@crowkneecapital @MarthaLRogers @Rogers I'm just saying that Rogers (and to an even greater degree, Edward) doesn't give a **** about their shareholder, except themselves andaybe the few inner circle ppl who make up the other 2.5% of voting shares.

Having to call @RogersHelps because once again Crave/HBO have just disappeared from my Ignite service. This is now the third time I’ve had to do this. Naturally on a night I actually want to use the service live. So frustrating!

@RogersHelps in London, I'm getting good D/L speed but nearly-zero upload speed. Is there an outage? (I assume you won't say because you want your numbers to look good at the end of the quarter)

@RogersHelps Rogers Bank Ruby Chat Bot is pretty bad ... it doesn't recognize several common intents and provides answers that are entirely not relevant! It's pretty shocking Rogers would have deployed a virtual assistant in such a state ...

Remember when @570traffic actually reported on local traffic situations, and then they got rebranded by @RogersHelps and they scrubbed their traffic news entirely? Congrats @CityNewsKIT you've become a ********* that can't even report on relevant problems for local people.

@RogersHelps @Bruinsfan88inTo Just went through the assistant ‘Anna’, then got connected with a real agent to say there WAS an outage but it was fixed during our chat. Internet has now gone down 3 times since. There IS a problem with connectivity. No, it’s not fully fixed
