@Rogers @RogersHelps. You services are as pathetic as it gets. I called a techinical support to help me, inturn he completely turned my network off. Now the other technical support on line, says he can't help it at all and service technician will only come by Sunday.

@RogersHelps Oh no, don’t pull that crap. It’s not what “I feel” it’s what happened. My internet service went down. I seriously needed it. Was first told that it was my area then later told it was just me. THEN I was told by YOUR support team that 2 days was the best they could do.

@airtransat @twieditz @Rogers There is no option for my problem on your messenger. All I need is my title to be changed to miss which is your error on the website. My ticket states Mrs and my baggage and seat says Mr. Its so frustrating how you treat your customers. And the error is not rocket science to fix.
