@RogersHelps 4 days without internet in K2J Barrhaven. We got the electricity back but not the internet. Absolutely no help or answer on when the service will be back. Frustrated!

@RogersHelps joining in Since Saturday ...still no phone, no internet,no ignite, no wifi, no tv. Finally got a live person in tech support, all was supposed to be returned by 11:30 pm last night. No call and still no services. Work & volunteer jobs impacted.

@RogersHelps The storm outage for us lasted ONLY 12hrs! We were back up & working Sunday morning! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!We’re now heading towards the 24hr mark w/o Internet/Ignite! No update, zilch! I don’t get how we lost Rogers all of a sudden when there’s no issue in our area?

Wow just had a support agent for @RogersHelps admit that they have no idea what is wrong with the local internet and that the person I spoke with on the phone literally lied to me

Hey @markhollandlib I live in L1Z area and we have no internet and cable since the storm. Do we have any laws that protect us and compensate the users when @Rogers have not been actioning our tickets? Was just told they have no idea if our issue has been looked by technicians.
