Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CozierShirl Shirl Cozier (@CozierShirl) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Service is down again over an hour now .

  • KisBrink Kis Brink 🇨🇦 (@KisBrink) reported

@RogersHelps I am well aware of what the CRTC says phone providers are required to provide. I got 0 of those. If you have a communication disorder the energy to keep trying even though I did say that due to having to pay for a new phone I would be without a service that was fairly needed

@BaoDeQiang @Rogers Just confiscate that **** and make it public. When people can't call 911 or pay for groceries because of a SPOF... **** is real.

  • deltaxsingh delta (@deltaxsingh) reported

@JustinTrudeau @CRTCeng What happened with @Rogers is a disgrace. The Canadian Telecom industry needs competition to bring prices down and a public infrastructure so people don't die from 911 calls not being connected.

  • LDolanjski Millie Dolanjski (@LDolanjski) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers My first e-mail few days ago read that credit will be reimbursed for Friday's outage (one day?), today's e-mail signed by Tony, CEO reads that credit is being increased but not mentioned how much or for how many days🤔

  • ktschmidtt Katie Schmidt (@ktschmidtt) reported

@RogersHelps @mt_sampson Then why did I receive an email saying “Our network is fully operational to the standards you have come to expect. Our customer service representatives are working around the clock and have caught up on the backlog of issues.” ?

  • Ponfed My name is ponfed and I'm addicted to phonics. (@Ponfed) reported

@BaoDeQiang @Rogers I worked 24 hours straight because of that outage. And somehow it was the least bad thing that happened. And all we could do was wait on Rogers to tell us something... anything while we tried to finagle a workaround with chewing gum and rubber bands.

  • KisBrink Kis Brink 🇨🇦 (@KisBrink) reported

@RogersHelps I could have gotten the phone I want and a better plan but your owing me quite a bit of money and far more than an apology and 3 seconds of someone's time every so often why should I other than service sucks across the Big 3 which sheer exhaustion kept me

  • hitchikerDrew42 hitchikerdrew42 (@hitchikerDrew42) reported

If you stop and think about it, the 5 day credit from @Rogers that so many are angry about because its not enough, clearly demonstrates that people value their internet, and cell phone service far more than they pay, while complaining it cost to much #rogersoutage

  • mursal_kamas Mursal Kamas (@mursal_kamas) reported

@RogersHelps I lost $600 for the two days your network was down and now you are offering 5 days bill credit. That’s disgrace. I guess, it’s time to switch to another carrier and I hope many people do the same.
