    Hey @RogersHelps…what’s going on? Email has been down for several days; says I need to change my password but when I try to do that it tells me that “something’s wrong on your end”. I’m about ready to quit Rogers…certainly will not spend hours on the phone with you!

    @Rogers worst service ever had i was trying call their customer support and had wait 1hour no one picks call and i just want to transfer my home internet to new address. Even @BSNLCorporate india have better customer support than you guys.

    I cannot believe the bad business practices that @Rogers get away with and they are regulated. I have a degree in insurance regulations and they would not get away with this. Must be because of @JohnTory must be above the law?
