    @linwood_barclay @Rogers I'd assume you originally had a promotion that has since expired...they don't tell you it's going to expire. Just note the length of it when you sign up. Also like insurance Loyalty only benefits the company not the customer...don't be afraid to change services

    @Rogers... Your customer service reps hang up on me when they're unable to resolve my issue. You took an order you cannot fulfill and cannot cancel! It's been 3 days of multiple calls a day

    @RogersHelps Yes I was charged $400. I contacted customer service they said even if cellular data and roaming off they charge if I use wifi. That makes zero sense. I've travelled twice this year no issues I switched to Rogers and now I am being charged for using free wifi

    @Rogers Cellular data turned off+roam turned off only using wifi. Your customer service is telling me I still have to pay roam on wifi. How does that make sense? Horrible Service wasted an hour the acct is only 1 month old already problems. Why is there always issues with Rogers?

    @Rogers Rogers store is locked from inside with 1 customer inside only. Post outside the store says 15 people are allowed. Staff requires to see ID and my face to let me walk in. Why you have invented your own restrictions on customers? Why you need to see ID?

    @RogersHelps Further, your management team is hiding behind customer service representatives and refuses to speak to the customer despite requests to do so. I am happy to escalate this as high as I need to and expose this a wide as I need to on social media.

    @RogersHelps are there issue in Mississauga Ontario for cable internet? Or is it my cable modem acting weird? Lights look good but I can't connect to it on 192.168.0.1 even wired into back

    @rogers your customer service is terrible! I have been lied to 3x by your reps regarding cell phone plans. Check the recording of previous calls and you'll see I was promised a certain plan and am now being told the plan doesn't exist
