Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • doughill58 🇨🇦 Doug Hill 🇨🇦 (@doughill58) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario

Just got an email from the CEO of @Rogers saying their whole system was down on Friday due to a technical glitch & he's going to credit me for Friday. That works out to about $13.50. I wasn't able to email or call any customers for 26 hrs. Maybe a class action is needed instead.

  • Hotbahamagirl Catherine Dorman (@Hotbahamagirl) reported

@RogersHelps @joekool59 Your services have not been restored for the vast majority. My internet is slow, my ignite tv is not working properly. Almost impossible to watch anything as half the channels don’t work and if they do it cuts in and out. Might be time to look at other options.

  • mayimsmom Melissa (@mayimsmom) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers Yes, actually. Service interruptions are very much a first-world problem. It was one day. It does not benefit anyone to be terrible to people to get what you want.

  • socatease Jacqueline S (@socatease) reported

@RogersHelps I mist be a part of those still having issues, as my internet and TV is still going in and out. Are we going to be compensated for all days without proper service and not just Friday? I don't want a 1 day pkg credit. I lost more than that!

  • FletcherSpencer Spencer Fletcher (@FletcherSpencer) reported

@RogersHelps So your **** up is going people scammed now. Amazing can't wait for you to take $5 of my bill. I'm talking Bell and Cogeco tomorrow to see what they have to offer me. Anything is better the Rogers at the moment.

@doughill58 @Rogers Consider getting a backup provider for phone & Internet, if a one day outage is very harmful to your business.

  • viarenzophone Viarenzophone 🙏✝️✌ (@viarenzophone) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz Can you confirm if @Rogers is working today to fix the issue? It is now 3 days with no service and no updates. Thank you.

  • quartsinsession Mike (@quartsinsession) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps are you guys still having issues? Home internet is back but a lot of websites aren’t loading completely or at all.
