@RogersHelps Ignite TV is still glitching constantly! Can't watch a show, every 4-5 seconds the screen freezes and/or sound stops. This is absurd if the only issue was a bad 1 time update - sounds more like your network is still being attacked.

Based on recent personal interactions with @TELUSsupport and @Bell_Support and the @Rogers “incident” I feel like the only thing necessary for a startup teleco to succeed in Canada is funding and to not be grossly incompetent - they could be OK even with average incompetence!

@RogersHelps @thego2guru I have sent you multiple DMs to try and get my internet and ignite tv issues resolved ….. I have waited on hold for 3 hours only to be hung up on, and I have used your online chat function only to get a message saying that you are experiencing high volume .. Still NOTHING!!

@RogersHelps Ignite TV is still not working right. No channels are watchable. Still freezing and glitching no matter what channel I try and watch. And yes I've rebooted my gateway and TV boxes too many times to count now
