Took weeks of calls with different people at Rogers. They don’t know what they are doing. Finally got it done.

Two nights calling in the middle of the night because you forgot to take my ex-wife off the bill. Two hours on hold. Guy finally picks up with kids screaming and dogs barking in the background, then hangs up. Now I’m locked out of my own account. You can post about spam algorithms at 1am. You can’t answer a paying customer. Cut all ties. Chase the bill yourselves. Good luck.

AJ Quann (@ajquann2003) reported@RogersHelps I have been back and forth with customer support for weeks over this. Can someone explain why new customers with the Ultimate TV and Internet (2.5 Gbps) with StreamSaver get WiFi 7 included, but despite me having this plan, I cannot? I am on fibre fyi.
