How did @Rogers ever legally get away with calling themselves "Canada's most reliable network" when the fact of the matter is they have the most decrepit network in Canada because they don't believe in preventative maintenance?

@BellMbobile - I switched to @Rogers for my cell phone plan on December 17. I was just told that the refund I am due from Bell will likely not come until early February at best. Brilliant customer service from Bell (that is sarcasm in case you didn't know).

@resthink @Rogers @JustinTrudeau Ron "if" it was only Telco's ... we are a land of oligopolies and monopolies ! We "serve and protect" these corporations at the public's expense. Nothing to fix - you need to reduce to ruble and begin over again. We have the "lowest" unit labor productivity among G20!

@RogersHelps But I’m usually only getting one or two calls a week. I rather pay per call rather then paying $15 flat. My calls are usually under 10 mins. Also do you automatically enroll me into this plan? I never signed up for it.

@MrAlexBethke @Rogers I have now spent over 6 hours dealing with the same problem. Seems they just want to pass it to someone else and the next person is more incompetent than the previous on
