    @Rogers has done it again. Lost another load of emails - sent to byte heaven by Rogers. They don't answer the phone. Some BS about being too busy. No one can help recover my emails if they don't even know how to pick up a phone and speak in to it.

    @RogersHelps Rogers has moved much of its customer service offshore, so it can be difficult to explain issues and understand the representatives. Is it possible to speak with someone based in Canada?

    @RogersHelps The problem that couldnt be found is back. Sign in and do chat & told I cant get help, hold for hours and get told to report online to speed things up.

    @RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST I need to schedule a cancellation for my Rogers internet service. Please let me know what account verification you need. It was incredibly frustrating to stay on phone for more than TWO HOURS without anyone actually answering…

    @RogersHelps The streaming buffering is a well known issue with your product that you seem to refuse to address.A local small internet provider I had before Rogers bought them never had this issue and that was with a quarter the download speed.
