Hard to choose my favourite part of @RogersHelps customer "service": listening to a high-pitched string rendition of "Shut Up and Dance" for 30 minutes straight; or finally getting through to an agent and being told they can't help me, only to drop my call as they transfer it.

@Rogers Ignite is still freezing after I spoke to customer service 2 nights ago and followed their instructions. Don't worry @RogersHelps, I already DM'd you. @Bell do you guys have better cable services than Rogers Ignite we can switch to?

@RogersHelps It's definitely not ideal, I work from home and I can't even do my job and then you guys fix it one week and it's the same problem that comes back and no one has any idea of what's going on so then I have to turn to mobile internet and spend a small fortune

@RogersHelps I have been trying to contact support for issues in my bill and plan, but I cannot find any way of contacting a support team. There is no email ID mentioned on the website, the live chat feature does not work. Due to this, I am not able to pay my bill.

@RogersHelps please give me one good reason why I should stay with you for internet? I have been on the phone for over an hour and all your tech support tells me is to power cycle my router... #timetoswitch

@bell how good is your internet? Better yet, how good is your support staff, just got told that the leds on my modem don’t have a meaning by @RogersHelps and when I look it up it’s because it can’t connect to the internet #timetoswitch

I received a text indicating that my @Rogers technician was en route and I could track their location. Cool. I click on the link and it tells me it is unavailable. My spidey sense tells me to call and confirm they are still coming. Here is where it all goes to ****...

@Rogers day three of having to use a bell mobile internet stick to work at home because your router thinks it's some shitty server for the second time in a week. I just got finished Roger's live chat with no solve and being told it will take about 48 hours to review not even fix.
