@RogersHelps Customer for 12 years, some smart *** women on the other end has zero retention skills and helps your company lose $7000 in revenue per year, even giving attitude back. Y’all be begging for my service when the depression hits. #COVID__19 #badservice #fraud

@SadiqSalah1 @RogersHelps This comment made me realize what a self-righteous, pretentious **** you are. People have every right to feel annoyed or angry about this service outage. Nobody with a brain is advocating for yelling at a Roger's employee. The company's a big boy and can take some Twitter heat.

@andreamcrae @Rogers Well if they go by some customer policy practise in industry, they should prorate the monthly costs of your service part of the bill, and deduct a day or two till your service is back running on the most reliable network. Yea?

@RogersHelps I don't care if they say they are sorry...Rogers should be fined or sued as their company outage cost millions to be impacted without access to bank cards, etransfer, and even emergency services. I will NEVER use Rogers and if they take over Shaw, I will use Bell or Telus first

@scottdagostino @Rogers Using a slur against a large group of people because you are mad at a corporation makes you look least as bad as @Rogers.

@RogersHelps Well, it seems I also belong to a minority here, in this case a Rogers’ INVISIBLE minority? (Or maybe an IMBECILE minority, based on some Rogers supporters here?) Where’s my $200 bundle service? I can’t find it!!!

@_danielnieto @ruffoloj @Rogers Ditto. I was 'up' yesterday. It was effing expensive because my data isn't cheap on the backup, but I was up. But CRA was saying 2-factor not working and no interact meant my redundant system didn't keep me fully 'up.' The gov't has some 'splainin' to do.

Nothing more annoying than the super slow @Rogers internet since they got the servers back up and running. It's ridiculous.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Are you for real? Yes we can do without internet service but phone service, absolutely not. For people who have elderly family members and can't just jump in a car to go see if they are alright, this is totally inexcusable for the amount of money we pay for these services.
