@MapleLeafs @Raptors I get you are partially owned by the same conglomerate but I wanted to make you aware that both Leafs Nation Network and Raptors TV have not been working for 3 weeks (& counting) on @Rogers...at least in dt Toronto. Unacceptable IMO. Pls help! #FrustratedFan

@RogersHelps In the L5W Mississauga area & our Internet has been cutting out all morning & now it won’t come back on. The usual reboot of the modem was done earlier, the problem persists. Is this a wide spread service interruption & if so when is it expected back? Trying to WFH!

In the time @Rogers wifi has been down I have - gone for a drive - got dinner and dessert - watched the entirety of 9 To 5 with my family - Exercised - Called Rogers I just want to be able to go to my online classes tomorrow 😩

very bad experience in getting new mobility connections. Your win back team called and offered a plan but on receiving the agreement it’s not as promised. Try to get it addressed for last one week. Being redirect to differ teams but no results. Frustrating exp..@RogersHelps

@RogersHelps ...my internet and cable are down again. Did the usual check of modem, etc and tried to search for service interruption using your chat bots and website. It has been wonky for over an hour. So I know it is on your side, not mine. Help would be great. Thanks.
