    @Thenrv77 @Rogers Oh dear. Hope they will get back to you on ASAP basis. I had similar issue with Bell and they offered poor compensation without accepting the fact that they offered bad/sad services. During pandemic they are in demand 😢. We need more alternatives here in Canada.

    @RogersHelps @BetterBe_LEAFIt You do understand that if you keep referring people to information that is not applicable to this season, you are promising a product that is not what the customers is paying for. That should be grounds to cancel a subscription.

    @CraveTVHelp 2/2 and there are exceptions to ANY rules. I didn't even use the service at all and streamed nothing. And you can't refund me? Complete and utter bullshit. I will NEVER subscribe to @Bell_Support product ever. Learned my lesson years ago when I switched to @Rogers

    @Thenrv77 @Rogers Very poor response of @Rogers , from live agents to supervisors. Hanging up the call after hours of talking, transfering from one department to another and waiting. At the starting point after two days of talking.
