    @MattMelv @RogersHelps There should be backups to prevent a nation wide shutdown. If there wasn't anyone could bring it down. It's not heat stress as bell is still running. Whatever it was it took both main and backups out.

    @RogersHelps full service restored last night. But now my TVs are having glitches. Sound temporary goes off and back on and screen freeze. Is there still some issues at your end ?

    @nkumar0997 @RogersHelps @Rogers Exactly…the service credit Tony is talking about is peanuts. I heard Shopify website was down, so what about the retail people who lost money due to the Rogers outage? Out of town concert goers, small online retailers etc.
