@fionapettit71 @Rogers With that IP address, Rogers should be able to determine whether their company facilities are being used to send malicious communications. Even if this person is only a customer rather than an employee, Rogers can still act.

@fionapettit71 @Rogers Rodgers is a mobile network in Canada so it would be very hard to track down the exact location of the person using the phone that sent you that disturbing email, if it was sent from somebody’s home internet it would be easy enough.

@RogersHelps Rogers will need to reimburse me for forcing me to use my cellular data for work purposes while I home. They screwed me for not allowing me to work this weekend due to lack of internet. WTH?! How are they claiming to be an essential service when they are not functioning as such?!

@Rogers and less mobile services while charging me more than I have been paying for the last 3 years. Not what I call a great way to treat a loyal customer. Time to shop around! Any other companies want my business?

@Rogers What would be a really anamazing Christmas present would be someone from Rogers explaining how after being as customer for more than 20 years you just doubled my bill automatically, took away my free upgrade and now want to offer me less channels ....
