ROGERS SUCKS...they know it. Our area is reported to be operating at 50%..too many customers not enough infrastructure..full charge every month.

I’m requesting that the overpaid amount be refunded back to me, not kept as account credit. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)
