I have experienced the worst customer service of my life with @rogers Came twice to set up my TV and internet and could not (Dec 2 and Dec 6). Have spent 7+ hours on the phone with them. They act as if the onus is on me to correct their errors. Shocking behaviour

@jusdiso @Rogers @RogersHelps Down in Hamilton, ON. Voice mail and all calls failed for at least the last 30minutes. “Anna” is of no help; cannot access technical support or agents through website or MyRogers App. No troubleshooting steps helped.
