    Aside from 911 being unavailabe for @Rogers customers, another major issue is Canada's Emergency Alert System. The alerts are distributed to radio and TV stations via the internet. If the station happened to be on Rogers and a tornado hit, the alert would never go out. @CRTCeng

    @AboutRogers @Rogers If we’re only receiving 3 dollars worth of credit for this inconvenience you’ve caused then we’ve basically been laughed at the internet has been down for two days and emergency services along that too not to mention the thousands of dollars businesses lost because of YOU

    @RogersHelps No no one has service here in south Mississauga current wait time is 3 hours?? Sending this on my Telus phone will be canceling my home tv, internet and security

    @RogersHelps You should issue an statement and explain exactly what caused 24 hour full shut down. Public has the right to know or you will lose a lot of your customers.

    @RogersHelps we’re still facing fluctuations of service in both wireless and home internet. Video and photo wouldn’t load. Did you really restore all services ?
