    @Rogers parents been a customer for 40 years. Waiting two weeks for Ticket# c176373429 to be resolved to provision their Ignite equipment. Getting runaround from all depts. can you resolve this ticket within a week so they don’t switch to Bell Fibre and drop your services.

    @RogersHelps Notes as of 15 mins ago because I called in asking what’s going on and two different departments gave me two separate status updates .. please be more transparent and not pretend that you are being diligent at resolving issues on your Twitter replies

    Hey @Rogers what’s going on with Cell coverage in BC? Outside literally next to a cell tower and I have 2 bars and barely anything loading………? Is the network down? Or should I start looking for a new provider?

    @RogersHelps @rogers Worst customer service EVER...I recently lost my husband April 13 :( I was sent a ridiculous bill due to 'system glitch' however, the person had no empathy and spoke with attitude and rudeness. Can't wait for this contract to be over!!!
