@RogersHelps My wi-fi is down since 7am. I work from home and I missed important meetings. Most of my phone's data is gone because I had to use the hotspot. Opened several tickets, nobody is able to provide an estimated time for resolution. Kitchener, Forest Heights area.

@RogersBiz No problem. I did send a DM. All good. Pls let me know, I couldn’t watch the Grammies on Sunday as the channel wouldn’t load and nothing has been working properly since last week. A tech was out last Friday and nothing is better.

@Rogers how long does it take your “teams” and “experts” to remove a charge from 18months ago. 4 months of back and forth and yet the same bill gets sent for a service which i stopped using almost 2 years ago.

Switching to @rogers ignite has been nothing but a headache! Constant interruptions with signal going down, service reps offering ridiculous reasons as to why it’s down. “Powerful wifi”? Terrible service, not satisfied at all! 😡
