    Part 1 Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps, I have a crazy idea - how about u stop spending buckets of money on newspaper and TV ads telling us, your customers, how much you care and instead spend it on more reps so we don't wait almost 45 minutes on hold when requiring customer service?

    @SarahBeaMilner @Rogers Is this not standard customer service? I was just at a restaurant where the server called me an ingrate and began forcefully pouring the soup of the day down my throat when I said I didn’t want to hear the specials.

    @RogersHelps @stitchlady you guys ****** up bad. Im forced to enable it when signing in. Than after I disable it and log out. Upon my next time signing in; Im forced to enable it again. Prompting me to have to enable and disable it everytime I sign in. FIX THIS NOW
