@RogersHelps She's dead. I tried cancelling it but no, now her elderly sister has to do it among many of the other hundred things she has to do so my friend continues to get charged for a service she no longer needs until her 80yr old sister can get around to contacting you. Awesome.

@Rogers Been resetting the stb every 30 minutes for the last 3 weeks. 2 techs and a ‘senior’ can’t figure out the problem but I’m sure Bell can! Thanks for your recycled copy and paste reply..was so heartwarming!
