    @Rogers internet out again! Third day in a row! Not to mention overly frequent outages since June, including your nation wide fiasco i July. I'm starting to wonder why I should continue to pay for such unreliable service. Get your **** together!

    @RogersHelps Tried several times to pay my wireless bill. Keeps failing. Can't use the app, the phone line doesn't give you the option to pay. The website encounters an error and fails to take payment. Wtf is wrong with your payment system?

    @RogersHelps can you guys disable that “automatic management” garbage on my XB7? It changes my wifi channels to channels that are in use, and gives me horrible performance. I am an IT student, and I pay you guys a significant amount per month for my service.

    @RogersHelps Your social team can’t help business accounts. It’s now the weekend so I need to wait till Monday eastern time to deal with this. I tried to call today but I’m a busy working professional and couldn’t wait ANOTHER hour on the phone that I needed to hang up #RogersDoesntHelp

    @Rogers Except for their phone insurance...they just dont care even if you have robbed of your phone after a brutal assault. They simply just tell you...not our problem even though you pay them for the insurance
