    @telusmobility you've made a long time loyal customer very angry. First you jack up your US/INTL Roaming Charges w/out notice and then despite me calling in and your agent agreeing to remove them, they still appear on my bill. Are you trying to be like @Bell & @Rogers ?

    @Rogers the most reliable network? The Ignite cable service buffers every 2 or 3 minutes. Horrible customer service as well.

    @RogersHelps Starting yesterday, my internet connection started dropping every few minutes. It’s only for 5-10 seconds at a time, but it drops me from Zoom calls etc. Watching Ignite TV is constantly interrupted. It was fine Sun-Thurs. What’s the best way to get help for this?
