@RogersHelps I am still not working fully. Wifi is very intermittent. Works for 2-3 minutes then stops for 20 minutes (Barrie). TV and home phone are both back but no internet/wifi really functional. Any idea when we can expect it to be fully restored?

@RogersHelps Rogers to be punished badly. Their version of communication with customers are not acceptable. I hope people should learn lesson from this issue and quit the company asap.

@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps That “one day of service interruption” cost me about $375. Was booked onto a remote tech survey and due to the outage I was unable to participate. And because #Rogers delayed a statement for 12 hours, I didn’t have the option of making other arrangements.

@KemekoMills @RogersHelps That is between you and teksavvy, Rogers has already said and has in the past given customer credits. Do you really think teksavvy will hand over and credit to you? You should really know who you are in bed with, with teksavvy. At least Rogers is upfront with their shadyness.
