@Rogers STOP WITH THE FRICKIN TORNADO WARNINGS EVERY 30 SECONDS. THESE TELL ME NOTHING ABOUT WHERE THE STUPID THING ACTUALLY IS. UNTIL YOU START WITH REAL WARNINGS LEAVE ME ALONE

@RogersHelps - First time ever, we've been stood up by your technician. Appt window was noon-4pm. No phone call either. What next? Suppose I need to spend another hour or so calling your "support" line. Ironic the only call received today was from Bell Marketing.

Why is @Rogers home internet service so horrible. Might have to switch back to @Bell. Internet service drops out every few hours. What am I paying you guys for? Hours on hold on the phone for zero help. #dobetter

@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.

@RogersHelps Your support page is down, I can’t log into the app and my home internet is down. North end of Toronto. What’s up??

Going on 3 hours without internet or cable and @Rogers still says the outage is being assessed. Might be time to finally make the switch to Bell.

@RogersHelps Same level of customer service provided here I see I just spent 2 hours on the phone with your incompetent staff feeding me the same script. I have never been more disgusted with a company in my life the level of incompetence and lack of customer service should be studied.

The time to strike Canadian oligarchs like Telus and Rogers is now AMERICA!! All you’d have to offer is a $60 unlimited data within North America and you’d wipe Rogers and Telus off the map. Thus opening up the internet scheme they run. I don’t even care if the coverage is that great, I can’t even get 5g service on the plains of Sask with @Rogers dog **** service. INVADE THE INTERNET AND CELL MARKET @Verizon IN CANADA YOULL HAVE AN OVER NIGHT CUSTOMER

@soul_supplier @Rogers @Bell 100%. I have the same issue and with the whole house connected, it’s totally unacceptable.
