comm eng (@CommEng) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?

A system where the high end talent automatically goes to the last placed team, simply rewards failure after failure. That should never be the case. Failure should never be the goal.
