    @Rogers Your network is the worst. I can’t make a phone call without having it drop a minimum of 3 times. Absolute garbage service. This issue happens EVERY time I’m on the phone.

    @RogersHelps hi! The internet is down again in Ottawa the last two hours. Where does Rogers actually communicate outages as the pinned post and forums have no information. How long will this last and how big of an area does it affect? Thanks!

    @RogersHelps It's been 9 days & I'm still out. Tech support line says that the engineering team is working on it but haven't seen any progress afaik. This is utterly ridiculous.

    Last summer @Fidomobile told Prince Edward County residents that they were building new towers to handle the influx of Rogers users in the summer months. A full year later and I still have almost no cell service in July. What happened with the towers, @Rogers and @FidoSolutions?
