@Rogers I feel like Oliver Twist over here. Charging your long time valued customer 166$ a month for 500mbps when 5x faster 2.5gbps plan is 141$ a month and 500mbps costs 118$. Please Sir, can I have some more bandwidth? Can you answer your phone? 2+ hours is a long time to be on hold.

@Rogers My monthly bill for internet on my desktop is $166 for 500 Mbps service when you are offering 2.5 Gbps for 141$ after tax. Currently 500 Mbps service costs $118 after tax not 166$. You should value our relationship enough to inform me of new services/plans /2

@Rogers Charging me almost 40$ a month extra is enough of an insult but what bothered me the most is your customer service, as I spent more than 60 minutes awaiting a polite request online to simply change my service plan to the 2.5 Gbps version which I could provide screenshots of /4
