@RogersHelps what is the deal with your website? Have been trying to order a new phone for days now and the website hangs every single time. Now your cust service phone number can't connect, and your chat site doesn't load either. Get your stuff together!

  • JohnFrancj3 John Francisco (@JohnFrancj3) reported

@RogersHelps no internet all day with having to work from home is not easy! I better not be charged for data overages having to hotspot for 8 hours! Terrible

  • ItsJennyChen Jenny Chen 陳孟瓏 🇹🇼🇨🇦 (on Parler too) (@ItsJennyChen) reported

@C_Mulroney @Rogers Not if 'that' 5G is #Huawei. Has Trudeau denounced #Huawei yet? I can't wait for O'Toole to take the correct course of action. Never allowed a Francophone to divide Canada like a corrupt Trudeau again. So help me God! 🙏

@Mark_Goldberg @Speedtest So I just went to the @Rogers store and they told me that a permanent resident card and USA passport and Canadian SIN # were not usable ID and refused to give me service so I guess I'm stuck with this shitty chatr plan..

  • carlakelly Carla (@carlakelly) reported

@JohnTory You need 2 look into @rogers as they are telling users to go into their stores to resolve simple issues that a telecommunications giant should be able to resolve virtually. I am shocked that they screwed up and now I have to go into a store because the store has other software

  • igmrlm Nathanael Newton (@igmrlm) reported

@RogersHelps I went to the Rogers store at the Bayshore mall and they refused to give me service saying that my permanent resident card, u.s. passport, and SIN number (verbal number, I don't have a physical card) were not acceptable forms of ID..

  • dbecks16 David Becker (@dbecks16) reported

@Rogers might be the worst company in the world. They are so lucky they have the gov’t given oligopoly or they would 100% be out of business. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced time after time after time.

  • lacquement ryan lacquement (@lacquement) reported

@RogersHelps is there a widespread landline internet outage in Toronto?
