@len_rocks @Rogers Their CS is a real travesty of a maze. I can't count how many times I've had to verify my identity with random security codes just to be put with a new CS agent where I have to spend another 10 mins re-explaining the problem. And then in the end they don't fix it and I wasted hrs

@RogersHelps Actually almost 2 hours before I spoke with someone. It’s not professional for your customer service representative to say “yup” instead of “yes” or “correct.”

@RogersHelps Yes the entire home is without service- phones, devices, TV, security cameras, smart lights, and no one is able to work remotely Nothing on the outage page for the area and 7 HOURS on 4 different chatbot sessions due to constantly being disconnected; - all using up my cell time

@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?

@RogersHelps And now after over 2 hours of being on hold, i get an automated message that says high volume of calls and to call back and it hangs up on me??? Terrible customer service!

@RogersHelps We have had no television service in #MedHat (Medicine Hat, AB) since 4:45 pm this afternoon. We get the message from Roger’s that “We are having some trouble.” If this persists, please try another channel. After 4.5 h, no channel works. Anyone else having issues?

@RogersHelps I’ve reviewed it and can confirm I was never told. All good. I’ve been a customer over 12 years but today is the last straw.

Hey @Rogers , this is what I've been through so far trying to get help after I lost my phone. 1. July 26: Went to store to get a new phone, error appeared, didn't know what it meant, suggested I phone customer care (CC). 2. July 27: Phoned CC business (1/4)
