    @RogersHelps Exactly! Still having issues with Ignite services and no transcripts of any chat sessions. Chat sessions go back to Sunday. Very unhappy with Rogers services and customer service we have received

    @matt_lamers I have a sliver of hope that the @rogers absolute disaster can set something in motion to fix/nationalize internet access. It’s not an easy fix, but any step away for the cesspool we have currently will help.
