15 times @Rogers and @Bell have told me to check back in 6 months as they continue to expand their network. 15 times they haven’t connected our neighbourhood. Seven plus years of being passed off. There’s only 650 metres to go.

@CoachNateMcK @RogersHelps Nate, this happened to me years ago. Stayed on until the bitter end. When they sweetly asked “how can I help you?”, I said please cancel everything to do with my Rogers account. And I have never looked back.

  • terryrl Terry Lewandowski (@terryrl) reported

@RogersHelps Yes I rebooted and it went from super slow download and almost no upload, to no service at all. Any help will be appreciated.

  • common_st Dana Bentley (@common_st) reported

Not the end. @Rogers technician showed up today, got cable into the house, handed us modem, and left. He didn't check signal to the house. There is none. 3rd appointment scheduled for Tuesday. Please @RogersHelps, fix your process.

  • magyandras András (@magyandras) reported

@RogersHelps And there are no "broadcasting changes". It is a human being who is supposed to be manually switching those channels over to the appropriate feed. I have seen it happen live. It is nothing more than amateur error week after week of dereliction of work duty. FIX THIS.

  • coachFusco coachFusco (@coachFusco) reported

@CoachNateMcK @RogersHelps I received a 10GB bonus for being a loyal customer the other day. Thankful; until I worked it out over my time with them. $1800 a GB. 🤌🏼
