@Rogers I am incredibly frustrated with your bling team. I called back in March to have a service removed and it is still in my bill. The response from you- we don't see any notes so we aren't refunding you. Horrible service.

@Ellie_Mirni @Rogers @RogersHelps By definition, putting your services 'on hold' is temporary. Your services would resume once the 'hold' ends. If you did not wish to resume services, you would have needed to cancel yot services

@ryanlindley @RogersHelps @Rogers If they can't service their existing customer base, imagine if they complete the Shaw deal. 🙄

@RogersHelps Please stop charging my credit card for the service I've told you and many others at Roger's that I haven't been using since Aug2021.I'm done explaining the situation. Rogers charged my account AGAIN this week, for a wifi account that I told them is no longer in use since Aug2021

@ryanlindley @RogersHelps @Rogers Their website is a disaster. Functionality that doesn't work. This doesn't surprise me. They likely changed the offerings but didn't update their website.

@RogersBiz @RogersHelps Going back and forth with the customer service to get it sorted still no resolution. Price is cheap but still we need service. Technicians aren’t able to fix it. Person who sold us the plan is not responding well. Gotta call her with different numbers.

@Rogers I get it now. You guys got the short end of the stick with Netflix. Now I'm going to cancel you, and sign with them.
