@rogers tech came, internet was back, for about an hour before back down. It's beyond painful when you can't trust your ISP to be stable, in a city.

  • BetsyCallanan Betsy Callanan (@BetsyCallanan) reported

@RogersHelps Had a power outage yesterday and the TV box in one room is no longer working. Reset the modem, plugged and unplugged the box. Nothing. All other boxes in the house are connecting. Help!!

  • RipplinBuck Ripplin (@RipplinBuck) reported

@RogersHelps, are you legally prohibited from leaving a message when you phone someone or what? Day after day after day after day, you phone while I'm working, when I can't answer, and never leave a message! You're driving me nuts!

  • Lionnesss Lioness (@Lionnesss) reported

@RogersHelps clicked on See here if we know your service is interrupted and it sends me the Community Forums where people ask if other people’s connection is also down. How is that helpful?

  • ParamSandhu Param Sandhu (@ParamSandhu) reported

@RogersHelps Got Ignite TV.. paid extra to have techs come install who said CH's will start working in a few hrs. Didnt work the next morning called tech support, was told the 'work order' was left open. Said CH's will start working in 30mins. 12 hours been on hold for 45mins...

@Rogers my internet is down for past few hours. What’s the ETA for resolution

  • devohockey Devin Smith (@devohockey) reported

@Bell Your customer service is a joke. I fell for “we will call you back.” But you will still charge me for services you don’t provide. And ironically I want to watch the game that is playing at the Bell Centre. As soon as @Rogers comes to my neighbourhood we are breaking up.

  • ThePickleicious Iain (@ThePickleicious) reported

@RogersHelps No you don't understand. For 5 years you guys lied and said I didn't have issues in my area causing my issues. Then a few months ago you realized that you never fixed a damaged node that was dsstroyed in a car crash 5 years ago. Then it breaks 4 weeks later.

@Rogers Going outages with out informing clients is totally not acceptable, all our kids are depending on your service and we are paying to get this service on time , unfortunately changing from Rogers to other net provider becomes a potential choice
