    @Rogers what is going on.. internet etc down since 11am?? I work from home and pay for a service.. what was the CEO promise after the massive outage??

    @Rogers refuses to fix my phone even though I’m paying for their insurance. @apple says I don’t have coverage, @rogers says I do. I’ve been back and forth between the for TWO MONTHS and my phone is still broken. They’re still happily charging me for insurance though.
