    @RogersHelps Thanks for all the no information you are sharing regularly. At this point everyone knows there is an outage and we can presume you are doing something about it. What we want to know is when we can expect the service back and what are you doing about it

    @Rogers @BreSharpe Not good enough. A 12 hour service interruption has never happened in the last decade with any provider what ******** are you doing? What are you up to?

    @RogersHelps 10 hours and still going strong...have you even identified the issue yet? any actual estimation as to when services will be restored?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo How are we meant to check in on our loved ones when we have no service?!?! This is not intermittent. Please stop saying that and be transparent about the issue and when it will be resolved.
