Another #unhappy @rogers #customer. Upgrading phone with ex-pickup, supposed to be 3-5 days would be receiving an email, didn't not. Called Rogers on 18th, the device was not ready. Today got an email, the order cancelled 'cause it wasn't pickedup (check 2nd)

@RogersHelps our internet has been down all day in north Barrie, there seems to be no information about it. Tech support said they see an outage, but their "board" wasn't updated. What's happening? ETA? Any type of info to share???

Don’t believe @Bell when ordering product. Claims 2-5 biz days for delivery. Been 5 weeks now with no comms. Terrible customer service. Shoulda gone with @Rogers

@RogersHelps I think your app has a few issues. It crashes constantly, the UI and replay options are less versatile, the UI is confusing and downright glitchy at best, and the audio or video habitually become unpaired. But you are likely already aware of all this. Thanks for the vent

@RogersHelps We don't need tech support. We are unhappy that a technician cancelled an appointment at the last minute to set my father in law up with Internet and TV service because he didn't want to get rapid tested before entering the retirement home where my father in law lives.
