You'd have thought that after my nightmare with Rogers over the past 10 days & the fact that I've had reasonably internet connectivity the last few days my issues might be over. No such luck: internet like treacle today. @RogersHelps what do you say & what can be done to assist?

Called @Rogers customer service and was helped by a really helpful young lady who then put me through to technical service dept, who after being on hold for 2 1/2 hours just dropped my call. Just awesome!

@RogersHelps Why can I not get any resolution to my internet issues?? Dropped connections every two minutes - four chats, two techs and two tickets later, and it is still not fixed!

@Rogers I'm at the point right now of just pulling your service out of the 111 units that you're currently in and going with Bell. I HIGHLY advise someone from your company reach out right now or I'm walking and you can explain why you let $1,000,000 a year walk out the door.
