@soilecologyUMan @Bell_MTS @Rogers When communication with employees depends on cell service it's frustrating. We pay much more than other jurisdictions for lesser service. At least it's the weekend now!

Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

Whether you like @FadooBobcat or not, he was their “day 1” employee & it’s disturbing that @Rogers has no regard for their talent It also pisses me off that #BlueJaysCentral hires washed up, American, has-beens to plop beside poor beleaguered @SNETCampbell #HireCanadians

Seriously regretting opting for a @Rogers internet service as it keeps getting disconnected. This is terrible #customerexperience especially since we work from home and pay ridiculous fees. Seriously considering changing my service in less than 15 days #rogers

Was impressed with #IgniteTV from @rogers for the past few months - that is until about 2 weeks ago. Service has been flaky for some reason. Lots of modem and “cable box” reboots needed lately. Hope it gets better soon for what I’m paying!
