@HusseyJanet @RogersHelps Rogers provides networking provides fundamental infrastructure for atms, banks, and point of sale systems. Without service about half of Canada could not buy things they need. It also happened on a Friday meaning people who live psycheck to paycheck couldn’t get 💰 for essentials

@LilOldMee @RogersHelps Having same issue. Can't watch any recordings, and can't set any new ones

@SadiqSalah1 @RogersHelps This comment made me realize what a self-righteous, pretentious **** you are. People have every right to feel annoyed or angry about this service outage. Nobody with a brain is advocating for yelling at a Roger's employee. The company's a big boy and can take some Twitter heat.

@sashaboersma @Rogers Internet being down is one thing. Total network outage including phones is a whole other level of mess up. I went on the street to borrow a neighbours phone to tell my work why I couldnt contact them yesterday. What if I needed to call 911 for my kids?

@VicTorrieGAMES @Nicco2288 @RogersHelps Hes just a ***** and using rogers as an excuse for him sucking and not getting the job, sucks to suck bud

@RogersHelps I don't care if they say they are sorry...Rogers should be fined or sued as their company outage cost millions to be impacted without access to bank cards, etransfer, and even emergency services. I will NEVER use Rogers and if they take over Shaw, I will use Bell or Telus first

@RogersHelps Internet still down. Is there an ETA for restoration?

@RogersHelps Cancelled you in 2016 and have never regretted it.

@RogersHelps What was the cause of the outage?

@MorbydWytch @TinaCinBarrie @RogersHelps I work in the industry - it's a story I expect to hear many times in the coming days. Insurance is one thing, but it won't cover the long term reputational loss - just one bad day can lose customers for life. Every business needs to make that decision, one way or another.
