    @RogersHelps & is mailing me equipment to replace what she said is now obsolete equipment. Only after I try that will Rogers address our connectivity issues. Like maybe the day before Xmas by the time it gets here? Dissatisfied.

    @RogersHelps Usually a few times a day for a few minutes at a time. This morning was longer. All internet /tv down. Fixed for now.

    Well... It's not a work from home pandemic day if @RogersHelps ignite service doesn't crap out a few times. I pay too much for this crap service.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers one week without internet, calling the #rogers everyday. The worst is that they tell me they don't know how to solve the problem.

    @rogers @rogershelps I’m feeling bewildered about my data. I only go over data if I make a mistake ... which I haven’t done. Last two months I’ve gone over both times. AND, the unlimited data is so slow I can barely open a basic, low graphic web page - I think dial-up was faster

    @RogersHelps My internet and cable have been down ALL day and with a child who's learning virtually, this is not ideal. A Rogers ignite van was on my street while I was out apparently. I wonder if that person did something that messed up my service. I have to wait 2 days for technician 😡

    Hi @RogersHelps I have been told by 6 different agents (in store & on the phone) this week that you would be able to port my old number to my new phone line that I activated on Monday in store but now I am being told that you don’t do Rogers to Rogers ports? Please help me.

    @Jordan_RL1 @Rogers Had tons of issues with Rogers as well. Had more than 8 technicians visit and tell me “nothing is wrong”. Switching to Bell fixed the constant lagging problems for me.
