    @nawazkanji @RogersHelps @murray4908 I was in the same boat, finally spoke to a senior manager who said it was a Yahoo issue. Apparently locked a number of accounts who haven’t changed their password in a “long time”. Only “senior tech support managers” can reset the password I was told.

    @Rogers I have been on the phone with your company for over an hour I am currently sitting on a “quick hold - 2 minutes tops” for 25 mins can you please do something better then keeping people in an endless loop of transfers and holds when they have an issue!
