    Just spent 3+ hours with @RogersHelps on the phone and still haven’t talked to anyone. It’s crazy when you have limited options for phone and internet and this is the service you get. Been a long time customer of @Rogers which makes it even more frustrating

    @MattiHaapoja @RogersBiz I’m with Telus in BC, 1.5 up/ 1 down and I pay 105/m. They just released 2.5/2.5 and through discounts It’s 150 area. Rogers is sort of a joke out here, sorry they’re terrible, Matti.

    @MandaMakki @Rogers My internet is working at my house. Granted the outage could also explain why internet speeds on my main network seem more laggy than usual at this time since my house hasn't switch to ignite yet. And maybe they're doing maintenance? I live in Unionville too

    @RogersHelps I’m trying to login but it keeps saying my username doesn’t exist. I never changed my username login information and don’t know why I can’t get into my account. I also tried to create a new account (says my email is in use) , and resetting my password.

    @Rogers is a pathetic company, makes its customers wait 2 ******* hours to talk with a customer service rep. Multiple Billion dollar company and they can't afford to staff enough people. What a joke.
