Jim B (@BobRules4038) reported@OShenMetaX @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Hey retard. This is all big canadian companies. If you want to actually support big Canadian companies you have to give money to other nations who actually support the people who buy their products LMAO.

ColtraneBlues (@ColtraneB37457) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because it’s cheaper! Would you notice the difference if it was out of Brampton? Did they provide good service? Were they professional? Do you think being in Canada woulda have been a quicker call? Will you pay higher prices if you knew the company only employed within Canada?

Didem (@keskindidem) reportedI’ve spent weeks trying to resolve billing issues caused after moving from Toronto to Montreal, where you couldn’t provide service. I’m being charged fees I was told would be removed, and my payment arrangement was changed without my consent. How is this acceptable? @Rogers

Teresa Reza (@teresa_reza) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Instead of finding a different way to install a service they butchered every single garage entryway in the neighborhood including mine which was BRAND NEW. I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus, everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled
-
Ali Hasan (@AliHasa_n) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Yes, exactly. They make millions or billions, but their customer support is often outsourced or centralized, so the person handling your case may not understand the specific local rules, regulations, or problems in your country/province.

Trish M (@trishmilley) reported@RogersHelps I've been on the phone almost 2 hours. Your service is absolutely terrible. This is unacceptable! You treat your customers like crap! I was calling with a question, but now I'm waiting on the phone so that I can cancel my service!
-
Just Bored (@Breakin_Normal) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I keep getting calls from Roger’s, Telus and bell and most times you can barely hear them from all the background noise. You can tell they are not in Canada so usually I just act like I can’t hear them and hang up. Not like I want to sign up to new service like that.
