@Canadian_mom73 @RogersHelps If they declare a chronic outage, does that start the clock on reimbursements/credits? Just speculating on why they are using this language...maybe they're buying time.

  • zer0ish84 Darren "zer0ish" Shalla (@zer0ish84) reported

@EmCeecee44 @matt0126matt @RogersHelps I have my LTE+ signal back. Internet is working but text isn't working. :( I'm going to have to tell all my contacts to get Signalapp.

  • michelleleeanna michelleleeanna (@michelleleeanna) reported

@adolwyn @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions Good to know. I don’t have control over my company phone but I will be making sure to have my personal phone on a different network going forward if just to have some resiliency.

  • srprocunier Sean (@srprocunier) reported

@RogersHelps Still no cell service. What the hell is going on @RogersHelps @Rogers

  • fattycollins Chris Collins (@fattycollins) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Phone has been done all day. Are we close to a fix?

  • peggy_blair Peggy Blair (@peggy_blair) reported

@ZoomJer @RogersHelps My voicemail doesn't work properly either. I used to be able to reply directly to VM messages by hitting 8 and 1 and that doesn't work anymore.

  • MichCompliance Michelle Outingdyke (@MichCompliance) reported

@RogersHelps When is the service going to be repaired? It’s been 8 hours and no phone service. During a pandemic when all you can do it use the phone to stay connected and there is now an outage. When is it going to be resolved?

  • fatbbadger2 Butt Stallion (@fatbbadger2) reported

@rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps Lol is this a serious question?? They will never provide credits.

  • Westmountgal Miss Iwmmob American Made (@Westmountgal) reported

@RogersHelps is it the Huawei equipment you installed? Check Loxcel and you will see all the Huawei equipment all over Canada that Rogers installed and now the outage? There is no excuse for poor risk management.

  • JamesSully77 James Sullivan (@JamesSully77) reported

@RogersHelps It isn’t intermittent. It has been over 9 hours of constant lack of network.
