Wish I never went with @Rogers @RogersHelps. I’m a student on student aid, and turns out Rogers bills in advance and I wasn’t notified. Now I have a bill of $312, which is a LOT of money for a student. Should have went with @Bell.

  • MartiniT37 Martine Teresinski (@MartiniT37) reported

Geez @Rogers how long does it take to get a refund cheque? Cancelled my service a week after your deplorable response to the outage in July and STILL haven’t received anything.

  • peggy_blair Peggy Blair (@peggy_blair) reported

@AMGraphix No idea when my contract would have expired; I did all renewals through Rogers Helps. Anyway I'm talking to them now via @RogersHelps to sort it out. Still begs the question: what service provider are people using?

  • Northern_Mystic †That_Fly_Tyguy† 🇨🇦 (@Northern_Mystic) reported

@Rogers why ******** do I bother with you morons. I pay for 16GB high speed unlimited data, haven't gone over so no throttling and I haven't been able to even load a Jpeg for 2 months now. **** yourselves, monopolizing bastards.

@RogersHelps You’re there to help? @RogersHelps? Customer service rep hanging up on a call is not helping customers.

  • ManimalBlackwel MmmmmBlackwell (@ManimalBlackwel) reported

@RogersHelps @GlennBoB69 Hey, what about me and my concerns? You didn't answer me. I'm a paying customer too.

  • octo23 Octo23 (@octo23) reported

@Bell I reluctantly welcomed Bell's services back into my home the other day. It was less than 4 hours before I decided to cancel and move to @Rogers when they bring FTTH. It's been 20 years since IPv6 was introduced, will it be another 20 before Bell supports it?

The free preview of NHL Centre Ice has the Red Wings feed, and not my $200 paid subscription service #SNNOW, noted for next year's decision @Sportsnet @Rogers

  • Babydove_23 ⭐️ 🌷Baby 🌷⭐️ (@Babydove_23) reported

@RogersHelps Now making my bill over the $200 and that’s the best! Internet doesn’t work sometimes for hours, wireless home phone picks up other’s conversations or gives faxing noise when making a call but that’s apparently not your problems. Wonder if @Bell has better service?

  • Babydove_23 ⭐️ 🌷Baby 🌷⭐️ (@Babydove_23) reported

@RogersHelps I’ve been a Rogers customer for over 20 years. I have cell, home phone & Internet. Every month I pay my bills on time almost $200, troubleshoot on my own rarely call in unless it’s necessary. I got an email that said To upgrade my modem. Called in & told best is to pay extra $10
