@RogersHelps doesn’t help all Rogers services. Please pass along to the decision makers that Rogers Smart Home Monitoring needs to be included and update needs to be available online when the system is SNAFU. I am regretting going with this service.

Was transferred 4 times. On the phone for over an hour, JUST to hear an automated “we are having technical difficulties” *dead tone* @RogersHelps @rogers get your **** together. I JUST switched this week.
