@RogersHelps new customer here... I signed up for a $65/month plan and your confirmation says I'm signed up for an $80/plan and it's a minimum 36 minute wait for assistance... Not cool.

@RogersHelps It's been stuck on connecting for hours. The person in texting has the same issue, also on Rogers.

@Rogers @NHL I predict more boring between period segments with more whining about social issues that are over reached and disruptive to being entertained by the thing I am a fan of. Bring Joe Bowen back to TV and shut up about "issues". I'm here to watch hockey.

@Rogers You've broken your own Terms of Service by not notifying me (I received the purchase confirmation just fine, how convenient). I'd appreciate it if you'd come forward with a solution.

Okay @RogersHelps we need to talk. I get that you are jealous that I have my internet through @TekSavvyNetwork, but offering such bad service on their behalf is embarrassing for you… Let’s take a walk together and discuss your inability to set up home internet…

@RogersHelps Yeah sure. You're service line says 'enter your phone number to be notified when service is restored in your area' but no one calls or texts. I speak with "Anna" the service-bot online, and choose the option to be notified, still no one called or text. So I'm real hopeful here 😑

@gmilner @RogersHelps @TekSavvyNetwork I’m sorry to hear this buddy. Had the same problem with TekSavvy with Bell… I admire Teksavvy, but had too many problems with Bell… switched to Virgin.

@RogersHelps nice job. Keep me on hold for 30 minutes then bounce me out of the queue back to the beginning where it asks for service in english or french. Stellar service as always...
