Hey @Rogers you need to do a much better job at dealing with your customers! I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes today to be transferred to talk to a supervisor after dealing with a customer service representative for more than 30 minutes that couldn’t understand my request for a service upgrade! You can’t put customers on hold for that long without resolution so I had to drop the call! Train your employees and train them how to properly help customers meet their needs! I know I’ve been working in this industry for over 15 years! I’ve started in customer service however it’s not what it used to be! Now it seems you want to get rid of customers as fast as possible instead of helping them and ensuring they remain loyal to your business!

Thinking about leaving that telecom monopoly player @RogersHelps for one of the smaller piggyback joints cause the whole experience is cooked. I'd rather buy my phone out than pay for the nonsensical plans. I've been a loyal customer 20+ years + a prev emp.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps a joke I cant connect with your phone help cos of call volume. You guys took away all the ability to deal with this issue from online support and from the stores and didnt compensate that on phone joke. Corrupt and a joke of an organization

@RogersHelps I just did. I got auto response. FYI, I contacted Customer Service, I was told they couldn't assist because I signed up through the Ambassador Program. When I asked to speak with a supervisor to escalate, I was told there is supervisor. I'm very confused !!

@Rogers And would have to cancel it instead. When I asked if I would need to pay the contract breaking fine they said I wouldn't have to because it wasn't my fault. They did tell me I would need to get in touch again later when my contract was cancelled though to get the fine waived...

@Rogers knows how to reward loyalty…customer of 20+ years…internet rates go up ~$8 every year. I want a new phone after 3 years of the same phone. Must upgrade plan just so I can get a new phone? Will be an extra $30/month?!?!? Will be losing my whole family as customers

@Dave_Sandford @RogersHelps I had the same issue with Bell back when I lived in Toronto. It boggles my mind when companies that are all about communications fail customers who want to communicate with them. It’s basically their one main job.
