@RogersHelps I'm getting 0.9 MBPS Download with a connection that is supposed to give me 150 MBPS. Well done. Customer care told me, "get a better plan". The epitome of genuine garbage service.

@ohshlebs @Rogers I don't know if this helps at all but if you CAN, do EVERYTHING (or as much as you can) through Virgin. I think technically they're Bell? But you don't have to deal with Bell (even worse than Rogers, if u can believe it) & they have AMAZING customer service.

@RogersHelps been waiting in a support queue since 2:30. Any reports on service issues regarding latency spikes in the LW1 postal code area? I cant play any games online suddenly. Tried modem reset, another game, and I'm on Ethernet.

@RogersHelps But since I can't change my plan without going thru the process of applying again doesn't that make me a new customer?

@Rogers but was told they have to treat me like a new customer and start from scratch because I had been with them so long. I didn't qualify as a new customer but when I go to update they tell me my I have been with them so long they need to review everything. #NoThx #BellHereICome
