@adg1985 @RogersHelps I was on chat with #Rogers this around 9 am and posed that question. I was told there was nothing being offered at this time for the #inconvenience So much for customer service n satisfaction. I’m going to presume given it’s been hours of #outage they will offer something.

Hey @Rogers when ya gonna return service to me? Been a couple hours and already completely fudged me on a trade I was looking to exit on retrace, but my service went down. Cool cool cool...who’s gonna compensate this loss? @RogersHelps

  • florin Florin T.Pătraşcu (@florin) reported

@Cbab_ @RogersHelps As of some many hours now, my family cells can’t even connect to their service. Mobile was the last service we still have with Rogers and this is a good reminder to self to not extend the contract. GG

  • Kelans27 KenLan (@Kelans27) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps - what is going on with your cell phone service? I can't make or receive calls. #onmedia

  • arvi604 Rv (@arvi604) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Wed better be getting bill credits due to this as we are not getting any service

  • camenshawtv Baddie C 💋 (@camenshawtv) reported

@RogersHelps Do you guys have any idea when service will be back up and running?

  • moiza67 Moiz Adamji (@moiza67) reported

@rapsdiehard @RogersHelps If you pay $75 a month, your compensation will be $75/30=$2.50 for one day outage. If your earnings depend that much on a cellphone, you have failed to build redundancy into your business.

  • Libe1997 Littlebelle (@Libe1997) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers So what internet at home is not affected. My hubby needs his data to stay in contact with me because of me being disabled. So I can not reach him if I need to. Disgusting it has been out this long with no understanding why!!!! Tell us why it is broken.

  • BodyguardOne Ryan (@BodyguardOne) reported

@TwittleAir @Rogers Mine too. At minimum. My work relies on a secure, functioning network. They need redundancy to avoid this. Not good.

  • PeeArrEmm Phil Martin (@PeeArrEmm) reported

@RogersHelps WTF? You have an active service outage right now that's been going on almost all day, and your pinned tweet is from Apr 1, and it has a link to a page with info on an outage from a year and a half ago?
