@Rogers Not one service rep is able to help out. How is this right? Having someone wait for an hour to switch over. So regretting this move. How do people put up with this kind of service? How is this acceptable?

I have this tendency to stay in abusive relationships, because you know it might get better. Obviously it never does! So I’m finally getting out and I’m leaving you @Rogers! I definitely won’t miss you

@RogersHelps What has been going on with your internet service for the past 5 weeks? It’s been a constant 70-120ms and now for the past 5 days I’ve been averaging at around 600-1000ms. Every single time we have called or gotten a tech in NOTHING has improved and only worsen.

@RogersHelps I got ahold of a chat agent and he's calling me back tomorrow. Not a particularly great resolution given the bill is due tomorrow but it's a start. I'll deal with him on this.

@RogersHelps I was a 30 year customer who switched to Bell because of Rogers outages and a deal made by Bell after they added Fibe in my area. Since switching, I've gotten 2 calls with deals asking to come back. Where were these deals when I was a customer? #rogers #barndoor

@RogersHelps Thanks, Rogers. The problem is, I already did that the last time I logged in, and now it's making me do the same thing. Am I going to have to go into my profile and re-disable every time I want to log into my account? Did you really provide no "close" button on that pop-up?
