@aredlight1 @Rogers You are correct I got their WiFi Ignite and it gave trouble over the weekend Why does it slow down and drops my calls? Their online chat help is awful as you get AI first before a person - then bounced around waste of our time When it is a system issue

@RogersHelps Hey Rogers, considering you charge me an arm, a leg, and a left nut for my services....an outage (although unavoidable at times) just should not happen. With your charges, I would have assumed u had a backup plan for situations like these.
