@RogersHelps @sbenisto Multiple users have been seeing these same issues across many platforms for months, just check your twitter mentions / App Store reviews. The fact that your QA and Dev teams haven’t yet figured out that this is a core product issue, let alone fix it, is actually kinda hilarious

The @rogers App, like their products is absolute garbage. Everything makes you leave the app. Trying to change my flex channels, wanna buy the new iPhone? Nothing about thr channels. No wait 1:30-2:15 on the phone. Complete trash

@RogersHelps @AndrewButters If Rogers actually carried WSBK, this wouldn't be a problem. Instead, @wbz is severely inconveniencing Mattea Roach's home region by moving Friday episodes to WSBK every week. I thought Boston and Halifax were supposed to help each other.

Unsure why it's taking a 3rd call to close a @Rogers internet account Absolute worst customer service. No one should have to call more than once to close an account. Been getting the run around from agents saying it's done but my online account shows I'm in a billing cycle.
