    @4thLine4Life @RogersHelps I'm in Manitoba, and all Rogers cell phone users I've talked to are having issues with data, calling, and texting. Overpriced underserviced garbage

    @Rogers VERY disappointing interactions this last 2 weeks with customer service. Misleading practices, then apathy to your customer. I think Bell gets the customer unfortunately.

    Same. Opened a chat window. 50th in the queue. Took an hour to get to No. 4. Then the window said "Your chat session has ended." @Rogers @RogersHelps (Rogers doesn't help)

    @RogersHelps Wifi calling not working so only way to fix it is by contacting an agent. Even your AI agent said that. Apparently it has to be reprovisioned.

    @RogersHelps Just answer the inquiries from your customers! I need to talk with a representative regarding my billing issue and service. Ana and the virtual chat cannot resolve it. Please have local operations teams and answer the phone calls!!!
