    @RogersHelps @Rogers in the states, paid for roam like home and cannot access a network. I have trouble shot everything, I cannot phone on wireless for help and had to use my friends phone to call Rogers just to be told it is a 45 minutes wait. We fly in half an hour.need help!

    I've had two pretty good telephone experiences with @RogersHelps reps this month (the call-back option is so helpful) however, the same can't be said for when they transfer me internally to the loyalty dept. (25 year customer)

    @RogersHelps just had the absolute worst phone call with your representatives. I am absolutely shocked at the customer service, I thought it was a joke! Nothing has been resolved and I’ve wasted my time. Very frustrated

    @schofie2012 @linwood_barclay @RogersHelps I’m so tired of talking to a message. I truly appreciate great customer service and always let “real warm blooded” people know. It’s a shame we always have to PRESS 1 for this, 2 for that. Such a waste of our precious time.
