@Rogers I received a text offering free additional data. Called in to the number (ROGERS1) and spoke to a representative who said he'd go ahead and activate. Nothing yet. I don't see it reflecting, and I haven't received an e-mail alerting me to the change either. Pl help. @RogersHelps

First @Rogers raises my bill in $45, then their service gets actually worse. Just today my connection was interrupted eight times.

@Rogers I took the time to reach out to support to ensure I was handling changing provers correctly and confirm my cancellation amount. Only to find out now that I was told was wrong info, not allowed to return my upfront edge phone and instead I am being charged $450-What a scam

@Rogers Internet stops at 6:30. Wife uses live chat and is told it was cancelled. No reason given. I've been on the phone for over an hour and nobody has an answer or when it will be connected. Been hung up on twice. Um... Help?
