@RogersHelps I already stated that you've made me burn through my phone usage as I can't connect. It's around 12so they've cut the internet then they reconnect it again around 5or 6 though yesterday but it was closer to 9... Awful screwing of new customers ... Do not buy Rogers

Hey @Rogers ....my dads home phone line went down on Wednesday. As of today they still have not sent a tech. He is 81 without a working phone! #Rogers #Unacceptable

@Rogers At one point Rogers cared for customers and bent over backward for them to save them money. Seems now they don’t give a damn if your with them or not 24/7 chat basically told my wife to screw off! And customer support did nothing for us at all to save money. Thanks Rogers
