Man it never used to be a struggle to watch an NHL playoff game, but @sportsnet and @rogers have really upped the “our garbage hardware is as bad as our garbage software” game. I really miss the normal cable era. No interruptions, it just worked.

@The_Mrs_Ward @Rogers @ShawInfo When I spoke to Shaw Customer service I was told it was a Disney issue & Disney was investigating/fixing. However he didn’t seem to comprehend that my Disney was working just fine on my iPhone app. So if it’s a Disney issue then both wouldn’t be working. Poor customer service.
