@RogersHelps @RogersHelps was put on hold for 55 minutes after speaking to two reps. In the meantime, still getting charged full-clip for a service and device, that you provided, that does not function properly.

@Rogers I know now why you’re not BBB accredited. On hold for 3 hours trying to move my 90 year old Mom’s service to her new LTC home. So far transferred 3 times to incorrect line. You are not the only game in town!!

@rogershelps No internet again. Your DM leads to basic bot whose information takes one round in circles, waiting for “Live Agent” ever since. It would be respectful for @Rogers to admit there’s a service outage rather than this tedious dance-yet again, while the problem is fixed.

@RogersHelps Why am I still getting so many spam cell phone calls? Wasn't there a deadline of Nov 30 to put a stop to them? I got 4 yesterday from either spoofed numbers or long strings of numbers after the letter "V". Is Rogers having trouble implementing the controls?
