@Bell_Support your service is an absolute joke. I swear everyone person gets dumber the more I talk to people. Sick and tired of paying for a service that never works properly. The techs can't even figure it out. This company is a joke. @RogersHelps what deal will you give?

Anyone else noticing since the network outage yesterday was restored, i have had approximately 12 "Potential fraud" calls on my cell vs never happening before. Is that connected or just coincidental? @RogersHelps

@BazettMj @RogersHelps I have had 9 calls in the last 24 hours. I know i can block them and i have been but why am i all of a sudden getting so many when i have never gotten them before the outage yesterday?

@RogersHelps Voice/SIM/TDM model is obsolete. There is no need to bundle them together and cause this madness. Voice calls should work on any available network (WiFi, data etc.). This practice only continues so that telcos can line their fat pockets. #rogersoutage. RT if you agree!

@THEbroggy @AboutRogers @RogersHelps Ya and? Of course they will apologize. To many whiny ppl. Asking what happened and an update is a normal question. Whining bcuz I didn’t have a back up phone when I really on it is still not their problem. We were all effected by it. No phone all day. I don’t have a back up phone

@RogersHelps @mbnicolosi @universallyx A credit of yesterday's service doesn't equal my lost productivity. Maybe when we leave you you will think back to what could we have done better.

@Rogers I'm convinced Rogers doesn't have PR because no one in their right mind would approve such an insulting and garbage response. If someone subscribes to your average infinite plan at $80 per month that means their daily service fee is $2.66 2/

@RogersHelps @Gtech1983 The copy and paste of this response is...well...insincere at best. And the math on a one day outage might buy me a coffee. That I’m not really supposed to be leaving my house to get.

@RogersHelps @mbnicolosi @universallyx We will refund you a few bucks and who ******** cares that you probably couldn’t work due to our issue.
