@RogersHelps Hi, I am rogers business account customer. I had a bad experience at a store located at Hurontario, Mississauga. Firstly he sold me a screen protector when I have asked for tempered glass. Did not install for me. Then misbehaved when said he sold a wrong item at wrong price!

@RogersHelps Error occurs when on the Xbox app and trying to open. It requests sign in. When signing in, choosing Rogers as a provider, it states not able to authenticate, please try later. @CraveTVHelp @CraveHelp

@RogersHelps How exactly would a browser issue apply to a phone call being made on a separate device? On my phone, it gets stuck in a loop, and your customer care agents cannot be reached and when I do, they refer me elsewhere.

Upgraded to @Rogers Ignite Internet/Cable & love it! Just kidding! We've had it a week and we've reset the modem twice and now our tv keeps freezing, losing picture and losing sound. Seriously, Ignite was talked up as a life changing service and so far it's proven to be garbage.
