    nothing like getting help updating billing, and feeling satisfied, only to find out 2 weeks later it didn't take, and now I have to do it all over. thx @RogersHelps

    Not one for a Twitter rant but moving from @Bell to @Rogers was supposed to be easy. I've lost a day of work trying to get everything sorted that @Rogers said they'd do on my behalf. I'm double paying and on to 2 'support' teams all day with absolutely no joy.
