@RogersHelps I have a massive ongoing history with issues. I upgraded my modem to the ignite hub I can view from my phone... which I was assured would fix my issue, especially considering I work from home and lost hundreds of dollars from not being able to sign in. & still... it's always down

@RogersHelps internet came back for 3 full hours, woohoo, down again! Come on @Bell_Support I need higher speed in my area so I can make the change, 25mbs doesn’t cut it

@Longstemmed21 @louvegh @RogersHelps Their billing system is the worst I've ever seen. They bill for 2 months at once, they denied that they received their equipment when I cancelled (even though I returned it all personally) and charged me over $700, it took weeks to clear up!

@RogersHelps I would appreciate a public reply, also. I am finished with the service, and I do not consider this something you can escape when so many people have this issue. A $20 credit is simply not enough and will continue to voice this.

@RogersHelps I have my wireless service with Rogers as well and because of this outage my data is getting drained and speed is very slow and reason I get from you is that traffic in the area is reducing the speed this affecting my work and who is going to bear the loss

@VIAIsTheWorst @Rogers that 🤪 i'm so over this. they tricked me into some **** by upgrading bc it would "improve connection" and ****. whenever i got my bill, it was for that account. then they're like "you have this old account that's overdue, we'll shut off service if not paid immediately"

@RogersHelps ... that handle is a bit of a misnomer, don't you think? My brother is in the hospital, unable to deal with his affairs... and you say that we need a power of attorney just to put his account on hold? He can't even sign the damn form! Heartless.
