-
Nasty Canadian (@BD007Marky) reportedThe spineless @Rogers @Sportsnet TV crew (Dan and Joe) didn't say anything, but Vladdy got booed pretty loudly when he was called out and the fans were NOT booing the call - they were booing the Half Billionaire Fall Down Hitter.
-
Elvira Lount (@elviralount) reported@RogersHelps waiting an hour and a half in the phone for cable tv technical support. What happened to your call back service? Why the delay?
-
Cheryl Strachan RD (she/her) (@SweetSpotRD) reported@zukkyzee @Rogers Garrison Woods (near Marda Loop) out. Nothing on the outage map, which only references SE Calgary. But the same outage must be affecting parts of SW too.
-
Roger Milley (@rogermilley) reported@RogersHelps @MerileeToo I addition to no Internet service all day, cell coverage in my area is limited to 1 bar. I tried calling Rogers support which resulted in three distinct AI chatbots speaking to me simultaneously, and then they hung up. Pure chaos. @RogersHelps
-
Regulus Coeur (@CoeurRegulus) reported@RogersHelps Mobility support. But I consistently got support in Morocco with screaming babies and children, and men partying in the background. Then Bangladesh. both countries had language barriers where I had to repeat my question several times as little English was spoken or understood.
-
Ryan Planinshek (@planinshek) reported@RogersHelps I get technical issues can happen but you clearly need more agents to support customers as well as looking at the IVR to determine why it keeps dropping calls. A technical issue can happen, but multiple times is not ok.
-
Peter J. Kampe IV (@plkampe) reportedHey @Rogers, stop calling me to move my cellphone over to you, I am happy with my provider. I will say this again, remove me from your calling list as all the customer service calls still have not removed me.
-
El The π¨π¦π²πΉ (@franticmonkey) reportedHey @Rogers do you train your staff to gate keep your managers? I called retention, spoke to an idiot who sounded half asleep, wasnt listening. I asked 5 times to speak to a manager, he gives me excuses. He tells me i'm waisting HIS time and when I asked his name, SILENCE

CaiCai (@hi_caicai) reported@RogersHelps I don't see any response, but there's no internet connection, the device's yellow light is flashing continuously, and I can't get through to customer service either
