    @RogersHelps I've already raised a billing dispute and spoken with customer support. It feels like no effort is being made to review the actual invoice details, and I'm simply being told that the bill is correct. I'm looking for a proper review of the calculations and a clear explanation.

    @Rogers what in the actual F? Your super sweet AI phone garbage is broken. Can't actually do anything. When I try to actually get in touch with an agent, call volumes are to high. FOR A WEEK. Hey @TELUS how you doing?

    @RogersHelps Sorry, never an iPhone here. My Samsung is supposed to detect this. It is a common shoreline issue that should be run up the chain there. I quick look at US roaming refunds issues along any great lake shoreline should indicate there is a problem there. 1/2

    @thesaleshole @Rogers Drop them - go to freedom mobile. great rates - no hassles. I've been on them for 3 years. Roaming - no problem. Never had issues connecting.

    @RogersHelps Rogers should be broken up. They are terrible at providing service and dealing with issues. They overcharged me for a service and when I open a dispute form they reject it immediately. Even though i follow the steps given over the phone. Worst organization

    @RogersHelps doubtful if you don't bring in weekend customer service. especially technical service, an employee deleted the internet off our account. WHO does that ?

    @len_rocks @Rogers Their CS is a real travesty of a maze. I can't count how many times I've had to verify my identity with random security codes just to be put with a new CS agent where I have to spend another 10 mins re-explaining the problem. And then in the end they don't fix it and I wasted hrs

    @RogersHelps It is getting really frustrating. I also submitted a complaint to management through the online portal but no reply yet. Really disappointed with the customer service of @Rogers
