Holy ****, it’s 2021 and @Rogers wants $65 for a prepaid SIM that comes with just one gig of data and only 150 daytime talk minutes? Are you ******* kidding me?

Okay you REALLY need to fix your smart home monitoring app. FIVE nights in a row I have had to manually type in the password to use app, I can’t arm the house, can’t turn off the lights. What if someone was chasing me outside? I wouldn’t have time to type a password! @Rogers

@RogersHelps once again terrible customer service. Can anyone there take ownership and provide followup. Is working rental equipment too much to ask for?

@RogersHelps @RogersBiz I wasted many hours on chat and call to do one simple request. Your all multiple department works like own company. For all services you have one website but after login you have very tightly coupled system. Whoever designed or architect, sorry for that

Now entering day 7 of @RogersHelps being down at our house. Multiple tickets open, no resolution. This is far beyond “sorry for the inconvenience”

@RogersHelps my internet has been out for 5 hours and all your help line says is there is maintenance going on in my area. Can I get any information when I can expect my internet to be back up?

Congrats @freedommobile, you are as crappy as @rogers. You made it. Literally set up a virtual payment system that doesn't work and you're charging for calling to pay my bill. You're charging ME for YOUR service not working. Let that sink in. @telus...hey...you open?

Meanwhile, while my city was flooding I got an emergency alert 28 hours AFTER the evacuation order was received. Complete and utter distrust in whoever runs this. @YourAlberta @RogersHelps
