Naresh Ajwani 🇨🇦 (@NareshAjwani2) reported@RogersHelps Extremely disappointed with the customer service trail at Rogers Business- Ordeal started on Apr 23, May 14, 15th & today seems never-ending. Pls check DM.

Alison (🇨🇦) 🍉 🌻 (@ggreeneyes1975) reported@RogersHelps So 45+ minute wait times are normal at all times of the day? So either you have a very big problem, or a very big lack of employees. I have been a customer since 2001. This has never happened, unless I'm calling at like 7pm when people were adding Crave so they could watch GoT.
-
Andrew (@big_dog87) reported@TPS_32Planner @Rogers Why are you paying that much for Rogers? That's literally more than 2x what I pay for their 2Gbps service
-
Elizabeth Bryant (@wheelgirl77) reported@RogersHelps Talk to the AI is the only advice you can give me? How about fixing this?! Have your tech guys target my building and fix it. I’ve done all the level one tech-support stuff, now it’s on you guys. Why do you always put the onus on the customer to figure it out?

Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@RogersHelps All I need is the wifi calling isn’t working. When I turn it on I get a message to call your number (which I won’t do again). I have tried Anna but it’s useless. This should have been a simple solution not requiring me to spend hours waiting for an agent.

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@KobiCasey @RogersHelps “Please DM us” = the scripted AI bot response loop. 5 months, no refund, endless hold times, and public replies pretending to care while the real support disappears in private DMs. If Rogers wanted to help, they’d call the customer directly. #Rogers

Soul Supplier (@soul_supplier) reportedWhy is @Rogers home internet service so horrible. Might have to switch back to @Bell. Internet service drops out every few hours. What am I paying you guys for? Hours on hold on the phone for zero help. #dobetter

Gio (@giovexpo) reported@RogersHelps Ok You Convinced Me Before I Cancel My Service. I will Call Them

starrgh (@Starrgh) reported@dhewlett @Rogers "Moving" Internet service is such a scam. It's much easier to disco and set up new! I hope you have him an earful. You know he blew up a solar system right?!
