I’ve made several calls I’ve been patient but the wifi has been coming and going since Feb 6th your staff continues to tell myself and neighbours your working on. Get in touch fix it tomorrow or we have all decided we switching to Bell enough is enough!

Mike Drake (@MikeD340706) reported@RogersHelps Many times over it went to the CCTS and I'm still waiting and I sent an email to the ombudsman. 10 years as a loyal customer and this is how Roger's treats its customers. I left and went to bell and now they want to charge me an early termination fee for a phone they lost.

All my screen shows is the bars for service and my battery life. The celular internet has been very slow the last few days.
