@RogersHelps Yeah sent a DM so far been on the phone for 60min with CS and most of that times been on hold. This is going on 3 weeks with this being a fairly consistent issue

@RogersHelps Is there any actual update? I know Comms n tech r sep departments but you gotta know in today’s day n age down internet4+ hr is absolutely unacceptable. Everything is smart we all WFH & your move to get us off traditional cable onto ignite means we don’t even have reliable TV

@RogersHelps the level of terrible customer service that Rogers provides is sure to never be surpassed. You clowns schedule a tech to come for the guy in the downstairs apt. today but can't service upstairs with the same address until tomorrow?

@RogersHelps That was the link I was talking about. Service had already been out for over two and a half hours before that was posted - and the location described doesn’t actually reflect the extent of the outage.
