@RogersHelps we got Ignite and it came with a new tv controller. Do you have one that is disability friendly? The new one is very hard to press the buttons on for people with joint or connective tissue issues. The old one was easy. We want the old type back. This sucks

@RogersHelps The problem is channel specific. I can watch local channels without buffering or connection loss. When I try to what The NFL Network and History, it buffers every few minutes. The problem is on your end

@Rogers @RogersHelps - we spend $125 a month on internet only and it keeps going down. It’s been down regularly the past 3 weeks and your solution is that we should spend an extra $15 / month to help improve stability of our service?! This is not an acceptable solution!
