    @RogersHelps "Some wireless customers"? Name one cell phone customer that actually has cell phone service (not wifi) in Canada. (I don't know any.) Please don't downplay this.

    @RogersHelps It would be much more appreciated and build customer trust if you were more transparent about the issue. Just say every customer across Canada is down including sub brands.
