@RogersHelps Been 12 days for the last request, nothing received, that I requested b4 today's live chat. funny I receive my payment received notifications no problem. 2 different browers, 2 different emails, 1 of which is rogers...I'd say it is on your side...@EdwardSRogers yeah u got issues

So @Bell_Policy says network already segmented; however, segments likely have huge numbers of custs. @Rogers is going to segment. Still so little talk of how to better train to recover quickly. Was the anger at #RogersOutage the scale or the length to recover? I think latter.
