@Rogers Thanks for responding… but why tho. I’m trying to watch live sports and can’t… If Amazon, DAZN etc can do things like this, why can’t Rogers? Especially as I pay a lot more for Rogers with out the benefit of streaming when abroad. Sometimes makes me want to cancel.

Today, I had the best interactions with @RogersHelps customer service on the phone in 15 years. Extremely professional, kind, helpful, & sounded like South Asian women. One of them said she was new to the job. #Rogers Imagine if THEY were on the board or the CEO instead?#CdnPoli

@KkfromAB @Rogers I was with Rogers for a gazillion years, and a couple of years ago I switch to Fido but that's only Rogers poor cousin. Cheaper, though.

@TruthWestCan1 @KkfromAB @Rogers Omg... I've had horrible luck Telus. I would not go back to Telus. Mind u, I wish I didn't need my phone for my job and would love to have not a phone anymore so maybe I'm not the guy to be commenting on this stuff. Lol

@RogersHelps Any chance someone could explain why your Ignite TV service continually drops the signal at my house? Your support tech assured me this morning at 10:30am that a ticket had been issued for this problem. And so far nothing, has been done to fix this.

@Rogers Man that’s so old fashioned thinking. I know this isn’t down to u, ur just replying, I’m just saying it out loud. Its crap when you can’t watch stuff in another country and the only way is to subscribe to a channel but if you don’t live in said country like me you miss out.

@RogersHelps over 2 weeks now with “interference” on my internet, and just awful service. Still no resolution when calling in. I get a text message twice a week telling me “we’re still working on the issue”. Can we step this up? Long time customer starting to run out of patience
