They apologized and sent it to my old address again. Called again. Oh oops our bad, how about we send it to old address again? I’m with the cable co now.

I think the goal these days for all Big Corporation Customer Service is to NOT have ANY phone interaction w/ Customers. Just trying to find a phone number to reach anyone is impossible, when you do = 3hr+ wait on hold!!

I cancelled all my services recently because they are terrible with customer service. Now I get a call about 3x a week wanting to offer me the world. Ridiculous.
