@RogersHelps Look guys, can you start giving us some straight answers. If the reason that some/many of us still don’t have service is because there’s no electricity getting to your hubs just say so clearly.

@RogersHelps Hey @RogersHelps, I'm at K1R and along with a bunch of houses on our our street are still without internet access.... I know it's a tough time and hard to make promises, but some indication of when there may even be some crews present to work on the problem would be appreciated.

@RogersHelps any updates for the K4M area? Still down - no internet, land lines, or tv…

@Rogers Saturday our power was off for approx 12 hours. When it went out we lost our internet and Roger’s home phone but still had Roger’s cell service. After 3-4 hours our cell service went down and if there was an emergency we had no way of calling 911. This is unacceptable.

@RogersHelps Are you not able to see where a call trunks into your network from, and determine if that’s the legitimate expected source of that call? Email has SPF and DKIM records, how do telecoms not talk to each other to determine call legitimacy?

@RogersHelps Let me ask my question in a different way. Once Hydro gets power to lines again, will my internet/tv start working again - immediately or within a few hours? Or, will @Rogers only be able to start fixing problems with its equipment once Hydro is done?

Hey, @Rogers, for those of us in Ottawa still without power and without wifi and have been told it may be at least a couple of more weeks before Rogers service is restored, you’re not gonna charge us full pop this month for wifi, cable and cell service, right?
