    @Rogers I have been trying to contact your customer support for almost half a day. But I am unable to contact via call or chat. This is irritating. Bell dint have good coverage but I was atleast able to reach their customer service.

    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam

    @RogersHelps Been there, done that. It’s easy to solve - reset the router several times a day which is of course unacceptable. Funny thing is that I never had an issue before Rogers took over Shaw.

    @Rogers customer care is one of the most pathetic service I have ever experienced. In the past hour, I have talked to 3 different agents to cancel my account only to be put on hold for 20mins. Just Pathetic @RogersHelps
