Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • juhastocks juhastocks (@juhastocks) reported

@Rogers Internet issues 3 consecutive months - y’all replace pods. I send back old pods and now you charge my account? Customer service rude AF - what’s going on? #poorcustomerservice

  • gutstrung Tamara Bernstein (@gutstrung) reported

@gordperks @RogersHelps Ah, perhaps that's why I was unable to pay for my stack of books at Book City in Bloor West today, after finally hauling my behind there. Super annoying. (I know: First World Problem!)

  • NixyOnline 🅽🅸🆇🆈.❍🅽🅻🅸🅽🅴 (@NixyOnline) reported

@blacklikewho @RogersHelps Same. Used my data and it’s been 48+ hours with three and a half hours on the phone being bounced from tech to tech and put on hold and another tech and put on hold. Having to repeat my issue and info several times is getting tiring.

  • jmbmoore Jim Moore (@jmbmoore) reported

@RogersHelps No problems anymore DP. Try reading the tweets.

  • ohhimarta marta. (@ohhimarta) reported

Hey @RogersHelps I’ve had no internet since 4 pm today. I had to run a budget meeting with my VP off my iPhone. I’m bored at and frustrated to read you telling people the outage is fixed but I still don’t have internet. What’s up?

  • RnLurker AsuAdanac (@RnLurker) reported

@RogersHelps Thx but I’m already working with your tech support by phone. I just want to know how many people are affected like me and what the root cause was.

  • ElleViolet5 Elle Violet (@ElleViolet5) reported

@RogersHelps Unplugging did nothing. It finally came back on its own after being down for 6.5 hours. Thx.

  • ise_da_by Mark McPhail (@ise_da_by) reported

@Rogers It's been EIGHT days and 8 hours of phone calls and Ignite TV is STILL not working. Notified today that ticket is closed b/c its working??!! What option is there beside cancelling the service?

  • NixyOnline 🅽🅸🆇🆈.❍🅽🅻🅸🅽🅴 (@NixyOnline) reported

@RogersHelps I don’t have the data left to spend time on Twitter for another hr. I also don’t have the time to sit on the phone for four hours while being consistently overcharged & treated like crap by phone techs. All they have to do is restart my internet service, it’s not rocket science.

  • guidancefromjah Elijah (@guidancefromjah) reported

@Rogers @I_am_Katzen The issue is still not resolved. My internet and home phone service is non existent. When will it be fixed? Do I need to order Bell or can Rogers pull it together?
