@RogersHelps when will internet service in Bankview, SW Calgary be restored please? I waited online for 3 hours to talk to your tech support. Went from 432 in line to 13 and then got disconnected. Great service there!

@RogersHelps I just did. I got auto response. FYI, I contacted Customer Service, I was told they couldn't assist because I signed up through the Ambassador Program. When I asked to speak with a supervisor to escalate, I was told there is supervisor. I'm very confused !!

@RogersHelps @MichaelFGittins The outage page also states Southeast Calgary. I'm in Southwest Calgary like many of the folks who have tweeted you. Also why aren't I seeing a banner in the MyRogers (Shaw) app when I sign in?

@RogersHelps this is ridiculous....I engaged in a chat to have one of my phone lines cancelled, the chat agent tried to upsell me, No, the line I want to cancel my mother in law can no longer use due to a memory issue, now I am on hold with the cancellation team, do better !

@RogersHelps It always amuses me that the standard response is “check the website” - if your internet and phone service is out, and like us, you don’t have a smart or cell phone, that’s not a thing one can do easily.. have you though of an IVR message that informs of outages?
