@bluexdream__ @Rogers i can help u !!! they should only be charging 2% (26 per yr) even if it’s a pre-authorized transaction that failed and its a payment from that — they can only charge you 35 or $50 for NSF

@snNOWsucks has anyone received any kind of helpful customer service from @RogersHelps. I have tried multiple times with nothing more than “reinstall”. I get zero correspondence from any of my complaint emails. I’m taking their ignoring as no chance of ever getting a refund
