@RogersBiz @RogersHelps AGAIN!? Figure it out. Your mobile is down for all phones who changed plans. This is unacceptable. #rogers #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps is there some sort of outage in Barrie? My ignite has been down for an hour and it's been messed and slow for a few days.

  • SusanM19 Sue (@SusanM19) reported

@Rogers what a brutal time my mom is having with Rogers. Since Dec 31 trying to get help Finally decided to go to Ignite. Took almost 3 hours for Rogers tech to set up and 3 modiums later not all the channels are working. This is ridiculous customer service. DO BETTER ROGERS!

  • lindamarmstrong Linda (@lindamarmstrong) reported

@rogershelps I am on hold for more than an hour? I just want to add one simple little additional unit to my Ignite TV service. A customer who has everything with you at lots of $$ per month. This is how you are under staffing -- you don't want customers to sign up for more?

  • sumitsharma26 sumit kumar (@sumitsharma26) reported

It’s been a more than a month and I’ve never experienced “500 mbps” speed of internet which @RogersBiz promised. I always need to restart my modem to get at least speed of 200-300 and after sometime it is same(50-60mbps). Please advice @RogersBiz #WiFi #Rogers

@REWoman @Rogers They all treat you like crap once you've become a customer..

@RogersHelps is there any outage going on? No internet connection, am in west London Ontario

  • BlairScarlett Blair (@BlairScarlett) reported

I love @RogersHelps #CustomerService theory, transfer the customer multiple times, have them repeat the issue to every new person and after 90 minutes on the phone repeating your issue, you get tired and give up

  • TechTalk2k Tech & Nonsense (@TechTalk2k) reported

Bottom line Rogers is a horrible company with horrible intentions and I sympathize with @RogersHelps employees who suffer the consequences of a corrupt company for the many who really do try and help with such a horrible operating system to work with customers.
