Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@myrnalambert @RogersHelps @Rogers Sounds like you’re stuck in their loop where support won’t solve it without the one person you can’t reach. At this point the only path that actually forces resolution is going through the CCTS complaint route (details on my page) otherwise it just gets bounced between agents.

🇨🇦Sharon Ledwell#ElbowsUp (@bluetsauvage) reported@RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST I have already restarted my phone. I have reset the network settings on my iPhone. We have reset our network router. None of it works. I believe your provisioning group needs to make a change to allow wi-fi calling on my line.

🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@thenameisdlo @Rogers It’s gone downhill because Roger’s laid off most of its customer service staff last year and contacted out to jeets who don’t know what they are doing from a 3rd world country.
