    @Rogers is happy to string you along for 45 minutes passing you from one rep to another and then hang up on you. No way to reconnect. They want you to give up and not call back. How about I switch to Telus?

    @RogersHelps doubtful if you don't bring in weekend customer service. especially technical service, an employee deleted the internet off our account. WHO does that ?

    **Fraud Alert** call claiming to be Roger’s threatening to cancel phone within 1 hr unless speak to Ottawa Police. Claim to transfer call to police then fake cop with badge # says to download Secure App to make visual complaint. Yeah so they have photo ID @Rogers @OttawaPolice

    @RogersHelps After spending so much time with me and then putting me on hold multiple times and then after getting disconnected I don’t know why they would not call me back. They knew the issue wasn’t resolved.
