I am filing complaint with CCTS about this illegal charge on my bill. I suggest you have them call me directly.

At least once a week, my internet and phone will both become effectively unusable in spite of having strong 5G signal on both devices. Manan Sood (@Manansood20) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Your Customer Support representative clearly told me that the extra $80.40 CAD charge, supposedly related to a “dishonoured cheque,” would be disputed and removed. I checked my bank transactions for the past 6 months and there has been no bounced or returned payment.
