    @RogersHelps My rogers net stoped noon 2day and I saw cable goin 2 nxt 2 nxt house. trespased my house n aftr caling them one technician comin to fix and called that i dont hv expertise to fix, n some guy will fix tomrow at noon caled me at 6pm. switching to Bell. @cityofhamilton

    Hey @RogersHelps I've been trying to buy a new phone + plan from you today. It's been 7 hours chatting with your customer support. SEVEN HOURS. And I still can't buy the phone. I tried online and the website didn't work either. Who is gonna pay me for the wasted time?

    I called @RogersHelps tonight b/c my VM isn’t working. Apparently it’s a known issue w/visual VM since Jan w/ no timeline for resolution. So I changed my greeting to I won’t get your VM b/c @rogers is having an issue. Ridiculous but I don’t want people thinking I’m ignoring them
