    @Rogers nothing like calling Roger’s and their automation system saying the are experiencing higher than normal volume calls and than hang up. Great customer service lol

    @RogersHelps What busy time? I’ve called everyday for 5 days and 5 hours wait everyday and nobody picks up. Why not just staff people to take care of Rogers errors?

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Don’t you think I have tried calling the move department a few times! Tagging you on socials is the last thing I wanted to do. What is your policy if the new address is non-serviceable and the customer has an existing contract with rogers?

    Hey @Rogers ! I’ve spent FIVE HOURS on the phone today (mostly on hold) trying to book a service call for my Rogers home security. I’ve been transferred 7 times and had the call drop twice. Your customer service is ABYSMAL!
