@RogersHelps $500 rogers bill, most of it activation fees rogers customer service promised to waive. 3 hour hold to talk to them. This feels intentional.

One hour and 8 minutes on hold with Rogers. It’s a record. This past 8 days I’ve lost 8 hours of my life on hold that I will never get back. There has to be a better company @RogersHelps

@gmbutts @Rogers There are no good choices, but the least-bad approach seems to be “buy your phone outright and shop around for the best plan, switching without any loyalty whenever a better deal is available”.

Spent an hour and a half on hold for @rogers customer service and then their IVR hangs up. How are customers supposed to call to obtain #credit when @RogersHelps said to call them? #unhappycustomer
