Calls @Rogers to update the address & get a new phone. After confirmation, they sent the phone to the wrong address. Have transferred me 3 times and put me on hold for combined total of 4 hours to fix this and charged me $45 for service fee. Do I charge them for my time?

Disappointed the guy at the store told me to contact @RogersHelps to get the activation fees waved for three new upgrades. Called and they won’t do it Even more disappointed that my app was showing $43 less than what there systems were showing for each line and they won’t fix it

@RogersHelps Is there an issue with RDS on Ignite TV tonight? The same game looks fine on TSN2, but there are periodic distortions on RDS.

Over an hour a few weeks ago to cancel internet and phone with @Rogers After the rep nearly refusing to let us cancel....just saw a new bill for this month for internet. Gonna have to waste more time arguing about "I already canceled". Trash. 😒
