    3 days later and the @Rogers cable still isn't working properly - audio cuts out, video freezes and signal lost completely. Still no solution from Rogers.

    @RogersHelps Your TV service is not working properly, at least in some areas! The picture is freezing, sound is intermittent and the picture goes black! Nobody answers customers, just same old message from Friday!

    @RogersHelps Can’t watch tv as it is constantly freezing. WTF am I paying for? My service reminds me of the Bell commercials “It’s not you, it’s your internet!” I guess they knew before you knew!
