@RogersHelps I thought **** like this was not supposed to happen.... you know, because the internet is supposed to be designed to run on nodes so this **** doesn't happen. You sure this wasn't on purpose? Not a good way to convince us all to go cashless.

@destiny724 @RogersHelps My stance exactly. I almost never had issues with glitches and cutting out with my Ignite PVR before. If there was something small, it was resolved quickly through a system refresh. I just got billed this weekend too and after three days of this, I’m extremely frustrated.

@KathieC094 @RogersHelps I’m a reasonable guy. All I’m asking is for them acknowledge those direct issues and give some sort of timeframe on when everything will be fully fixed with no issues. Oh but wait, they haven’t given any timeframes/estimates during this whole thing and have had NO transparency.

@SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos Not unlike the way that gun manufacturers insist that when families are grieving a mass shooting is the wrong time to talk about gun laws. Monopolization is a primary reason this outage was so disruptive & also why Canadians pay the highest telecom rates on the planet.

@RogersHelps You guys should have hired me. I'm a former Network Admin, I could have fixed the problem a lot sooner. Also, you guys need to allow customers to purchase and use their OWN modems.

@JaysgoBlue99 @KathieC094 @RogersHelps It was all being communicated … on their website, that nobody could reach, on their messaging system that failed due to no service, they even tried to call you but the phone went to voicemail…. Oh and “we’ll circle back to you”

@RhoNFLD @RogersHelps It’s so weird too because the channels on guide are totally fine. Even shows on demand are fine. It’s just recordings on my PVR that freeze, glitch, sound cuts out and the TV goes black momentarily. You’d think that would be a pretty quick and easy fix.

@RogersHelps Can't play any online games on my Playstation! Please fix this i need my apex 😭

@RhoNFLD @RogersHelps For almost a full 24 hours before this statement came out they were so sure they had resolved all issues completely even though there was hundreds of comments saying otherwise. It’s like they’re totally oblivious to what their customers are saying to them.

@stitchlady @Rogers The worst part is their lack of communication and absolutely no transparency.
