Thanks @Rogers for wasting my 1.5 hours of my day, Sal the agent and I got disconnected and he never called back! WTH your a telecommunications company, had access to my account & mobile, he should have called back!!! Customer service should do better! @RogersHelps

@Rogers I've been dealing with lackluster service since I got rogers - and when ya call "ya restart your phone" or "reset your phone" nothing wrong with our network - I get 3-4 bars sometimes still get "no connection" so tired of calling rogers to get the same answer "restart your phone"

@Rogers literally has the WORST customer service reps I’ve ever come across. It’s always such an UNPLEASANT experience almost every time I call. How this company has managed to monopolize so much of the market is beyond me. Time to switch to @Bell

@ItsThomasTank1 @Rogers Bro my modem resets 3 times or more a day while I’m playing games or watching stuff. Called them 3 times and “nothing is wrong”. Got a new modem same ****. Rogers is messed up.
