    @Rogers 3 days without internet and no one is helping. Made 10 calls to Rogers customer service, waiting betwee 30 minutes and 1 hour per call. Still no internet. Extremely poor service. Lost work time due to no internet.

    So Rogers cancels anyplace tv to force customers to use Ignite. First instruction login to Ignite App but after 4 days and 5 calls to @RogersHelps I still cannot get onto app and no resolution in sight.

    @RogersHelps I’m still frustrated. I’m told one thing by customer care last night and rep at the store says different. Including 2 tweets, plus speaking in person, 2 on the phone and on hold for another, it’s a total of 14.

    @Rogers why is it that my internet drops like 5 times a day? The internet has dropped twice in not even the past 20 minutes. Even when getting a technician to “help” nothing changes! This is unbelievable

    @RogersHelps I almost feel like waiting it out just to see how long they will ******* over for. Maybe start taking bets. Do i hear 8 weeks? 12 weeks? Theyve already started charging me for the phone, even though they dont have any LOL

    Its looking like its gonna take 5 or 6 weeks just to get a Z Fold3 from @RogersHelps when every other carrier and samsung has them in stock. Do yourself a favor and skip buying anything from Rogers, spoiler alert, they dont give a ****.
