    @RogersHelps are you really not going to release a full detailed statement as to why the network is down, what is being done to fix the problem and the time we can expect the network to be fixed? There should be more updates than 2 or 3 tweets in the past 16 hours. unbelievable.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo So useless. You keep disconnecting with me when I try to contact an agent. You do provide a timeline or any details about this issue. You also put a message in the chat operator where it says that if I don't reply back to a bot, it will disconnect me from being to connect... WTF
