@RogersHelps Here’s the lowdown. Again. June 15. Called Rogers to sign up for a new 24 month bundle. Have an email with start date of bundle June 15. A new modem was sent. I called tech support, they said the new modem was not necessary and to send it back. Done.

@RogersHelps Not scroll to the bottom of the page under terms and conditions under full details?!!! Don’t you think something that major should be the first thing a customer sees?!

@RogersHelps This was solved today by the Rogers team - and with awesome service. I would suggest a greater number of tech reps between 9pm and midnight - I spent 2.5 hrs waiting and got nothing.

@alancross @Rogers Omg so is Bell! Tried to change one thing and it led to 3 weeks of trying to fix it afterwards! Canada's telecommunications companies suck.

@RogersHelps I moved from ON to BC. Representative opened a new account and said that I should close my old account. but I can't reach any way. Stores don't help, I connect support chat, but they don't take any action, I can't reach them by phone. What a terrible service this is
