    @Rogers Rogers and @Bell are both doing a terrible job serving rural Canadians. Time to up your games or see massive numbers switch to foreign satellites based systems. Do it! Do it now!

    @Rogers Shaw is garbage

    @RogersHelps We are using rogers ignite and its giving lots of issues. I work from home due to covid but on and off it disconnects. And when we call they just say everything looks good. Also thr prices are hiked up a lot. Kindly look into this or we may have to change the subscriber.

    @Rogers Get those freaking pricing down rather than over paying for your purchase.

    @Rogers Well after banging my head multiple times(which is calling them 20+ times) I got my phone today which is physically damaged, battery was not in perfect condition, and they are saying its ok because at least I have a phone now 😑. I am paying customer, paid $650+ in premiums.

    When will @rogers start paying me for my time. From my tenant: Leam. Please check The MyRogers. We have lost all network access like before the modem works fine. The MyRogers no longer has information showing as if they’ve canceled it again. This is urgent for my work. Thanks Ken

  • kevinwpg Kevin (@kevinwpg) reported

    So @rogers sent me a text yesterday saying thank you for your payment you now have a credit yesterday then today sent me a message saying hey pay up ******* ... This company wants to take over my current internet provider?

  • IrisAnn2 Iris Penney (@IrisAnn2) reported

    @writer6211 @Bell_Aliant @Rogers No two people who are paying the same amount! My bill with Roger's was going up $50 during the pandemic when cable programming was at it's worst and many companies were giving their customers a break, i.e. my insurance company. I have quit cable TV and use internet only!

    They ask you to DM... after the 7th back and forth your automatically sent a customer satisfaction survey.... they should just tell you to switch to @Rogers

  • gurpreet_sd Gurpreet Dhillon (@gurpreet_sd) reported

    @Rogers Called Rogers customer care,they said Brightstar is 3rd party so cant help. why choose a 3rd party which ruins your reputation. I was shocked how they treat their customers. It was very unfortunate that I chose your so called “PREMIUM” device protection. It was not even basic pro
