@AboutRogers @Rogers You haven’t spoke with me. How much more are we going to have to pay for you to fix the problem?

  • ByrneZey Chris Byrne (@ByrneZey) reported

@RogersHelps why every time I call you guys have different protocols. No wonder you’re going AI. You can’t train a human, you have to program a computer. Y’all are really terrible at making stuff right

  • Suppy86 Sean Uppy (@Suppy86) reported

@RogersHelps Bull ****. My LTE is still as slow as you guys fixing the damn problem...

  • 416ash @416ash (@416ash) reported

@mgeist @BrianMasseMP Or Staffieri maybe on the hook for replacing all those dead batteries from @rogers Home Phone users older than 5 years ago. Absolutely not designed to survive an emergency of even a 3-4 hour power outage.

  • amandasbuTful Amanda L (@amandasbuTful) reported

All we get from the #rogersoutage is a letter saying well do better and invest money in A.I... Nothing about how they will repay for the damage they've done... thanks @Rogers

  • SierraMikeEcho ScottoftheBruce (@SierraMikeEcho) reported

@RogersHelps dear TONY, you havent spoken to me, in fact you havent replied to the fact that I cant even get DATA from here and for 5 miles down the road. Pitiful

  • thelindsaylewis The LindsayLewis (@thelindsaylewis) reported

@RogersHelps Forgot to reply 2 this. What if like many others/my moms internet wasnt working/glitchy/low quality for more than 5days? Internet was closer to 8days (w Occasional problems) Cable longer/overall working/ but still glitchy. Will the credit go up to 10+days or she getting hustled?

  • 22hacksaw MM22 (@22hacksaw) reported

@RogersHelps Without a doubt Rogers is the most inept company to deal with in Canada. They claim to have the fastest best internet in Canada and after installing ignite it goes down 7 times per day. Oh yes just unplug so it reboots. Really ??? I pay over $200 a month for me to unplug wait

  • Suppy86 Sean Uppy (@Suppy86) reported

@RogersHelps Why is my LTE so freaking slow!?!?!?!?!

  • nemich1234 Canadian (@nemich1234) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers This was so unacceptable, and on top of it with your 10 billion dollar network upgrade over the next 3 years, it should be coming out of rovers pocket. Not a price plan increase through consumer and small business.
