@Rogers Removed Crave from account 3 times now (once online and twice by phone)! It does not show up as an existing subscription but I continue to get charged for it each month. So much time taken to try and solve this simple issue! Frustrated by this continued charge!

The @Rogers Ignite system is a terrible idea. Sending all cable tv and internet data through one access point was not exactly brilliant. Ever heard of a thing called bandwidth?
