@RogersHelps The storm has not started here yet. My service went overnight. I have no internet or tv and the first appointment you can give me is Wednesday November 16. That is totally unacceptable.

@sterzo2424 @RogersHelps I've been having interruptions probably every 5-10 minutes and it's been happening for at least 3 weeks but they keep saying there is no issue. It's beyond frustrating. We will be looking into other providers as Rogers is of no help

well @RogersHelps, after being on hold for 3 hours trying to give you a chance to keep me as a customer, best of f-ing luck to you! here I come @vmedia literally 3 hours of "hey, I'm going to change if you cant at least match them" and off to infinite hold land I went.
