    @RogersHelps “Canada’s most reliable network” That was put to the test - FAIL. Also they won’t offer additional high speed data as compensation while they are offline, I asked.

    @RogersHelps 4 days without internet in K2J Barrhaven. We got the electricity back but not the internet. Absolutely no help or answer on when the service will be back. Frustrated!

    @RogersHelps in Ottawa... 5 days without internet. What the heck is going on? I never even lost power and people around me have had their internet restored days before me. I WFH and need my net

    @RogersHelps Your reply asked for a form to be filled out which I saw after speaking with tech support. I have been told I have tickets numbers attached to my concerns. One on Saturday and one last night.
