@RogersHelps This issue has been documented in your system multiple times. I have spent hours speaking with reps about it. I am at the point where this needs to be public that your internet lines are too congested and people are getting ripped off. I know how my internet should work

  • Mcquells JPS McClelland (@Mcquells) reported

@Rogers Please fix the internet quality downtown Brampton immediately. If you need to add more lines or capacity, do it. Locates dont take 6 months to get, you guys arent fulfilling your end of the deal. I pay you what you ask for, you give us 60% of what we pay for. No bueno.

  • Ryley322 Ryley (@Ryley322) reported

@RogersHelps FIX YOUR INTERNET I WAS PLAYING COMPETITIVE GAME AND MY INTERNET STARTS BEING ****..... Don't even tell me to send you a dm NO POINT WHEN MY INTERNET IS JUST GOING TO DO THIS AGAIN AND AGIAN

  • HavethisI WhyDo I HaveThis (@HavethisI) reported

@DurrHurrDurr @RogersHelps @RogersHelps Do your job! This person relies on the internet to do theirs! You're taking their money and not providing a service! And you're preventing them from earning an income! Internet access is a right, not a privilege! In 2016 the UN declared internet access a human right.

  • Mcquells JPS McClelland (@Mcquells) reported

@RogersHelps I ask that you spend the money required to update your infrastructure in Brampton and give people what they pay for. Stop the delays and excuses, fix it! You have been aware of this for 6 months, is that not enough time to address it?
