    @RogersHelps hoping actual problem is found after deep RCA by CTO, so that this history can’t repeated in future and other opco can learn from this. Who is going to take ownership of this failure at country level Rogers or Ericsson?

    @gilloism @Rogers I thought the whole idea of the internet ("inter-network") was to have multiple paths and redundant routers so that there was no single point of failure that could bring down the network.

    @RogersHelps Not sure why this is happening, but ever since you fixed your issue I've had 6 calls from some kind of telemarketing phone with the same first three digits of my number.
