    @RogersHelps @lula76 Neither of these links provide any actual info. Does Rogers have an estimate as to when service will be restored in Kitchener? I work from home and need to know if I should be making other arrangements.

    @Bell_Support cannot provide an estimated time for Internet service restoration in postal code K1A in Ottawa after 2 days of service outage. Our power is on here but no internet. I would be totally isolated if it wasn't for my @Rogers cell phone. #shame
