  • SylviaBolle Sylvia Bolle (@SylviaBolle) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@RogersHelps It’s unfortunate Rogers doesn’t acknowledge their customers have a work life and can’t offer weeknight service calls after 6 pm. @rogerstv just lost a +10 year customer.

  • Terrie0824 Terrie (@Terrie0824) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps It’s on and off. We have put in a service call.

  • CJclass09 CJ (@CJclass09) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@RogersHelps I’ve tried contacting you about WiFi service several times. Ran all your tests, got a new modem, the works—your internet is still not working. I truly think if I don’t cancel my service, I’ll have only myself to blame. Have a good life though.

  • Karate_4Life Anthony W (@Karate_4Life) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps I did try that and not working as well as no tv!!

  • stuffapproved Ronald Swizzler (@stuffapproved) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@RogersHelps I’m pretty sure it’s your job to BS your customers. #telus never had these issues, but #rogers is horrible in the #canadaline tunnel section, especially towards Richmond. Of course I have roaming on.

  • THEjefforange Barrhaven Jeff (@THEjefforange) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps getting a little frustrated. My next box has been stuck at -01- for over 20 minutes. 3 reboots, unplugged and replugged every wire. This is a weekly problem. Ready to cancel and switch to Bell.
