    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Have to agree. Long time rogers customer and I’ve noticed a massive shift in the quality of customer service in the last two months (of course I had a number small things to deal with) lovely people on the other end of the call but they have no idea about the service at all.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They did, they used to be 100% Canadian support and marketed it that way. They just started offloading them in the last couple years. Sorry to say you missed the boat. It’s headed the other way now.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers My recent call had this woman who didn't speak English, couldn't enunciate her words and mumbled. When you take Jobs away from Canadians in Canada and move your call center to countries that pay less to save money will never have customer service.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Instead of finding a different way to install a service they butchered every single garage entryway in the neighborhood including mine which was BRAND NEW. I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus,everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled

    @RogersHelps I tried that, wasn't helpful. Tried contacting customer service over th phone. They said they can't take calls due to unexpected call volumes and chat has a queue over 100 people.

    I PAY FOR ROGERS PHONE AND INTERNET AND I WANT HELP. I DONT WANT TO WAIT ON THE PHONE FOR 1.45 HRS. WHERE ARE YOU @ROGERSHELPS @RogersHelps

    We all feel her pain! @Rogers never takes ownership for their poor service. We have had nothing but problems on our street. There were 3 repair technicians on our street today. Still issues!!

    @cookiegigan @RogersHelps @Rogers They did, the call dropped twice and they called back, unfortunately when it dropped the third time... So one of two issues solved at least.
