    @Rogers internet down for 14-16hrs & they get away with a “Sorry for inconvenience” statement. If their customers pay the bill late by even a day, they get slapped with interest. Rogers, Bell and Telus have a monopoly in Ontario and not sure why the govt doesn’t see this.

    @RogersHelps I've already put in a complaint through another channel, spending about an hour on the chat. You're welcome. Regardless of whether it was a spoofed email domain or a real agent being unprofessional and rude, I would be extremely concerned if I was a Rogers executive. Good luck.

    Hey @Rogers .. Stop your on-line BS .. Order a phone .. Told it will be delivered next day .. Only to receive an email the next day telling me “Sorry, it’s on back order .. Going to be 4 weeks plus” .. Absolute garbage 😡😡 #Rogers #RogersWireless #RogersBS

    @lisambrandt @Rogers Switch to Bell. I haven’t had an outage in 12 years. Bell has dedicated phone lines. Rogers does not.
