@RogersHelps your customer service team is pretty unhelpful sometimes and the entire transfership process sucks Firstly why is the model locked with the app and why can't I access it via IP Secondly, the previous tenant has the login & is unreachable & I'm stuck with login

@Rogers the one company that allows customer service agents, yes 2, to yell at customers and then hang up on customer. And after that the 3rd time, they don't offer to compensate you or anything, not they say "hey I know your bill is almost paid, but we're gonna threaten
