𝔅𝔯𝔞𝔡𝔢𝔫🇨🇦 (@BradenScheck) reported@RogersHelps I have the matter sorted - after 2hrs on hold, and a total of almost 3hrs to resolve the issue. For the amount of money I spend on @Rogers services, I would hope you'd hire more support members to reduce wait times.
-
Carol (@zephryus47) reported@CTVdavidspence @Rogers Been there done that. Telus is just as bad
-
Expos4ever (@Expos4ever10) reported@CrazyCurt1978 @Rogers That won’t help the fact the manager is terrible
-
🇨🇦 Budget organics (@BudgetOrganics) reported@MalaMoragain13 @TorontoPolice @Rogers Mala Roger’s does not need to be told to make a copy of your cellphone. At all times Roger’s is watching, recording and see every single thing done on the phone as long as it’s on the network. It stores years of this perpetually and it harvests your data all day every day
-
King Jr (@JrOsoarrogant) reportedDamn wtf @Rogers @RogersHelps whats up with ya’ll network I ain’t got no data since yesterday
-
D Crocker (@denncrocker) reported@RogersHelps I was told the number of boxes I had would still be free in my new agreement but I guess that's not the case. I've been a long time rogers customer , even going back as far as the early 1990's I think but this has left me very unhappy. While talking with your agent they did
-
glen philippe (@simonsamcharlie) reported@Expos4ever10 @Rogers No matter what happens,Schneider isn't the one supplying this team with the junk on the roster, or the cause of injuries,or Vladdy, Springer, Gimenez and Varsho being this bad...He was the cause of the loss last Saturday, but that's it...
-
Alexis Gee (@lexomatic) reported@RogersHelps It turns out it was a planned upgrade work June 1-4, but none of the 4 people I talked to until just now knew that. There was no advance notice and no info in online outage map that it was likely to continue or for how long. That is failing customer service.
-
Myrna Lambert (@myrnalambert) reported@RogersHelps No when you dial the phone it says it’s not assigned. That isn’t a phone problem - it should go to their VM
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps @TheKarltopia Rogers used to have a callback option -it was very convenient but it was discontinued a little while ago. Too bad.
