    @djlaela @RogersHelps That's disappointing. If they have a known issue or outage, they should turn off their AI agent and send a mass notification to users so they know without looping in the AI bot.

    @RogersHelps It was door to door sales and I ended up switching my; cell service (2 numbers), internet and TV service to Rogers based on the salespersons GUARANTEE that Rogers would pay the penalty to leave TELUS. I explicitly with emphasis told him I had JUST renewed with TELUS and there

    @RogersHelps @MichaelFGittins The outage page also states Southeast Calgary. I'm in Southwest Calgary like many of the folks who have tweeted you. Also why aren't I seeing a banner in the MyRogers (Shaw) app when I sign in?

    @RogersHelps - No phone, email or internet service since 3:01am this morning in SE Calgary. What a lousy start to a Monday. I’m sure you’ll be pro-rating everyone’s bill the eta for services being restored is 10pm? Right?
