Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • montaignejr Paul Montaigne (@montaignejr) reported

Our internet has been down since 9:30AM this morning - @Rogers is sending a tech to fix it on Sunday evening and offered a $30 credit for at least 56 hours of no service (impeding our ability to work from home). After 5 or 6 years maybe it's time to switch to providers!

  • krinal Krinal Mehta 🇮🇳🇨🇦 (@krinal) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Hi team, both Ignite and Mobile data are giving me poor speeds this morning. Any issues in the M4W area? Ignite: 2 Mbps Tethered phone data: 700 Kbps

  • McCorquodale McC (@McCorquodale) reported

Switched to Rogers Mobile and my new phone was never delivered and now I have been disconnected twice while speaking with customer support. I am just trying to find out when the phone will be delivered @RogersHelps @Rogers

  • txnca Steve Beadles (@txnca) reported

@RogersHelps Upgraded to the ignite 500 and now all of my rogers email addresses are gone. I go into myrogers and I have TV service instead of internet. WTF?

  • therobmilne Rob Milne (@therobmilne) reported

@FreedomMobile Promises are broken even if they give you a case ID. I found being with @Rogers they commitment is much better dealing with their loyalty team. I say if you do talk to them, record the call and then bring it to the #CRTC

  • johnpics12 little john (@johnpics12) reported

@RogersHelps Hey thanks for the help but this got me mad 😡 I can’t talk to anyone I have been trying to talk to someone for over 3 days now sometimes waiting times are very high

  • compatabel Esther Abel 🇨🇦 (@compatabel) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers @CWTAwireless Seniors who want to get #IgniteTv have to connect the box & wires from inside their home The Rogers cable guy won’t go inside home to connect & tell the customer inside what wires etc to connect So if your old & non-techie forget it These cable reps get paid the same 🤬🙏🏼

  • willomount38 Willow38 (@willomount38) reported

@Rogers why is it always so painful when i try and get in touch? I wanted to add cable. Waited 25 minutes to even get someone in chat and then they couldn't help. Always a frustrating, painful experience

  • PlusEVAnalytics Plus EV Analytics (@PlusEVAnalytics) reported

Hey @CRTCeng how do we feel about @RogersHelps selling “unlimited” wireless data plans that throttle down to virtually nothing after 10 GB until you pay for their upsell “speed pass”? Seems suspiciously like a LIMIT to me...

  • Nathan630pm Nathan630pm (@Nathan630pm) reported

@RogersHelps I wasn't going to reply, because the usual "unplug the router" worked last night, but now I'm PISSED. I'm trying to be in class, and your STUPID network keeps cutting out. Not trying to yell at the poor person who has to respond to this, I know you're just the messenger.
