    @Prezouttobea @RogersHelps I called: 1-844-764-6459 and went to the sales option. Technical support did the same thing to me.

    @RogersHelps Two hours of shaky internet connection today. The internet in general has been very unstable the past few months. Any chance you can address it? Making it hard to work from home and attend online classes!

    @RogersHelps It's been over 15 minutes since my last DM. How do I cancel NHL Live? I only wanted Leafs games here in QC. 2 of 3 games blacked out so far. The 3rd was on CBC which I can watch for free.

    @em_n29 @Rogers Could be a bad modem or bad line coming to your house. I had that issue and after it was fixed has no issues.
