    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They all have their call center agents out of the country to save money but I wonder how much they save when customers leave because of the bad experience

    It's gonna be fun for @Rogers to explain to the courts why they just lost my cellular business today. They CANNOT just create a new service agreement that I did NOT sign, put my signature on it, then claim it's the original agreement. That is CRIMINAL! #CRTC

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Instead of finding a different way to install a service they butchered every single garage entryway in the neighborhood including mine which was BRAND NEW. I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus,everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is the worst, their call center is in which I would assume Mexico and they just keep bouncing you around to different departments because no one wants to help you.
