    @RogersHelps i waited online for a rep just to be disconnected after 2.5 hours as soon as i got to the front of the line. just send me the link to simply cancel it ONLINE without having to talk to anyone. i know this is possible because i’ve done it before. or did you remove that option??

    @RogersHelps I have been on the phone for over 2 hours waiting to speak to someone in customer care….who has 2 hours waiting for someone at Rogers to answer your call?

    You know something @Rogers? I am quitting the Internet altogether. You charge me $200 a month for a phone plan and Internet. Like, five years of 20+ drops a day. **** it. I'm out.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers can you please send a tech to fix the damn lines you rent to @AltimaTel they have requested 3 repairs from your guys and it's been rejected each time. My latency is 400-700, it takes 5 mins for Google to load. Please work with them when they call for a tech!!

    @RogersHelps Several attempts have been made and It’s been back and forth a lot. Already paid $480 appx in the name of Rogers as they asked but now asking another $333 in a separate email. It’s just a poor customer service with lack of transparency in the process and looks like a classic scam pattern when they keep asking to pay and pay. I entered in a good faith paying month to month basis and that was processed as well. But, it’s been a week they keep asking more and more even though I have a good credit history.

    @RogersHelps what is the problem with the MyRogers app? I constantly have to delete it and reinstall. I keep getting a message that said something went wrong. It’s OK it’s our problem. This has been happening on both my iPhone and iPad.
