🎃 HoJam 🎃 (@HoJam23) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers i complained on twitter and someone from their twitter team reached out to me and canceled within minutes. I will never, ever, ever, use this company for anything again.
-
Goug Dilmour (@CanadasLeafs) reported@3pargolf @Rogers It was down.

Col_in_hellifax (@Col_In_Hellifax) reported@RogersHelps Yes I'm sure its my number. I upgraded my phone since i left the company and had no issues. I did call the business support team first and guess what? they didn't know what was going on and suggested I phone customer care. Everyone I talk to just passes the buck to someone else.

Cal Lindsay (@Cal495) reported@RogersHelps Would removing the pod while printing remove the problem? We have a split level house and without the pod, my son in the basement has no wifi. So removing the pod entirely is not a long term solution.

CDN_Footy (@TFCin110) reported@RogersHelps @JacobJPhillips There’s no point Jacob. I reached out weeks ago with a billing inquiry after I went through the same thing as you. Still no response to my DM. Waiting for my contract to expire and then I’m gone. Can’t deal with the horrible customer service when you need them to help.

Michael (@michaelpagano71) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Switched over to Bell several years ago & have never looked back. Rogers comes by a couple times a year with their latest offers for me to switch back. I wouldn’t go back to them if they offered me their services for free As the saying goes…”the best ability is availability.”

nodnarB (@DarthBC) reported@Rogers Your door to door sales people literally ignored the sign posted on my front door. “No peddlers, Agents or Solictors” so now I never want your services. Blame that pushy sales person.
-
CatastrophiConfusion (@canadianatlarge) reported@RogersHelps Stop it. Rogers net income for 2025 was $4.93 BILLION. Ours was $8200.00 There were no service upgrades, nothing is clearer or faster. No extra channels. Just a $5 increase for no reason at all. STOP IT

H_Maurya (@MauryaHarkesh) reported@RogersHelps What if you guys dont have coverage in the area? Is there anyone from Rogers that I can connect with? Its funny how I am still unable to get help from a company this big.

Dr, Myr,, Gov Gölök Buday - Chief Sitting Gölök (@buday4vancouver) reportedSeems @ShawInfo with @Rogers has a constant circulation in blue screens that would make Microsoft blush. Somehow their support procedures only work when their on the phone (suspicious). #techsupport #rogerscable #sharcable
