@RogersHelps No when I reboot the system always comes back. The problem is having to do the reboot more often than is convenient. Doing a 10-15 min modem reboot at 930 in the morning while teaching a class three times a week is problematic

@RogersHelps Hi there, I've contacted your support already and its been a long time now, but we've been out of internet after YOUR employee came into our home (and said no one was home) and essentially made it impossible to use our internet service.
