@RogersHelps No, you can't help. ROGERS SUCKS!! Over 1hr on the phone chat and then told it will take several days to process. This after you try to rip me off with fraudulent charges? F You! Still trying to get a copy of the chat that has magically disappeared!!!

@12Kitkat16 @RogersHelps I switched from Rogers to @TELUS over a decade ago and only had had problems with my phone once, which they were able to send off as it was under warranty and not their fault. Been a satisfied customer ever since.
