shawna (@shawnasativa) reported@RogersHelps my cable/internet had been trash for about a month before the blackout, but now it’s somehow even worse? pvr capabilities are messy (can’t rewind live tv), channels freezing, cutting in/out, some channels totally blacked out, etc. what gives?? how is it THIS bad??
