    49 mins online trying to upgrade a @RogersHelps plan. Submit the order. It's says OOPS something went wrong. Your order may not have worked. Now on hold on phone for 36 mins. As usual. The wonderful NON CUSTOMER SERVICE of Rogers strikes again.

    @JesseF100 @Rogers I have a ton of devices with them--iPhone, Android, ipad, watch, etc. Switching would be a huge pain. And aside from the horrible website, i'm happy with them. But I would switch providers if I knew the web portal didn't suck. Which one are you using now?

    @RogersHelps literally no point in trying, ive contacted support 5 times for this and they say theyll send someone and only 1 time did someone come but the technicians have no idea what theyre doing and cant solve anything

    @RogersHelps I am 1. opening the app. 2. Entering username and password then 3. Pressing sign in. This generates the error.

    @RogersHelps and sinces its an intermittent problem they act like they fixed it when the internet works even tho its bound to come back soon

    @Simon818 @Rogers I only have my phone. I switched to Bell as I wasn't able to find any smaller carriers that weren't affiliated with Rogers in some way that had more extensive data plans. I tend to use a lot. But I'm a hell of a lot happier here. Their phone service is much less painful.

    @RogersHelps absolutely garbage customer service..line disconnects after 2 hours conversations with 4 different people in different departments..not giving them any more business
