    @RogersHelps @cho_to_doji We've both been dealing with you over Twitter and by phone. Both have been useless, and the best service I could get to deal with an INTERNET issue was to work with someone in the WIRELESS department. It's a pathetic example of customer service. Rogers should be ashamed.

    @RogersHelps internet is down in komoka Ontario, game 7 hockey games on tv (which ignite runs) and I can’t watch on a saturday. Please fix this problem
