@Rogers What you won't do is handle customer complaints. We've had a cable draped across our front lawn since Christmas. We have to duck to mow. The cable goes across our neighbour's driveway & they're understandably upset with us. What the heck??? Fix it. It's mid-June!

@Rogers is pathetic. I cancelled my cable/internet for June 22. They “accidentally” cancelled it last night and refuse to turn it back on. Glad I cancelled. Ignite sucks anyway.

@Rogers I really don't think you're sorry. Not based on phone conversations with support. BTW, your phone message that 'your wait is longer than normal' is disingenuous, as that is completely normal for the past few years...even pre-Covid. You might want to pass along to PR team.

@Rogers In order to re-gain public trust with Rogers (there is none now), they need to re-name and re-brand their image. I will never even consider Rogers with their history of poor customer service, poor networks, and high prices.

@Rogers Going back to Bell on Monday. Seven months of slow internet, frequent intermittent outages and lousy Rogers customer service was all that I could stand.

@mjslanguage @Rogers The pandemic really showed how ****** the rogers network really is and as a former employee I have seen it go down more than a hookers *******. It was never this bad.

@KevinVuongTO @RogersHelps God I will never touch any of Apple's overpriced, over hyped gear! My watch is Garmin, my phone Samsung! Hooked up to Strava, Runkeeper, so I have two apps to track runs/bikes with! Whichs also helps with run events track my participation through either app! Top of the day to you

@RogersBiz is this what you do to businesses who use Rogers? #Brightstar device protection plan insurance has the worst customer service. I will be escalating to @Ont_Ombudsman and filing a claim.
