    @RogersHelps It’s almost impossible to get through to wireless tech support. Twitter is much more responsive. I guess I will have to switch to Starlink - too bad. Rogers was great for a while

    @RogersHelps .. so to get my plan down to affordable reasonable ethical rate with @Rogers i may end up with no connection for a week or so while the equipment switch (by mail) occurs? if i need to do that, i might as well just sign with another carrier.

    @wealthmoose When @Rogers didn't pick up the phone the CRTC said they couldn't do anything, they cannot force a mobile phone service provider to provide a support contact that actually answers... but apparently they can impose taxes. What a clown show.

    @RogersHelps This does not help. I am the account holder who visited the store myself with all the identification still, the store executive was telling me that the so called system is saying verification declined without even verifying anything.
