    Embarrassment looks like the **** interface @shaw or @rogers puts out as “on demand” as it’s right out of the 80s. Really, when u can use Netflix or even Prime or Apple, these companies are saying “ we are prepared to lose cuz we are sleeping at our desk and happy to do so”.

    @35Ayres @Rogers I had to fight with Rogers as I had everything written down, but they had entered wrong information. My word against theirs. I eventually got what I was promised, but had to fight for it. Too much time & energy spent. I now only use the chat so I have everything in writing.

    @Rogers I was told that I need to be close to the pod. I am and not even practising social distancing with the pod. Hopefully, a new modem that will be dropped off today will fix this.

    Has anyone else switched to cellular data on their phone because their @RogersHelps wifi is **** & is cutting out and then realized like two days later wifi is still turned off? Ok it’s just me. Dammit.

    @RogersHelps Had to reinstall Rogers Yahoo mail app and now I can't login. It won't let me get past the page where I enter my username. Keeps refreshing back to same page rather than asking for my password.
