@RogersHelps - hi! Our Ignite TV is down again ... technician was here yesterday; we barely made it 18 hrs before the gateway failed. Question - why do I have to pay full price for a completely unreliable service. This isn’t new - same problem since Feb/19 install???!!!!

Sixty eight minutes on the phone with @Rogers to get headphones for a phone that should have been delivered with the phone. My option...go to a store...in person if I can find one... during a pandemic. Why is there never any customer satisfaction with this company? Ever.
