    @RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ I feel like this is just an unannounced planned network upgrade. Rogers is calling it “network issue” so they don’t need to reimburse one-day service to all of their clients.

    @RogersHelps LOL this is pathetic!! Some and intermittent LOL Customer Service staff told me it will be fixed in 2 business hours?? Exactly what does 2 business hours mean??? Was told this over 6hrs ago!! PATHETIC!!!!!

    @wifis @Rogers It has been down since midnight. Literally the clock struck twelve and down went my cellular service and has been ever since. Coming up on 18 hours. And the company has STILL not put out any press release or updates via official channels & are ignoring media requests for comment.

    @CassieH19862930 @CalgaryPolice @Rogers Take out your Rogers SIM and your 911 call should connect to whatever tower is available. Obviously don't test this unless there is an actual emergency. You can also try going into your phone settings and selecting HSPA or GSM only
