@RogersHelps @Rogers Running a business working from home and no cellphone service at all today. It is 1.30 pm - when will service be restored? I am so grateful that Canada has an oligopoly in cellphone providers NOT.

@Rogers looks like rogers/fido/ Chatr are having a Network Outage since 2am. After looking online Telus and Bell also reporting some issues as well. Seems something weird going on why several communication services are having issues all at same time 🤔🤔🤔

@RogersHelps I understand that the guys and gals on the ground are working very hard to fix this, but I am certainly expecting some sort of compensation from the ones who write the checks, we get penalized for late payment but no recourse for no service

@Rogers 12 hrs.. still no service from N.Van to Abbotsford?! Not only are the phones down, but the work wifi exclusively uses Rogers.. thank god some buildings have shaw wifi, this is a huge problem for safety, emergency calls, much less jobs and businesses that rely on you..

@RogersHelps @Rogers About providing an explanation as to what is going on and when you would expect to restore the service? This is absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. Problems happen but for an entire business day?? I will definitely not be renewing with Rogers!
