    @RogersHelps It is now 3:15pm and I still do not have home internet service. There have been no updates since 7am when you claimed the majority of your customers have service. My question: when does the shame actually start to sink in?

    Hey @RogersHelps , my internet is still not working. I'm in Markham. You say problem is resolved. Lucky I have cable TV and a @Bell home phone. But I can't work without internet! #leaveRogers

    Despite the @Rogers outages yesterday, @PCFinancial still holds the record for worst customer service for me.... once again on hold for nearly an hour (like literally every other call I have ever had with them). It is almost impressive

    @Lappe2018 @RogersHelps @Rogers Same and also can’t record. It would help a lot Rogers if you could be more specific about which services are working where and which are not working and where and when those not working will be fixed. You should update us on call centre status. It is overloaded & inaccessible.
