  @RogersHelps Would still like that crave free preview now. The outage occurs and same bill you dont apply credit you can apply free preview of crave for few months though immediately

  @icetrillium @RogersHelps Was your phone available from Rogers? If not, it may not be able to use voLTE for calling. If that's the case, it would need to switch to 3G network for calls. Try disabling voLTE or HD calling or even LTE to see if that helps

  @RogersHelps my calls keep dropping, please fix the issue. My friends tested phone calls as they are with other providers and no issues.
