@Rogers Is this really how you treat your customers? I don’t want to spend another hour waiting to explain the same issue again. Please review my account, remove this disputed charge as promised, and confirm that my account will not be suspended because of it.

@sameo416 @Rogers ******* gross of Rogers for trying to make the customer responsible for replacing equipment destroyed by a wildfire, the eqpt should be written-off by Rogers for all impacted. You're right, CRTC doesn't allow companies to charge a fee past when the service was accessible.

@Rogers - I have been on hold for over 40 minutes now. If I wasn't already trying to cancel my service I would be now. This is ridiculous. It is insane that I NEED to talk to a customer service agent to cancel a service.

@RogersHelps I figured it was a scam since the email and text message they promised never materialized! Thanks!

@RogersHelps Sorry, doesn't resolve anything. Rogers is a complete rip-off with very poor service.

It is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers
