    @Rogers I would like to know why you are discriminating against customers who do not have access to the internet and you won't send them their cable bill in the mail? But you will, at a charge of 15.00! Nice customer service. I have already told my sister to cancel

    @RogersHelps You guys should at least acknowledge that there is an outage. Its been 2 weeks of intermittent internet in Scarborough. I’ve missed almost 4 days of work because of it, and I don’t get paid for those 4 days. We reset the modem, it works for 3 minutes and drops again.

    hey @RogersHelps , i would love to talk to someone about my internet. my partner works from home in customer support and is having calls dropped frequently because of poor internet connection. would love to have this resolved.

    @Rogers Oh, and no he’s not able to at least come and get our internet going. AND he has no idea when we’ll be rescheduled, but it’s closed tomorrow. HOW IS THIS KIND OF NON-SERVICE EVEN POSSIBLE? Wouldn’t be tolerated in any other business.
