@RogersHelps is there any eta on when you’ll restore home internet? You’re update says that you’re mostly restored services. I’ve trying to access your help desk to get help to restore my home internet. It appears as if you disabled it.

@CTVNews They said maintenance and an update caused the 16 hour outage last year too??!! Why can @bell update their system without outages yet @rogers cannot!!! #rogersoutrage

My new SIM from a competitor is on the way. Yesterday's outage cost me thousands in lost business so @Rogers is now losing an 18 year customer. @RogersHelps has been absolutely no help. #RogersOutage2022

@FidoSolutions 3:30pm and still haven't any wi-fi internet access. Very distressing if Emerg. occurred but now phone is working again & any access to internet eats up all paid phone data. Can't use tablets or other devices without @Rogers @FidoSolutions finally fixing this issue. Agenda???
