    @rogershelps Yet another service interruption - Internet, cable and home phone. 3rd in a week. The only things @Rogers invests in are commercials and billing systems. Fat arrogant corporation!

    @RogersHelps have spent a total of 1hr 45 min yesterday and 40 min today trying to get help. I had to callback, now i am on hold and will need to wait over 3 hrs. How did the service degrade this much? Taking 5hrs of anyone's time is not acceptable

    @RogersHelps The virtual assistant already checked and said there was no issue but clearly there is an issue - I’ve already rebooted my modem 2x

    @RogersHelps My Internet is down for the 4th day and it hasn’t been fixed yet. It goes offline in the afternoon around 2pm till midnight. Can I get timeline when this issue will be resolved??????

    Yet another internet outage from @Rogers 2 weekends in a row with spotty internet. Why doesn’t the @CRTCeng regulate and monitor all of these outages. No communication from isp, no mention of a fix or possible resolution.
