@Rogers said they’ll cancel the NHL package but can’t take any of the money off of my bill. “Sorry, there’s a no refund policy” LOL I’m honestly so disgusted, in a pandemic too where people are losing their jobs going on lockdown and they do this

@RogersHelps why is your SN Now website so garbage? We missed 3/4 of the leafs / sens game last night because it buffered so much. When the pirated sites work better than your paid service, you should be embarrassed.

@RogersHelps I'm having issues getting my NHL Live to work ever since I've put it on my PS5 (~5days ago) won't let me log in, says my login is incorrect even though I can login on my phone with same credentials. When I try to watch on my phone it brings me to a purchase screen

@Rogers your CityTV_video App initially crashed at 01:00 hrs in Jan 1, 2022 and continues to. Uninstalling and reinstalling from link on your website keeps CRASHING on my latest new Android devices. What is the problem, and where is a good free App so we can watch @City_tv ?
