I asked what all the background noise was and he said he was driving, using a car phone. 😭

It’s because the customer base is terrible, the money vs with what you have to deal with isn’t worth it, no kid wants to do deal with that. Then upon reaching out to customer service, more foreigners. No Telus No Timmies No Thanks.
