@RogersHelps I hope you sharpen your pencils. My credit needs to be substantial. Ignite tv problems: sound cuts out, picture freezes, channel takes a minute to load. Yes it’s working but not properly and I don’t pay for sub-standard!!

@HaveWeAllGoneM1 @RogersHelps This isn't a worst case scenario by any stretch. Occams razor, the outage was to patch a vulnerability and no user data or trade secrets were lost or exploited. Users could have their banking, ID, pm's, voice calls all stolen. Etc.

@RogersHelps Yeah, phone is displaying LTE+ but won't load or do anything. Useless brick to me unless connected to WiFi. Your "bill credit" better include more than one day of disrupted service.

@shawnaanaa @RogersHelps @Debba1c Poor plan with many who still don’t have full restored service. Our TV freezes , my daughters does too. Should credit minimum a month for 100% of the bills plus any business loss. Hospitals had to go code grey

@RogersHelps my modem has been really laggy lately sometimes the internet is down every 15 mins and come back up again and does the same thing again over and over, this has been happening the past 2 days
