@Rogers & @RogersHelps: Horrible & unacceptable customer support. I open ticket in the morning and support closes it in the evening without fix & no follow-up. Every day I have to waste an hour to catch someone to create a ticket. Useless ticketing process & waste of time.

@RogersHelps After 2 hours waiting on Live Chat I'm giving up. I'm getting 20MBS download when paying for the 500u plan. Every few months it gets fixed then breaks again. I have to call every few months to have them fix it again.

Words cannot describe how awful big telecom is in Canada. We are all victims of a telecommunications cartel. The system here is broken. We need @starlink in Canada open to the masses ASAP. @rogers @bell have Canadians pinned down.

@Rogers so far the worst experience I have had with you as a customer for 16 yrs. I order an iPad, get a call confirming its me. Then it's flagged to return to sender, you cancel the line and NOT once did your fraud team reach out! All I'm getting is voice-mails when I call.
