A Nir (@Zeuxis00) reported@Rogers I have been a Rogers customer for 20 years, and I am extremely frustrated. You have been charging me the wrong amount on two internet accounts even after I changed the plans three times through phone and chat. I have the chat logs where your own agent apologized and admitted the previous changes were not properly applied. I agreed to pay the first 2 incorrect bill trusting it would be fixed, but two months later I am getting the same wrong charges again. This is extremely disappointing. I have been patient long enough. Please fix this properly and make the necessary adjustments. I just want this sorted out once and for all.

Cristina Aiello (@caiello2) reported@RogersHelps Do you have any idea how long the wait time is for customer service or technical assistance. Hire more staff and train them fully.

Graeme Holfeld 🇨🇦 🍁 🇬🇱 (@GraemeHolfeld) reported@GinoHard_ Brutal. @Rogers and @Sportsnet - thanks for destroying just about everything I loved about watching hockey in Canada. Your senior leadership and board is of the worst character. Our children will never grow up with anything close to what we used to have. Eff you.

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps the batteries in my remote were down to 56% so I put new batteries in but it still says 56%. I used brand new batteries. I’ve had this happen before with remotes. I even restarted my TV box. Why doesn’t it show the batteries at 100%?

DNA does not lie! (@dnadoesnotlie) reported@Bell_Aliant @Rogers As an unusual homebase customer, I happen to have Rogers TV and Internet and cellular service and I love their cellular service and their TV service is excellent I also happen to have Bell TV service, Internet service and landline service I do not think you will ever find that many customers who have those services from both companies so I can honestly give you a true opinion on them both The one thing about Rogers is that the majority of their employees are Canadian that means that they keep the Canadian dollars that are paid for their services in Canada. Keep Canadians employed and paying Canadian taxes. Bell, on the other hand has a majority of their employed staff outside of Country. They are sending Canadian dollars that are paid for a service in Canada to other nations and other citizens and other countries and other countries taxes that means those two dollars away from Canadians and away from the Canadian taxpayers when most honest Canadian people have to keep paying, however, the companies get around it Also, very unacceptable
