This week I my points total up to 16,628 and somehow my total was 10,163.

Could you help my MIL & FIL out @RogersHelps My father in law is in the hospital in Barrie w/ a stroke and their only phone at home doesn’t work. A technician went yesterday & it still won’t make or take calls. The hospital needs to be able to reach my MIL.

@RogersHelps You disabled (accidentally) my h phone, t.v. and internet I spent 4 hours this morning trying to reconnect them as of now my h phone is STILL not active I have to wait until Friday for a tech to fix it, & I missed my morning meeting for work.

@RogersHelps My services have gone down 5 times this morning while I work from home. I call Rogers telling them their service guys who are working down the street shouldn't be doing maintenance, and they say it's not them when the guy said he's from Rogers. So who's lying?

WTGF. When will the @CRTC NOT the CCTS help consumers with the unruly, unreliable, and disorganized Internet companies. Now @Rogers is telling me I can't monitor my rocket hub account for overages. I've spent too long on two calls to customer service. This can't be right!
