Have to say @RogersHelps is the worst by far. Have been having issues since March 20th and they refuse to send out a technician. Every time I call it's the same **** over and over, we talk for a few minutes and then the call "SOMEHOW" gets dropped and then we start again.

@Rogers business model is to have a customer spend 3 hours on hold then being wrongly directed to the wrong departments only to have your “ call time out “ and be dropped. Nobody needs to work this hard to be a customer….
