@RogersHelps Like I said, west hill area. Scarborough. The virtual assistant says outage based on the address provided. It's been 54hrs since the internet has worked. Can you give any meaningful details? This long of an outage with no details is unacceptable!

@classic_trainer @Rogers Same I'm guessing you're in Ontario everyone on Rogers / Fido in our area is out of service we can't place calls or use the internet. It shows LTE but nothing loads.

@RogersHelps I have a question about your guys plans. I looked everywhere for cheep plans and the only good providers are you and TELUS. However, TELUS basically sucks and I want to switch to someone that has better service
