@RogersHelps Once is a let down! Twice is unacceptable!! You have a responsibility and a obligation to provide a reliable service and seems that you have failed to perform such a simple task!! A full month of free service needs to be applied and some accountability!!

Got my apology email from @Rogers about the outage on Friday. It however doesn’t explain why my internet is currently down…

@strubee @RogersHelps TY @strubee we’re also experiencing the same thing; freezing, audio cuts out, tv goes blank, random connection messages, then tv goes blank for 20-30 seconds then back to the program 🙄 and recording tv show issues as well.

@RogersHelps What about the months of glichy “service” that preceded the outage? Finally had to switch to another provider. I should post some of asinine exchanges I had with your “service” people.

5 days isn't gonna cut it @Rogers @RogersHelps. Until my service is back at the level it was, credit should be extended. I am still experiencing an inconsistent picture & audio via #IgniteTV

@Rogers @RogersHelps It’s been 5 days now and still my Ignite TV is freezing up during higher use times. Your CEO lied about the cause. I don’t want a 5 day rebate. All users should get a monthly discount of 25% until your service meets the contracted terms.

@fionaross15 @birgitomo @Rogers It's not just 'who' runs these communications systems, it's how many there are available to choose from. If one goes down, we should have a service in the home from another provider. eg: Internet with Bell; phone with Telus. You can still communicate if one goes down.
