@RogersHelps Any idea when the service for the Mount Hope area will be restored? Still waiting as of 3:40pm Sept 11th...

@RogersHelps yesterday I had no phone service. Why did that happen when it was supposed to be resolved in last outage we would be switched to back up carrier. Again kind of hard to trust a company that does the amount of backpedaling that keeps happening. So wasn’t true. Didn’t happen.

@RogersHelps 36+ hours without redundant systems to support customers, as well as misleading and lying to customers about resolutions. Even the start date of the problem is incorrect on their own event listing to make it look better.

@RogersHelps Since you have been at 90% complete since 2am I’m guess the rest of us should expect service sometime this week? I realize how much work is involved with splicing fiber but come on with the ETA’s. Honesty always works out much better for everyone.

@RogersHelps Folks, I totally get that teams are trying to fix this but the confusingly and constantly bouncing ETR is just creating angst. Any ideas when it will be back, realistically? If the answer is no, just say that please

@RogersHelps 2/2 Today, after 20 min, "Jeff" transferred me to a Chinese VM, and I got disconnected. Not sure whether it's incompetence or lack of care but at this rate, I am ready to cancel my last Rogers home service and forget about your brand for good.

@RogersHelps We have not had service since 11pm Friday! Its Sunday at 4 pm and nothing. I need my service to work and school. I dont have unlimited data for this. The interruption in service is costing me alot of money using the data I need that I dont have. How much longer can this take?!?!
