@GowshiganS @Rogers @RogersHelps Don't wait. Bell has never gone down for us.

  • Irrelephantoops Oops.eth (@Irrelephantoops) reported

@Rogers How do you still charge for texting to the US in the age of internet messaging? What a pathetic joke. Did I really just lose 40$ to 80 text messages in 2021. You are a bad business.

  • Mirra435 Mirra (@Mirra435) reported

@RogersHelps That community forums area is terrible. It only lists a post from 2019. Why do you make it so difficult? Just list the service interruptions here. Is there a service interruption in the Scarlett Road/Eglinton area? That is all I need to know. Rogers Ignite not working for the TV.

  • Leaferbyblood Tony (@Leaferbyblood) reported

@GowshiganS @Rogers @RogersHelps They are terrible. I literally tossed their service guys out of my house and cancelled. Went back to bell. Definitely the lesser of 2 evils imo.

  • Kirshenblatt Adam Kirshenblatt (@Kirshenblatt) reported

So over a year ago @RogersHelps wrapped out cable around a tree to connect our internet. The tree had been scheduled to be removed by the city. We asked them to deal with it then but nothing happened. Today, the city cut the tree down giving us no internet, phone, or TV.

  • GowshiganS Gowsh Sri (@GowshiganS) reported

@LeafsLindsay @Rogers @RogersHelps Modem seems fine. This seems like a connection error. 3 days is unacceptable with the way the speka down to you on the phone

  • nsalil Salil Navghare (@nsalil) reported

@RogersHelps I got a worst response from your customer service. Because of this outage I have to use my cellular data for work and you guys are going to compensate one day credit based on my home internet bill. I am planning to switch to Bell after being with you for 12 yrs.

@PaulAbugu93 @Rogers Pretty Stupid Thing To Say! Even If Your Just Joking!

  • JimJohannsson Jim Johannsson (@JimJohannsson) reported

@AndreCleroux @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps You’re intentionally confusing your customer’s about who is responsible for their service and pricing. You know the CRTC held wholesale rates at 2016 levels yet launched a campaign to scare folks into thinking their prices are going up. That’s just a bit dishonest, no?
