@RogersHelps @Rogers I have 4 mobile wireless phones with rogers and all phone are offline. So basically all four people in the same household are not able to contact each other for any kind of emergency. It’s been more than 24hrs.

@ReplicatorUnit @RogersHelps Internet is not the issue. Using the 3G right now as the 5G is down. I think a lot of us tried that already. Still can’t make calls.

@RogersHelps this is NOT intermittent!! It has been all day! Please advise what the heck happened...this is unacceptable when we are all, for the most part, working from home. Providing an update as to when this issue will be corrected would be nice

@RogersHelps On behalf of "some" customers (namely those not with Bell Mobility), let me say what a massive disruption and cluster f**k this is. Don't bother updating anything. Just fix it. I'm suggesting one month free for some of us to compensate.
