  • Sgfor43 Sean Forrester (@Sgfor43) reported

@levinepmc @Rogers The network maintenance update error doesn't sound right. Even in the core there has to be some segmentation. Everything went down.

  • brianfitzg OldguyHarpax (@brianfitzg) reported

@RogersHelps Monday afternoon, 13:30 local time. Still no Rogers home phone service and choppy/unreliable internet. Area code A1A-4R8. The whole weekend home phone was dead. I’ve tried contacting Rogers several times to cancel service. Nobody answers. #rogersoutage #rogersdown

  • Anoopezhap Anoop Joseph (@Anoopezhap) reported

@wirelesswave @Rogers(1/2)Please don't promote Bright Star Mobile protection for your customers.I had a simple problem to repair my charging port and bright Star asked for 200$ as processing fee. The irony is that I can get the charging port replaced for 50$ from any repair store

@RogersHelps For the past 3 days, since service came back, our TV service hangs, blacks out and not working well. Any ETA on when this will fixed.

  • ErinPrisciak ErinPrisciak (she/her) (@ErinPrisciak) reported

After @Rogers was down for a hole day they are right back at their bullshit. Can’t even get my broken phone under warranty replaced #nationalizephoneservice #nationalizewireless #fuckmonopolies

  • ian_heyting Ian (@ian_heyting) reported

@towhey @Rogers The market is going to punish Rogers handily for the outage. What I WOULD like to know is how Interac doesn't have a redundant system in place. In an industry as heavily regulated as Financial Services, it's actually shocking to me that they have a single point of failure.

  • thefrankie365 bluke and frances. (@thefrankie365) reported

@CIK_Telecom @RogersHelps Service was up on Saturday and I've contacted Rogers multiple times to escalate the process with no response or update on their end. This is ridiculous. An ETA would be appreciated.

@dave1agar @Rogers I am in North York. Fido cell service was restored by Saturday morning. We are still missing many channels on our TV lineup, including specialty channels that we pay extra for.
