Spoke for 1hr+ yesterday with @Rogers and received less than satisfactory service...today’s outage compounds on this negative experience. Calling on @Canada’s leaders to investigate into more affordable telecommunications and consumer rights to a fair price-plan

We pay the highest bills in the world with @Rogers. If we’re a day late on the bill you get charged. But they can go an entire day of an outage and not be held responsible? No friggin way. You guys should be giving your loyal clients a free month.

@myfriendtheend @RogersHelps @Rogers Haha even if they did, what's that, a couple bucks? Tops? I pay about a hundred bucks a month for my service. What's half a day? Less then a cup of coffee? Don't get too excited about that discount.
