@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps Yes It should be 1 day free for every hour of service lost We pay ridiculous fees for stability of service and Rogers has obviously not used that money to keep up with security Hopefully this will force an end to Canada's duopoly

@RogersHelps my wifi is still not back. My ignite modem is still flashing amber/orange. Reset it, unplugged it, did everything. I can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone. Please help

@RogersHelps Its juet not worth it having all of our services in one basket, one goes down they are go down. I also dont recall Bell evrr having a complete nation wode shutdown like this. You really need to have a deep dive into your infrastructure to see the flaws which allowed this to occur

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Are you taking full responsibility to pay for the loss of wages for anyone who was sent home from work yesterday, are you gonna refund all of our expenses paid in order to get to work or a concert to be sent home. 🤔 are you gonna credit every customer a worthy amount.
