@Rogers you need to fix your system. Tired of being told that I'm eligible to finance a phone with zero down only to find out you want me to buy it outright. Not very good customer service if you ask me and none of your agents will help.

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps Rogers doesn’t give a rip or know what the heck they are doing. You seem to know what’s happening. Please help.

@BuNdOAVFC @RogersHelps If there is a wooded area between the cellular tower and your location, signal interference can change as trees grow and lose leaves. Are there system settings available somewhere to determine signal strength?

@gossbark @CRTCeng @Rogers If your device uses services despite those settings, that's an issue with your phone. You need to know how your device behaves with those settings. Better to keep Airplane or Flight mode enabled for duration of trip. Can manually enable Wifi when required.

@RogersHelps any issues in the Don Mills and Sheppard area? My internet has been going on and off all day and now it is completely off even after rebooting the router.

If you are thinking of using @Rogers for your cell phone service, stay away! They use false advertising and deceptive sales tactics. Worst cell phone provider in Canada by a long shot! Stay far far away from them

@BuNdOAVFC @Rogers Is there a modem or router connected to the antenna? If so, can you get speed test directly via wired connection? Your Wifi signal seems to be rather weak as well. Could affect data speeds
