Hello @RogersHelps, problems with television signal being experienced in the K2M 2T4 area: no volume, freezing and a pixelated CH33. Yesterday, it was CH2, and CH61. Could Rogers validate the line and signal strength? Thanks.

@RogersHelps Is there currently any outages reported in downtown Toronto? (Literally three minutes down the street from Rogers HQ) My hot spot has gone down. A reset hasn’t helped.

@RogersHelps My wireless has had problems getting some sms messages (not all). I have called in a few times and wireless support teams escalated the issue. The first escalation closed without a fix, the second escalation was on Sunday with no update. How can I trust your service?
