@RogersHelps The company you own, Sportsnet, is completely unavailable for contact. Phone goes to unanswered Voicemail,e-mail does not work,no Twitter response. For years, their premium service of World Plus that I get on Rogers Cable is scheduling games they do not air. This needs escalation

@Rogers Just spent 2 hours on your live chat trying to switch my cable to ignite. Accomplished nothing as I got lost in a switch. Your customer service is atrocious the second Bell fibe becomes available in my area im gone. After 17 years of loyalty I expect a lot more!!
