    Oh, @RogersHelps. You charge exorbitant fees. Your help pages are circular. Your service has been down 3 times in the last three weeks. Your customer service placates us with zero solutions. Time to go elsewhere.

  • zeddyemme citymouse (@zeddyemme) reported

    @TekSavvyCSR Hey @RogersHelps are you messing with us @TekSavvyCSR customers in the hopes we’ll sign up with you instead?! How can you have no ETR 30 hours after an outage?!

  • eva_scully Eva (@eva_scully) reported

    If you work from home I highly recommend not relying on @RogersBiz whenever I really need my internet to work, for work, the same issue I’ve been suffering with for over a year tends to boil over. Y don’t they just fix it instead of wasting money sending ppl over to put a bandaid

    @Rogers My wish is that someone at Rogers will take time to view your organization from a customer viewpoint. I am hours on the phone now (and yesterday) and being passed from dept to dept. Your agents need training.

    @RogersHelps @311Toronto @TorontoHydro Sorry can't help any more than that. I was walking past that area and saw it. It's the only pole near to that address.

  • Fredrick1969 Fred (@Fredrick1969) reported

    @Rogers providing the worst possible Internet in Barrhaven. This is your claim to fame. Come on Starlink.

  • LNahid2000 Nahid L (@LNahid2000) reported

    @Rogers I have been having frequent internet disconnects for weeks now and no one can help me. 2 technicians sent and modem replaced and I'm still having issues. Tech support keeps telling me to upgrade to a more expensive package when I just want my service fixed.

  • TheGabster82 Gabi Shull (@TheGabster82) reported

    @RogersHelps your customer service SUCKS!

  • QBsMVP Sosa Kremenjas (@QBsMVP) reported

    I'm NEVER one to complain publicly, but if you're Canadian and a @rogers customer, ditch those scumbags. They'll still charge you for your phone even after you finish paying it off (24 month contract). "We can't change your plan unless you call in". Lmaooo.

  • eva_scully Eva (@eva_scully) reported

    @RogersBiz I find it super comical that you’re so quick to reply to a Twitter post but for some reason not quick to actually fix my problem with my Internet
