@DylanMcD8 hey that’s nothing, our proud @Rogers internet went down for 22 hours last Friday. At least 911 isn’t down!

@RogersHelps I appreciate you've had a difficult week, but my ignite TV still just sucks... It's unwatchable. I've absolutely loved Ignite up until this week. Please expedite the fix to these issues or I seriously have to look at Bell... Ugh 😩.

@RogersHelps How will I ever get back the last days of my father’s life? On his death bed, I couldn’t say good bye! F-you rogers! Also, the day of the outage, by son was hit by a car. He couldn’t call 911, couldn’t call an ambulance, couldn’t call his mom. 5 days worth of a refund? Bull

@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for 17 yrs and I'll be switching to Bell or Telus once my contract is up. TWO outages in just over a year?! That's not reliable at all, also if 5G is supposed to be the "next great thing", the latency is always over 100ms, that's bad service in modern times

@RogersHelps ALL Canadians were impacted by your outage, not just your customers. It harmed everyone who couldn’t pay for groceries using debit, who couldn’t send or receive money via e-transfer, etc. Listen to us as well.

@Rogers 5 days of credit is a absolutely joke. Rogers stand for evil of capitalism. They charge people too much and same time provide the worst service. When a huge outage happened, they still treat their client like ****.

@Kilani_Family @RogersHelps They’ve already avoided lawsuits by writing their terms of service that everyone agrees to when purchasing their services
