    @Rogers @RogersHelps worst provider and customer service in the country. I’m a business customer and could not work on July 8th because of the outage. You gave me only a $9 bill credit. And your customer service thinks it’s generous because of more than 3 times of daily cost.

    @RogersHelps Most frustrating move process ever. Impossible. Have been disconnected multiple times on phone after waiting 1hr+. Or “system issue” for agent and will call you right back and no call. Chat doesn’t work and also disconnected after hours of waiting. @Bell- send a deal

    @SierraMikeEcho @RogersHelps Tweet after tweet and they keep saying its not an issue. "It's all isolated incidents" is going to be the standard response from now on.

    @RogersHelps Are you having a known issue with tv service in postal code starting with L6Y? Service has been horrible for two days now. Digital channels are either severely pixelated or not coming in at all.

    @marketwizardimg @Rogers there was a huge DNS issue this morning. Could not work from 4am until 10:15am. File transfer and apps were fine, anything in the cloud was unreachable. My neighbours had the same issue.

    @RogersHelps Terrible internet issue for a month in my area and absolutely pathetic service. Numerous times tkts were closed without proper resolution. No choice but to look for other options.

    @Rogers "All Canadian customer service" is posing as the CEO of Rogers ...will the company do anything about it? Or will it get let go because they're immigrants...surely a Canadian would be fired for posing as the CEO of Rogers. Also called his employees "liars".
