@RogersHelps You are a technology company, where is your redundancy to fail over to when this sort of disruption occurs?

  • RobMurray75 Rob Murray (@RobMurray75) reported

@RogersHelps I am in a supported area. But no go in getting the new modems because I’ve only been a customer for 20+ years and that doesn’t count as much as being a new customer I guess

  • RobMurray75 Rob Murray (@RobMurray75) reported

@Rogers 1 hr on phone to try to exchange my current modem for the 6 wifi one only to be told I can’t get it and that it isn’t even compatible with my ignite tv because it isn’t 6wifi. Now if I was a NEW customer I’d get it no ? Asked. So as usual your 20+ year customer gets zero

  • andy_utoronto Andy Fraser (@andy_utoronto) reported

@RogersBiz One day I hope Canada has a free market for telecommunications. Until then, the most expensive phone contracts on earth and service that is abysmal. Why do you treat long term customers this badly? Aren’t you utterly ashamed by this kind of mess?

  • Deaner67 Dean O'Brien (@Deaner67) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps that’s about it. I have been pretty patient but it’s time to move on. The last few months have been terrible. The last few days Internet freezes every few minutes.

  • gpott769 George Potter (@gpott769) reported

@RogersHelps Still not working considering everyone had power at 5am.. 8 freckin hrs...yep they are on it...my friend has Bell across the street he asked me if I want to watch TV.. Internet phone suxs too

  • andy_utoronto Andy Fraser (@andy_utoronto) reported

@RogersBiz …they said “go to Apple it’s their problem”. Apple say we we can do diagnostics on Thursday, but it’s really Rogers problem, they sold the phone. . So YOU sold ME a defective phone but it’s now my problem to get this fixed? Two solid days of this mess? Is this cool with you?

  • SpencerHall_ca Spencer Hall (@SpencerHall_ca) reported

@RogersHelps If you're so sorry, fix it!!! Obviously your fault if you're sorry.

  • HiKiln Nikhil (@HiKiln) reported

@RogersHelps Hi, I have an upcoming installation on September 21st. But you have my unit number wrong in the service address. The billing address is correct though. Could you please have a look? Account number already in your dms.
