Janice H. (@moregrandma) reported@Rogers is just as bad. Also, they seem to think that everyone can read when they email 'contracts'. No verbal explanation given.
-
Search Navigators (@SearchNavCAN) reported@RogersHelps 4 hours wait time on the phone? What is your major malfunction. You people are absolute garbage.
-
Jordan (@jordananimate) reportedHey @Rogers @RogersHelps , your service is terrible, the technician you guys sent didn't do anything. The call wait times are insane and the online support is useless. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
-
Ben Singer (@bensinger333) reportedWhy does @RogersHelps provide such bad service? 30 minutes on hold, hung up on me without taking the call, and I'm back on hold for another 30 minutes. It's like they're begging me to use a different provider. I hear you guys. I'm on it.
-
Dave Dickson (@Dkcdickson) reported@RogersHelps Can someone call me? I shouldn’t wait hours and hours on hold when clearly Rogers has a problem here
-
Muthyam (@MovieMuthyam) reported@RogersHelps My current home Wi-Fi service is really poor - it's using a wireless SIM card modem. Before I completely cancel my plan, I’d like to try switching to a regular, wired home modem to see if the connection improves. Is it possible to swap my hardware to a traditional modem setup?

djlennywhelan (@djlennywhelan) reported@CrissieC @CanadasLeafs @Rogers If you’re speaking of that Anna garbage, it’s completely useless
-
Christopher Castle (@Scissorb0i) reported@RogersHelps Yes. It’s all recordings though it seems to have stopped lately. And for some reason the on demand, seaon 4 episode 1 issue of Strange New Worlds contains an episode of The Librarians and not Strange New Worlds at all. It’s a bit of a mess.

Michael (@michaelpagano71) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Switched over to Bell several years ago & have never looked back. Rogers comes by a couple times a year with their latest offers for me to switch back. I wouldn’t go back to them if they offered me their services for free As the saying goes…”the best ability is availability.”

Grittygirl88 (@grittygirl88) reported@CCTS_CPRST @Rogers Their customer care lines are continuously busy. Nobody is responding on phone call or on chat. This is pure denial of service. Now as the communication network is up their customer care is facing as outage.
