@RogersHelps .. so to get my plan down to affordable reasonable ethical rate with @Rogers i may end up with no connection for a week or so while the equipment switch (by mail) occurs? if i need to do that, i might as well just sign with another carrier.

@Rogers @Sportsnet your mobile app is a total joke, no sound on games for months now it’s atrocious how little you care about the experience of your insanely overpriced packages. Get your **** together.

If the power is out, no wifi obvs, why are my data/5G and LTE feeds not working or updating? Why can i use the internet like normal all of a sudden just when i need it? @rogershelps @rogers This post may not even go as its not showing me much.

@RogersHelps No. It took me four callbacks to finally get to a live agent to resolve a complicated issue, this after I tried the above and was met with dead air from your AI Assistant. Considering all the money we pay you, this is all completely unacceptable!

Not if you've got the wrong address as we've been trying to explain to your tech support...day 2 back on hold waiting for you, @Rogers!

@RogersHelps Apparently having no other option, called your Tech "support" again. I've been on hold for 81 minutes and counting.

Going on 3 hours without internet or cable and @Rogers still says the outage is being assessed. Might be time to finally make the switch to Bell.

@RogersHelps after your Cyberpolygon exercise participation service outage in 2022 (we know the truth), it is best for Canadians to have internet & phone through different carriers.
