Zero #transparency or #accountability. That's what happens when governments allow monopolies

Just hoping they don’t cut Freedom access off while they cope with Rogers taking 2 years to supposedly “upgrade” No idea how they did a great job in NYC but are inadequate in Toronto

Kinda shocked. Just got off the phone with @RogersHelps. I'm going to USA to see a concert, but because #roaming charge is EST I will be charged for a second day after 9pm. What? How can this be OK? Do customers on the west coast not matter? Was told that was policy. No help.
