@wendykrichards @Rogers @RogersHelps I find it unbelievable how companies want to charge people for a service they didn’t use...for 15 hours now? People either want to be compensated or not charged for the time frame. As customers we should be the top priority.

@RogersHelps Not some.All of Rogers customers don’t have any wireless and voice services. I really hope Rogers will give everyone a kickback for this. The amount of businesses and individuals that rely on your service is insane. I haven’t even mentioned the ridiculous pricing for these.
