    @cbcmarketplace @RogersHelps now being told it is 24 hours. Agent will not send me through the supervisors because there are “too many customers”. Sign of the times for Rogers Customer satisfaction?

    @Rogers you're customer service is the absolute worst in Canada. Looping AI bots that you can't even contact a person. Some issues can't be resolved by your AI Bots. and it's offensive to treat customers like that.

    @RogersHelps is there anyway to get help? Called the store and can’t help set up tv and home phone… telephone to Roger’s has hung up on us because they are too busy for 5 days straight.. how can this be this hard?

    @RogersHelps @outnaboutlizzoc I’m on hold to cancel EVERYTHING. On hold yesterday for 2 hours. Iv had it with the horrible customer service and over charging
