    @Rogers internet down for 14-16hrs & they get away with a “Sorry for inconvenience” statement. If their customers pay the bill late by even a day, they get slapped with interest. Rogers, Bell and Telus have a monopoly in Ontario and not sure why the govt doesn’t see this.

    @lisambrandt @Rogers Not just you and your Neighbours. I've had no internet connection since 10am this morning here in St.John's, NL. Now it's 12pm and still nothing. Pathetic excuse for a company. I've never had as many issues with anything else ever, Once my phone is paid off, I'm DONE with Roger's

    Rogers internet has to be one of the worst services ever. Internet constantly just turns off and doesn’t work. Gotta call bell and switch from this garbage @RogersHelps

    Was waiting for 45 minutes on a chat with @Rogers to resolve acct issue. NEVER answered chat. Just terrible service. TERRIBLE. Bet it won’t take 45 minutes for them to collect their monthly payment … @RogersWireless

    If @TELUS were actively campaigning in favor of the #shawrogers merger I would be much more concerned its bad for consumers in #canada But the fact they have worked so hard against this merger speaks volumes about the competitve threat @Rogers poses if this goes through
