@stevecarty @Bell_Support @Rogers You gotta be joking right? Is this just an outage for you or a wider net? Bell Fibe and mobile is working right now.

@RogersHelps I was on the phone for 2 1/2 hours today with them. They tried to tell me my internet was working. Finally got that fixed. Into day four now and my ignite is down again. Seriously @Rogers get it together #rogersigniteoutagain #rogersfail #RogersOutage2022

@RogersHelps I have been waiting for the latest episode of Better Call Saul and it is completely unwatchable. It pauses and the sound cuts out. Get your act together Rogers this sucks.

@Rogers still having issues with my Rogers ignite here in St. John’s. Can’t fast forward, can’t change channels, can’t do anything. Can you fix this problem?

Currently paying full price to watch a slideshow on my TV. Are you planning to compensate all Ignite TV users for this garbage service? Because 2 days compensation isn't cutting it. This is ridiculous @RogersHelps. And don't tell me to unplug my modem. That's not the problem.

@RogersHelps Your Ignite TV is STILL not working. Everything freezes every 5 seconds. And it seems like this is happening with many people. Good luck calling in to get help on this right now.

@Rogers THIS is beyond unreliable! We are going on the 5th day (tmrw) and although it was glitchy, no PVR, in and out all weekend, now we have NO service once again? CP24/CTV, both undermining the continuous Rogers FAILURE TO LAUNCH!!? #RogersOutage2022

@RogersHelps @Rogers Is your cable into the wall TV doing this same thing that Ignite is doing? Going in and out of service? A 40+ years customer of Rogers is not happy and it literally is going to drive me to Bell. I'm paying $244 a month for internet and Ignite TV for what!?
