    @RogersHelps Hi! My network cable (coax) branches from the upstairs to the basement, but I have no ethernet cable downstairs. Can I hook up a second modem to the downstairs coax or will that not work? What if it is a non-rogers modem? I have one lying around...

  • Curdy3Mc Colin McCurdy (@Curdy3Mc) reported

    @RogersHelps So to confirm, it is possible to connect a modem in bridge mode to the coaxial network cable? Or do I need to run an ethernet cable down? It worked previously...

  • philipgoth69 Charlotte (@philipgoth69) reported

    lol @RogersHelps charging me for 3 months of service on my dead dad's phone because they didn't store the support chat history of me telling him he was dead and to stop his service

  • SRT4OwnzU88 Vitamin J (@SRT4OwnzU88) reported

    @Rogers why is it I cannot lower the amount of Gs per month to lower my cell bill in a way that doesn't make me break my family plan to go on multiple solo plans that doesn't include smartwatches? So I'm stuck continually paying for Gs I will never use?

    @deux_hot @Rogers Where u located? I don’t understand why they can’t make it right. Stupid people working at Rogers can’t even fix a wifi.

  • DaCodeABags1 Da Code A Bags (@DaCodeABags1) reported

    @RogersHelps I keep getting calls saying there is going to be a service interruption but want to to press 1 to verify it’s me to be transferred. Is this legit?

  • TCarscadden Trish Carscadden (@TCarscadden) reported

    @RogersHelps Well this isn’t helpful at all - service out completely (I’m in Etobicoke) but I didn’t find that out until I called. Why even have a link like this posted when you don’t use it? How do I actually get updates to know service is out?

  • 2Witwolf T + (@2Witwolf) reported

    @Rogers down in #GTA

  • thehappywraith Dave (@thehappywraith) reported

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps this link does nothing. Trying to work from home and our service keeps intermittently dropping me. What's going on?
