    @RogersHelps The message from your CEO about the Friday outage was great, except it’s now Sunday and I still have no internet. I’m fact, none of my neighbourhood does. FAIL!

    @RogersHelps So, while I have slow internet back I can only access a few local channels on ignite, can't connect to the playstation network, websites are loading slow or not at all.. I'd hardly say things are fixed

    @vote4robgill @Rogers The contract that u, I, & likely everyone else never read, & had no input in, because…. well…there are no reasonable alternatives, agreed to only hold them financially responsible for up to the value of the actual service, not the value of our time / impact. They count on it
