    @Comd_RCN_34 @Bell_Support @RogersHelps Had our service setup last week at 1.5Gbps, they actually had me on their 100Mbps service. How these things happen is beyond me.

    @RogersHelps your fibre-powered page clearly states that there will be TWO planned outages so why am I on planned outage THREE? I understand it’s necessary work but why do it during BUSINESS hours when the majority of people are WFH? @Bell_Support what can you offer me?

    7/ I have been a loyal @Rogers customer since the early 2000's, I have had multiple services with them over the years. Is the thousands of dollars I have paid into the company not enough? I just don't get how they can't even be a little flexible & help me out.

    @RogersHelps The problem is my wifi is suspended and my data can’t handle your website and no one is picking up the calls…. What am I meant to do??

    @RogersHelps I don’t have an outage right now. I want to know why there is a 3rd planned outage on Thursday when your website clearly states that there is only supposed to be 2 outages
