@Rogers HEY! **** YOU CLOWNS FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO CANADA! Did any of you absolute ******* morons ever consider moving your sports talk stations to FM instead of nuking them? ******* RETARDS

@RogersHelps Get off X and answer the phone. But since you asked, what is Rogers doing to address long wait times. Given the amount we pay for telecommunications in Canada, we should be getting better service.

@RogersHelps @JayJanower Fix it. I set my alarm for 3am PST. So annoyed. @BobWeeksTSN

@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers I’m very sorry, Jeff. Your post didn’t specify. It took me months to find someone within Rogers to help me cancel my Mom’s Rogers account after she passed. It was terribly frustrating. To boot, they wanted to charge me $1200 for the balance remaining for her iPhone. #F-Rogers

@JayJanower @Rogers Same problem with Telus AI does not have the answers Human interaction is key

@RogersHelps 4 replies and not one link to a “tech support team” how about a direct link to billing so I can cancel my Shaw account of 28 years?

  • JJimisen
    JJ (@JJimisen) reported

@RogersHelps Your reply is very typical of the service level we have experienced since Rogers bought out Shaw. Your website shows inaccurate information. Your AI has no clue. Your fastest wifi is about as fast as a 1990s modem. Why is it so bad? @CRTCeng

@RogersHelps @SuckMySocks12 This is a nationwide issue. I couldn’t watch the World Cup and all my other recordings the sound was going in and out. Terrible service
