@RogersHelps @TracyShouldice I’m going on day 7 with no data or wifi. Rogers can’t give an ETA. Everyone else in my area got service back two days again once power resumed. I e had power since Sunday but no service since may 19.

@RogersHelps Service has been working fine here the whole time since the storm, now cable box won't connect and I'm lucky to get 10mbps download on the 500mbps plan

@Rogers please ask Kevin Kieth if a warm transfer to a team manager in customer service should take over 35 minutes in a queue. Do the staff not know what a warm transfer is? Or do they want to keep us waiting till we drop off? No accountability in Rogers that I can see.

@RogersHelps Is there any update on when K2C is going to be repaired?? We had service up until power was restored yesterday. Anna isn't very helpful. People with Bell in my building have service, but no Rogers or Fido customers.

I can't even watch anything with my kids because the ****** @Rogers internet buffers and freezes like hell every night after 7PM because they refuse to fix the overloaded node in my neighbourhood.

@RogersHelps Just wondering if there are any updates as to the progress of fixing this issue? my internet was working ON the day of the storm but stopped 2 days after and is still not working? this is a cellular data eater
