Hey @RogersHelps, is there a way to check if my internet signal is strong? I'm currently experiencing 50mbps speeds when it should be at 500u. Can you check if my area is being impacted at the moment? I tried to reboot my modem and router and still the same result.

@RogersHelps 45mins later I got through...to someone who couldn't help me. Thankfully I was transferred to someone who could.

@Rogers @RogersHelps every friggin' day, for the last two weeks, between 1:30 pm and 5 pm, the internet goes down. Like clockwork. This is 💩 service, especially when working and teaching remotely.

Please make sure you check your @Rogers cell bills carefully. Apparently if you’re on airplane mode & make a call over wifi, even though you don’t use a single bite of data in 2 weeks, they’ll charge you $128 for a service *they* didn’t provide! @PatForanCTVNews

@Rogers Thank you for noting it but if this service is not improved by the next NHL season by allowing the viewers the ability to watch the broadcast of their team, I will not be purchasing it again. Should have left well enough a lone and not changed anything in the NHL Live service.

@Rogers what kind of customer service is this? This just happened a while ago as I type this series of tweets here at Rogers 220 Yonge street inside Eaton Centre...

Hey @Rogers why is the preferred program experience so awful? I just spent 25 minutes with a rep who told me they couldn't get me the plan I agreed to. I shouldn't have to go to court to enforce a contract, but I will. I refuse to pay $80/mo when I signed for $45.

@Rogers Is a company that is somehow fully aware of its reputation as a laughably-run co. whose only purpose is to suffocate and suppress competition so they can continue shitting on Canadians with overpriced, piss-poor product and customer service... Yet does nothing to improve.
