    @Bell . Is it possible to have cellular coverage in the GTA?? I live in York Region and the coverage is so bad lately I'm thinking about just canceling service. It got significantly worse after the @Rogers outage so you must share towers. It's brutal.

    @RogersHelps I switched to the 1.5 GB internet package and my modem started rebooting every 10 minutes. When I called TS they said there’s a known issue for users on this plan and ETR is 3-4 days.Can your CS reps avoid switching ppl if there’s a known issue with a days long wait?

    @TakeoffFox @RogersHelps Middle of the ocean and you are using satellite service from the cruise ship to get those texts and yes they are very steep charges as I have made the same mistake in the past. Hoping Rogers will cut you some slack.
