    @RogersHelps @AboutRogers Service is NOT back to normal. Yes, we have Internet. But half the time, connecting to a website ends in a "connection has timed out" failure. Can't seem to reach any website in the EU.

    @CTVNews Yup some areas in Scarborough Ontario still with no internet or home phone service. @rogers will be sued if my parents need to dial 911 and they can't
