    @RogersHelps just got off the phone with one of your support staff. I had an issue with the roam like home charges as the service I had was terrible. For the first time you met my expectations and rebate that was provided was sufficient. Thanks. But $12 for roaming is still high

    Excuse me @RogersHelps it took me 3 agents for the 4th one to tell me that the reason I've been paying for home phone service I haven't been using for 3 months is because not one person told me that I need to return equipment?
