  • LoulaMarch LoulaMarch (@LoulaMarch) reported from Whitby, Ontario

@RogersHelps we’ve had no internet since Weds at 10am. A tech came Friday & said no service at our street box & that maintenance crew was coming by end of day Friday. No one showed. It’s Sunday and now @Rogers @rogershelp said they have no record of an order being putting in!?

  • smedryx Stefania Medryk/Chasca 💙 (@smedryx) reported

@RogersHelps yo Rogers what the frick frack is going on? My internet has been cutting in and out all week and apparently this is happening with your customers across toronto. Fix your stuff!

  • Joeyfrancs Joey Franc (@Joeyfrancs) reported

@KkfromAB @Rogers I was rogers/fido for 24 years reception sucked. Switched to telus its expensive but way better network. Koodo or freedom if u looking for cheaper options

  • RobPupols Rob (@RobPupols) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Come and fix the "degradation in my line" that you said would be fixed. It has been a week, I would call but your Ignite service has my phone over the internet... @Bell service is looking really good.

  • p00rpete p00rpete (@p00rpete) reported

@KkfromAB @Rogers I was with Rogers for a gazillion years, and a couple of years ago I switch to Fido but that's only Rogers poor cousin. Cheaper, though.

  • TruthWestCan1 TruthWestCan 🇺🇸🦅🇨🇦 (@TruthWestCan1) reported

@KkfromAB @Rogers They are all equally bad, but I have found Telus to at least be reasonable.

  • metalwilliam1 metalwilliam🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇮🇪🇺🇸 (@metalwilliam1) reported

@KkfromAB @Rogers I find if you call every 6 months and threaten to leave or ask for new deals your bills go down. As to quality, there is not any way for competition to enter the market so, hey all suck

  • ddawg81210133 ddawg (@ddawg81210133) reported

@KkfromAB @Rogers There are Telus, Bell and Rogers. All the other companies are owned by these big 3. If you arent under a contract, you can "port" your number to another provider. They all have issues from what ive seen. Im with Telus and cellular seems to work most places

  • WalterWhiteAB WalterTheWhite_AB (@WalterWhiteAB) reported

@jeffHinesyyc @KkfromAB @Rogers I just switched from Shaw to Telus. It's cheap, yes, but you have to switch to roaming to get service outside of the city (or even at the edge of it). And the service can be iffy, but if you never leave a city it's fine.

@RogersHelps With disable it states doing this may cause problems on my device with other apps.
