    @alancross @Rogers I feel you lol I am a new rogers customer and ordered Roger’s for the place I am moving into. I ordered it in early July for an August move in date. I got a bill already lol for a service I havnt even used yet. Apparently it’s Roger’s practice to bill from order date.

    Love that I’m traveling and my phone doesn’t work despite having a plan for the country I’m traveling to. Call help @RogersHelps and the answer is were to busy call back later. 25 year as a customer and it’s just gone to complete crap. why not fire more staff.

    @RogersHelps I just waited 2 hours for online chat tech support to have Yassine end the conversation abruptly. How do I get tech support on mobile without waiting another 2 hours?
