    @stopthetelusph @FictionalDiary @RogersHelps BGP allows one network (say Rogers) to advertise its presence to other networks that form the Internet. Rogers is not advertising its presence, so other networks can’t find Rogers network and so it is unavailable.

    @GeesPhilly @RogersHelps Can you go tell the people who lost loved ones who were having a heart attack or other medical emergency and could not reach 9-1-1 services that "it sucked not having service, but it's just the way it is"

    @RogersHelps Finally Friday around 11pm got cell service yet still no internet. I should not be charged for data usage until my internet is restored.
