@RogersHelps hi, long story short. I've been trying to get rid of a Bell pole in my backyard (with a Rogers cable box on it). I've contacted your tech support numerous times to remove your box, but to no avail. Neither companies have easements Please assist Thanks

@RogersHelps Absent having our internet/tv service back, I would at least appreciate some information from @Rogers. Is it because Rogers equipment was damaged by Saturday’s storm or because Rogers equipment just needs power from hydro, that many people in Ottawa have no internet/tv service?

@RogersHelps No no no no!!! This is not the way you treat your customers!! Understood there was a terrible storm. But please we are now in the 21st century, can you at least try and keep your customers informed. A tweet, something.

@RogersHelps Your “Rogers Service interruptions” forum seems silly. It only mentions power out in southern Ontario, no mention of eastern Ontario (Ottawa). I’m finding no details, information, help, service, updates, on any platform. Am I not looki. In the right places?

@Rogers wondering why you guys do not service @cityofhamilton, or probably only limited areas. Lack of competition sucks and we have been losing on good deals

@timandfriends @Rogers Years later Theo Fleury would **** on his legacy by urging Canadians to act selfishly in the face of an unknown and unprecedented modern-day pandemic. It is still unknown the amount of damage that he and similar "freedom" minded Canadians did in extending the pandemic.
