@Rogers Why is that Rogers can’t fix Noise issues permanently? This is the 2nd month the issue continues in my area and we have lost almost 10 business days of work and school because of no internet last month and the story continues this month too

@RogersHelps No sooner appointment, had no internet since Sunday. Working from home and online schooling doesn't work so well without it. I feel you should hold appointment slots for cases such as this where there is no service at all. Very disappointed

@RogersHelps Just an issue with your high rates for plans that include data. I mean other than that I have been a customer for years. What is there to keep me as a consumer of your product. Everyone else offers what I have as a plan for less than what you charge

@RogersHelps so if we go over data by 0.001 GB we get charged for a whole GB. You make customers loose full day of service and we get a measly $2 credit what a joke
