing they can do... Except asking me to pay more to keep a suspended service that I will have to cancel because cannot be transferred... @Rogers ..... Nice!

I just signed up with @LuckyMobileCan -it was easy to switch. I was having technical difficulties with @RogersHelps and no one would talk to me because I was 'pay-as-you-go'. Catch-22 is why would I pay for a service that doesn't work?
