@Rogers Worst experience with @Rogers . I am with Rogers since 2012 but they don’t value the customer. They cancelled the appointment without even telling the customer that they are going to do it and if call them to ask about reason to cancel they don’t have answer(1)

Why is @Rogers charging me a high fee for changing my bundle? I only changed it because NOTHING WAS WORKING. Every day is something new. Not to mention, the $$ I got back from the outage - thanks. I could buy a stick of gum. Worst company ever. Cannot wait to go to @Bell

@RogersHelps Yah it only took 2 hours. Meanwhile your employees are pretending to be the CEO of Rogers. Great customer service. Think it's time you review all the call logs and start firing ppl. Not just giving a finger shake.

@RogersHelps Most frustrating move process ever. Impossible. Have been disconnected multiple times on phone after waiting 1hr+. Or “system issue” for agent and will call you right back and no call. Chat doesn’t work and also disconnected after hours of waiting. @Bell- send a deal

@RogersHelps Are you having a known issue with tv service in postal code starting with L6Y? Service has been horrible for two days now. Digital channels are either severely pixelated or not coming in at all.
