@Rogers I've talked to friends in the area and everyone is experiencing this. Reliable service is not what you provide, I think it's time to look at other options if this continues. This issue should have been addressed in 24 hours, but has been on going for a week.

@kehler_karen @gmbutts @Rogers I’ve been with Bell who I didn’t mind, Rogers who are dregs and Eastlink for over 20 years. I went back to Eastlink mainly because I find tech support much better.

@gmarie55 @RogersHelps @gmbutts I can say after calling Rogers for help and getting the message that my wait time would be 1 hr 45 min, I abandoned the call a d DM’d them and was able to address what I needed. That said, the avg consumer needs faster unfettered access.

@gmbutts @Rogers Unlimited voice & SMS. 100 GB unlimited free, then de-prioritized during congestion; no extra charges. $70 US including tax. Oh, wait, that's my T-Mobile service in the US. My bad. (Gee, why didn't you do anything about Canada being the most expensive when working for Trudeau?)

@RogersHelps Internet is out almost everywhere in Waterloo Kitchener area for many hours now. Being the monopoly ISP you are at least get your **** together and fix it. Canada has the internet rates in the world coz of these ISPs & spineless CRTC.
