    @RogersHelps Internet is down since last two days. Every time i talk to a support person i get a different response. A technician was supposed to visit today between 4-6pm and the support person said that the appointment is cancelled without giving any reason. Please help

    @Rogers Singularly, the worst internet provider on planet earth. Experienced their so called high-speed wi-fi at a Ramada Inn recently, and pretty much decided, right there and then, to make a point of avoiding Rogers branded everything, everywhere, for all time!

    @Rogers Yet Rogers doesn't think it's important to acknowledge and inform their customers about an outage and long wait on call or chat. They'd rather tweet stupid stuff because they wouldn't want to have to refund millions of customers for their intermittent service we fully pay

    So @RogersHelps didn’t fix my cable. And want me to “wait” to get credit for the service I don’t have. 3 hours of back and forth, 😢 We all hate public complaints. Thing is, when I stopped complaining, I moved my cell service and went to @FreedomMobile and will never go back

    OKAY but has anyone ACTUALLY ever had a good experience w/ @RogersBiz CS? I've literally never had more rude, less helpful, & more painfully unenthusiastic 'help' from their CS team. You just lost Dsrupt Media's business. (I feel better now 🥲)

    @RogersHelps Going on 4 hours without Internet at home in North York, even with a service ticket open. Any idea when we can expect this to be fixed?

    For the first time I can remember the @rogers network is totally incapable of handling cellular data demand during a power outage in my neighbourhood. It’s like being on dialup.

    @SZ_787 @Rogers Beyond frustrated with @Rogers. In past 2 days have been issued multiple case # on phone only to have them text within hours to cancel the ticket either because “the issue has been fixed” or “it’s part of a larger outtage that has been fixed”. IT HASNT BEEN FIXED!!
