    @RogersHelps Really need to coach your teams on proper cust.service and maybe listening to them instead of thinking they are right.Had open ticket for Int. issues, CSR refused to run tests on my modem bc it’s in bridge mode.Last CSR did it, which is how they identified the issues

    LMFAO I actually can’t stream tonight. @Rogers Has ran me around for 3 weeks with little to no internet, I even upgraded to Ignite and still have the same issue. What a joke of a company
