@Rogers seriously, y’all need to give up this blackout BS, because I live in Ontario I can’t watch the Habs, how stupid is that, they are playing Ottawa tonight and I can’t watch it because it’s not in my region, but when they were in Vancouver I was able to, doesn’t make sense

  • wendellwaldron Wendell Waldron (@wendellwaldron) reported

@seanpwebster @RogersHelps When you respond to him, can you let me know too? The blackout rules make no sense.

  • msjlwilson Jen Wilson (@msjlwilson) reported

@Rogers They did nothing! My account isn't special enough to save. I guess being a customer for almost 20 years means nothing. You lost my wireless business years.

  • CamNeale Cam Neale (@CamNeale) reported

@RogersHelps @Julien_Lavigne1 I am having the exact same issue. Here is yahoo’s response: Thank you. Due to contractual agreements and the nature of your issue, you'll need to contact Rogers for a resolution.

  • oceanfrees sandy (@oceanfrees) reported

@RogersHelps who monitors the Community Support Forum on your website? Are you aware of the problems with frequent internet disconnections with your 4582U modem? There are many many pages of complaints about the problem. About Rogers not helping or being unwilling to fix it.

  • rbarrettPEI Ryan Barrett (@rbarrettPEI) reported

@RogersHelps Having trouble with NHL Live. Leafs game works on one device, says it's a blackout on another.

  • msjlwilson Jen Wilson (@msjlwilson) reported

@Rogers clearly does not care about keeping their customers. Their retention dpt did nothing to resolve another Customer Service issue and admitted only certain customers are offered deals to keep them.

  • thecansicio CL Cansicio (@thecansicio) reported

You don't really listen to your Deaf and hard of hearing customers eh. @Rogers After nearly a decade of experiencing audism, I guess it's time to change providers. Their customer service doesn't give a **** about you especially when you're deaf.

  • oceanfrees sandy (@oceanfrees) reported

@RogersHelps Already tried. Also called in. Supposed to monitor my signals for 5 days, but a couple hours later got an email that the problem was fixed, so nothings been done! The community forum posts show the *massive* problems. Experts suggest solutions. But Rogers ignores.

  • davestewart4444 Dave Stewart (@davestewart4444) reported

@RogersBiz **** this. Just lower my monthly bill
