    @RogersHelps @ShelleyP25 Bad enough to not have all our services back after 5 days due to ROGERS MISTAKE. Bad to wait over 2 hours to talk to tech support. Insult to injury when you receive a robo call saying your problem is fixed and ticket closed call back if you have problems still. No paper trail?

    @MsJLopez @RogersHelps Lol what? This is the first time this has happened for me and I've been with rogers for almost 2 years now. If you are outraged then go demand the government to explain why the 911 service runs through rogers and not someone else or government run?

    @RogersHelps It happened twice in 14 months for sure I am looking another provider. I have cable TV, internet and 4 cell phones. I look 4 different companies for each phone in case one goes down other is working.
