It took 45mins to get through to customer service last time, with many holds (and lots of time on the phone) until we got to the supervisor. Back on hold now trying to get them to do the bare minimum, which I imagine will take another 2+ hours. @RogersHelps @rogers

We have seen a huge demise in our service since end of March (neighbours since January), with the last week causing outages every 5-20mins. They say their hands are tied and have no approximate resolution date STILL. @rogershelps @rogers

@RogersHelps Rogers Bank is sending the emails with the 2FA code required for login with a bad SPF record. As a result, the emails get such in grey listing, which means they don't arrive or only arrived are the code's expiry. IT dpt needs to fix the SPF record so I can log in.

Going home today aka back to the land of no internet because @Rogers can't figure out how to fix their system 8 days after a storm while all their competitors have. I'll see you when I see you 🙃

@pavellubanski @Rogers Could not agree more! The least they could do is share updates on their social media. It’s embarrassingly bad customer service.

I’ve never had such a horrendous customer service experience in my life. Even when the call was dropped while talking to the supervisor, nobody called us back so we couldn’t even get a tech booked. Absolutely unacceptable @RogersHelps. @rogers

@Rogers @RogersHelps Been experiencing intermittent connection issues and inexcusable packet loss ever since the storm. Our area got power back Monday so there shouldn't be an excuse as to why it's still having issues. We pay already too much, fix the problems! smh
