    @RogersHelps As a multibillion dollar company, your customers should be receiving a credit on our next bill to make up for this huge blunder. Apologies don't fix the financial situations of people who couldn't work today because of relying on your company.

    @Rogers Your link is useless. You haven't provided any updates outside of "our service is down" and people should reboot their stuff (what a joke). "Will continue to provide regular updates" - hasn't happened. Why. Why is the service down? What caused this outage?

    @RogersHelps What's the point of telling us that "wireline" services aren't impacted? Are you trying to low-key sell us wired services because you're so crap at the wireless? Will customers be getting any kind of credit for the entire workday they can't make a phone call?
