    @RogersHelps On chat, yes, not on the phone. Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Thursday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.

    @RogersHelps It has started buffering once again. This app is an absolute hot garbage. You need to ask Netflix or Amazon how they make their streaming effortless.

    One thing for sure is that @Rogers has the absolute worst customer service. 115min waiting in a que get down to #2 only to come up chat session ended. Their wireless service in this area is absolute garbage as well

    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

    @SLICKBLOWFISH @Rogers Ever since Roger’s laid off most their Canadian customer service and contracted out to 3rd world countries their customer service is horrible. I cancelled all my services after being a loyal 48year customer. For whatever reason they most recently say I owe over $3000 on fees and
