    @RogersBiz very disappointed with ignite schedules and parental controls not working!! Cannot get anyone in technical support to figure out the issue!

    @RogersHelps Same issue since Friday. My building is intermittently down and I don't get a straight answer. There is now a 45 minute wait to talk to tech support so I'm waiting on the call back to get told "we'll get someone out" and rinse and repeat.

    @Rogers Our entire area has had a Rogers outage for almost 4 days now. Not acceptable, especially during covid times where working at home is required and public places are closed. I get that outages happen but what is going on and why can’t you fix it!?
