Its time @Rogers got their **** together. 5 spam calls since 7am. Seriously is @Telus can have call control why cant you. I know where my service is headed if nothing changes by end of my contract.

It’s funny how the @rogers #ignite modem I had problems with network and DHCP, overall connectivity but my own router things seem ok and after 6 months of @rogershelps I have given up on their gateway and just use it as a modem because it’s literally #crap

@Rogers @MarthaLRogers @EdwardRogers ..Great customer service..call to cancel just deceased fathers service ..after 45 min runaround ended with you have 30 days to return rental equipment or they'll send it to collection agent..such empathy...

@Rogers My husband is on the phone again to your Park Royal, West Van store because they have essentially stolen his previous phone! He was told he could trade it in and receive a credit on his bill. This was never received! #Theft

@RogersHelps what’s going on with your ignite internet this last week? Constantly crashing- having difficulty working from home with the constant lags and disconnecting. TV Constantly down too. Techs said it’s area wide?! It’s been over a week… 😖
